Now typically wears a reinforced duster with ballistic fiber weave that goes from his shoulders down to the floor. Nicknamed 'The Viktor'

History

Emily Lucair, werewolf hailing from the were clans of Khalidor, gave birth to Viktor. The dad? Dracula. Viktor has struggled to survive after Dracula killed his mother. She had tried to stop Dracula from turning Viktor into his "weapon," for say. Involved in crime rings from Hong Kong to New York. Pronounced dead in several countries. Viktor refuses to turn to either parentage's type. He dislikes monsters of any kind, making himself Self-Hating Narcissist. Viktor has "collected" weapons from around the world and has gotten into fights with anyone and everyone. Anywhere and everywhere.
