Introduction
PLEASE NOTE: Applications will not be accepted unless you READ THE RULES AND READ THIS ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. You will need to put two things on your application for it to be accepted. This is to ensure that you have read, acknowledge, and understand the world and rules of The Facility. That being said, I want this to be a fun, interesting RP with few content rules. Have fun!

The world of The Facility is a strange one indeed: new UDOs are constantly shipped to the Facility to be sorted and contained. It is your duty as active personnel to protect the world from these anomalies and to ensure their continued presence for testing purposes. Information for your perusal will now be dispensed.
Tiers:
Tier 0: Administration, shadowy members of the Executive Board
Tier 1: Lead Physicists, Doctors, and Specialists heading the Facility on-site
Tier 2: Practicing doctors, engineers, and general specialists
Tier 3: Lower level doctors, must work to get Tier 2 status
Tier 4: Security guards, trainers, mechanics and security operators
Tier 5: Specific cell guards, initiate level trainees, assistants, most players should start out here and work their way up
Tier 6: Higher-Tier personnel stripped of rank, level of punishment, subjected to most Tier 7 punishments and missions
Tier 7: Death-row inmates taken directly from prison and used for live experimentation, test subjects, and attack squads.
Tier 6 and 7 are further divided into 3 classes:
-Squads: these are rough and rowdy attack units, specializing in infiltration and acquiring of new UDOs.
-Lower level research assistants: given the most dangerous jobs, few perks above being a live test subject
-Live test subject: self explanatory. Lowest job possible in The Facility.
Clearance Levels:
Level 1: Full access to all materials, UDOs, and information inside The Facility.
Level 2: Access to most materials, UDOs Class A-C, and most information.
Level 3: Access to some materials, UDOs Class A-B, and some information.
Level 4: Access to little extraneous materials and information, access to only Class A UDOs.
Level 5: No access to information, materials, or UDOs.
Tier 5 Personnel start out with Level 4-5 clearance, please observe this. If you are promoted, you will gain a clearance level and be thus able to gain access to more classified UDOs.
The location of The Facility is as of yet unknown. Terrain outside of The Facility is grassy, and it appears to be situated on a remote island far from any known land mass. Any attempts to leave The Facility will result in a strip of rank and subjection to LTS status, or termination.

Male voice: Thank God. If she had gotten outside...
Female voice: I know. But we've never had a Class-C UDO escape this facility. We have state of the art-
Male voice: Save it. I also know the protocol. Remember that anything is possible. You can never be too careful. Speaking of which, how many Tier 7 personnel are dead? How many injured?
Female voice: Tier 7 personnel injured: 23. Tier 7 personnel dead: 17
Male voice: Jesus. You said more personnel were to be delivered tomorrow?
Female voice: Yes sir.
Male voice: Good. Be sure to escort 51 back to her cell, and be sure to lock it down with everything we've got.
Female voice: Would that include the Faraday cage, sir? And the psych barrier?
Male voice: I said everything, didn't I? Engage those too. We can't risk 51 escaping.
Female voice: Very good, sir. Is that all?
Male voice: Yes, you're dismissed. And Commander Shelley?
Female voice (Shelley): Yes?
Male voice: Good work.
Female voice (Shelley): Thank you, sir.

[Begin Tier 5 Personnel Training Video]

Voice: Welcome to The Unknown Object Practical In-Sector Training and Containment Facility! We just like to call it the Facility. Here you will be serving Uncle Sam and the United States of America in containment, research, and training (where applicable) of unknown objects and creatures. These creatures are catalogued as "Unknown Dangerous Object 1" or "UDO-1," the numbers after UDO replaced sequentially in order of their discovery. So far we know of 70 UDOs, all are contained on premises. You have been hand picked to join our assistant research team: you will hence be known as "Tier 5" personnel. Your instructor will guide you with the steps needed to complete your training. Please, follow all safety regulations!
[Several strange images are presented on the screen, and the voice describes them]
Voice: UDO-34! The Self-Contained Miniature Black Hole. This Unknown requires minimal upkeep and maintenance, and is thus labelled Class A. Classes range from A-D, A being mostly harmless to human life and easy to contain, B being moderately harmful to human life and moderately difficult to contain, C being extremely harmful to human life and extremely difficult to contain, and the last of which known as Class D, actively hostile to human life and enormously difficult to maintain and contain. U-34 fits into Class A because it does not emit large amounts of harmful radiation as our full-size black hole (U-56) does, nor does it severely warp space-time.
