Description

Vicktorya (Victor-E-ah) looks a lot like this, except not anime. She could use a bit of a tan. Her hair is died black and red, as in the picture. Most of her clothing is black and somewhat tight. She is about 5'7, and has a skinny frame.

Personality

Vicktorya is a scavenger. Her rule is, "you never know when you'll need it." She isn't very polite, but understands proper etiquette. Vicktorya typically props her feet up on tables and just does whatever. She is very free spirited, and few things care her, or at least, seem to scare her. Mostly, she'd rather die then show fear.
She'd rather die then die.

Vicktorya, habitually, sharpens her Ulaks and widdling knife. She has a large collection of wooden animals, mostly squirrels, that she wouldn't trust to anyone. One of them was made to hold a deck of cards; se is a bit of a card shark. Texas hold 'em and black Jack are her favorite card games.

Equipment

What? Just because its Viktor's sister, you expect her to carry around a bunch of weapons?
I don't know yet... I'll find a weapon to fit her personality...
She has two of these. They fire medium caliber rounds and have internal silencers.


These are Ulaks, fearsome and intimidating melee weapons. They are somewhat like brass knuckles in the way that the blade curves in front of your fingers, but its way more fun to fight with...

History

Vicktorya was conceived the night before Viktor's mother, Emily, "died." She and Emily have been hiding from Dracula for since as long as she could remember, and she doesn't know that Dracula is her father, or that she has two brothers that are from the same mother, and several others from several other people that Dracula has...

Anyway, she is about 13 now...

And knows how to fight...

Not like Chuck Norris good (because no one is that good) or like Bruce Lee good (because he sucks), but she can hold herself in a fight. The two Ulaks are her weapons of choice, but she uses her two pistols when she needs to.
