Salix brushed her fingers against the fur of her companion. Though, he was more than a companion to her, he was her contract. Yes, this special little fox became Salix's primary source of power. As a result, Salix became attached to the little fox, who stayed loyal to her. He was always there for her by her side, and always would be. She made it possible in that she'd grant the fox an extra year of life for each one she lived. She named her contract as well, calling him Tokala. Each of her years with Tokala were great and filled with wonder, except the recent ones. She had been involved in the Witching War, and still was. She was the head of the South coven, protecting the element of fire which one of the other head witches wanted for herself. This whole situation troubled her deeply, not that she could really do anything for it to make it better though, than to just fight. She was good at that. Having killed thousands, all while her fox remained at her side, she'd been desensitized to violence and had enough skills in battle to take down an army of mortal men. Tokala's heart raced under the woman's touch, something was peculiar about this fox. He seemed to have humanoid desires and loved this formerly-human woman, as well as a personality unlike that of any fox ever seen before. Salix's hand moved from the fox to her dagger, slowly running her finger up the bloodied handle. She'd need to wash this soon.

(I'm thinking of making Salix's contract become increasingly more human until he becomes mentally and physically so. Then becomes Salix's spouse.)

Dust was settled on many of the shelves that lined the room, odd items covered any available space. In the middle of this room sat a table and at this table sat a girl she watched the orb on the table her eyes never moving from it’s center. The only sounds heard were the whispers of the bones hanging from her ears they whispered stores of the former owners. Stores she had heard many times and had since learned to ignore.

Maud was bored and whenever she was bored she always liked to watch the world. The orb in which she was looking held the spirit of Lorelei and the very core of the element water it let her see form many places. Sometimes she would catch herself watching humans, she had long ago lost her sense of humanity and they interested her. She would become confused by their actions and then angry she would stop watching.
Maud sighed and looked away from the orb no longer interested in what she saw her mind wondered around the room

What time is it now…day or night or is it in-between.

She waved her hand in the air calling her chosen contract to her. A clanking could be heard as a tiny creature trotted over. This creature was missing flesh and blood only the bones remained. She touched it absentmindedly and at once memories flooded her mind the bones talked to her ,for a little while her boredom disappeared.

Salix watched the flow of the river near by, her coven's base a few miles away and hidden. Tokala followed close behind her as she walked to the river bank to dip her dagger in. The blood clouded the water red around the sharp killing instrument, tainting itself while the dagger became 'purified' so to speak. However, since Water was not her element, the leader of the South Coven would have to run her dagger through a cleansing fire to restore the effectiveness of the enchantment on it. The vampyric device was full, thus less effective. The dagger killed by slashing at vital organs and absorbing the victim's blood from them and the rest of the body. If the dagger could only kill by making wounds, then her victims wouldn't die as easily as they did, giving them time to shout out for help. She relied on the darkness for her murdering techniques. She ran back to the coven's base, then set up a dagger-cleansing fire. Lowering the dagger into the fire, the wooden handle started to singe. She'd given it a special coating that made the wood unable to burn no matter how long it's been in the fire. Taking it out after five minutes, she cooled it down with a dousing of water in a small basin. Tokala leaped upon the workbench and lapped up water from the container, he hadn't quenched his thirst at the riverbank because of the blood that tainted it now.

Ena would walk slowly around the coven, shying away from most people as they walked towards her. She wasn't very well known around the coven, and most concidered her a simple wanderer. However, her indigo eyes searched the masses for particular things that stood out in people...things that would make them good mentors. Her gaze scanned person after person, witch after probable witch, untill it felt like she had searched the entire city. Though she knew she had barely covered a fourth of the city's populus, she already felt discouraged. Perhaps she would try to travel to the Eastern or Western covens, to seek tutage there.

Finally, she settled for a more subtle location, escaping the streets for the very edge of the coven. Not many stayed towards the gate entrance, so she had her own space, people rarely passing her. She sighed and closed her eyes, resting for but a moment. Her body untensed as she found a storage crate to sit upon. Pulling herself onto her seat, she leant back against the wall, her legs crossed indian style as she rested her weary legs. The south coven's large area was hard to traverse in one standing...or at least it was for a young teenager. She wasn't going to sleep any time soon, so she just relaxed as she fell into the depths of the sounds around her. The occasional footsteps, the very soft mumble of voices in the distance, and the river rushing nearby...

Salix walked away from her working area and started walking around the coven's land. She saw the little-looking witch, Ena. She dared not approach, though in case she was easy to scare away. Instead, she picked up Tokala and stroked the top of his head. The young fox licked Salix's lips, which made her shudder in slight disgust, as this was an animal. Who knows how much bacteria was in this fox's mouth? Oh well. The fox purred softly as Salix kissed him on the forehead. The animal started feeling heavy in her arms, he was kind of heavy for a fox and quite big too. She realized she still had her dagger, and she slipped it back into her pocket for safe keeping. Below her, she noticed the rocky terrain in which the coven was built upon. Her feet had gotten used to it over time, callusing the soles of her feet even through makeshift shoes. Now it didn't even sting to walk through the land from one end to the next.

Sarah and Alexei were in a small town following up a lead on a possible witch hunter base. Unfortunately not only had the lead been false, but the townspeople had discovered that Sarah was a witch. Now she was tied to a pyre, with Alexei pretending to be a witch hunter about to burn her. It was an act that they had done many times before, and were well practiced at.
"...And I shall now ask this heathen to confess her sins that the fire might purify her!" Alexei was saying, and he approached her, leaning in with his back to the crowd "On three we run." he whispered, winking. Sarah nodded, though to the crowd it looked like a confession, and they roared in triumph.
Walking back exactly three paces, he took a flaming brand. Slowly and deliberately he took the first step. One. Then the second step. Two. Finally the third step, and as he raised the brand to start the pyre, Sarah made a massive plume of dust burst forth from the ground. It surrounded the pair, obscuring the crowd's view. When it cleared a few moments later the pyre was burning, but Sarah and Alexei were gone. There were widespread murmurs of demons throughout the crowd.

Meanwhile, Alexei and Sarah ran from the town, laughing as they went. "That never gets old!" she exlaimed laughing.
"Yeah, but I'd rather we didn't have to do that so often. You need to hide your identity better." he replied with a grin.
"True, but we move around so much that it doesn't matter."
Alexei merely sighed and gave her a reproachful look. She ignored it, as usual.
They continued to travel through the woodland until they came to a river, which they followed. Eventually they ended up at the gates to a large city. It was well hidden to anyone travelling by land, and it was only really by luck that they'd found it. Carefully they entered the gates. The area was quiet, though there were people visible in the distance. The only individuals nearby, however, were a young girl sitting on a crate, and a woman with a fox watching her. They both noticed the fact that all the people they could see were female, but it was only Sarah that caught on.
"Alexei" she hissed "we need to go. Now."
"Why?" he whispered back "What's wrong?"
"I think we just walked into a Coven."
Alexei visibly stiffened. This was now the last place he wanted to be. They were already halfway across the courtyard, but now they began to loop back towards the gates. It wasn't the fact that Sarah was there that was the problem. It was that most witches did not realise that Alexei was her contract, and that could create some nasty situations. They were almost at the gate now, and they could only hope that no-one was paying them any attention...

Ena opened her eyes and surveyed her surroundings now, almost being able to sense the change in the air. Her indigo eyes first drifted to Salix. The witch seemed to keep back from her, and for this she was slightly glad. She didn't dislike Salix, and in fact, actually was quite impressed with her magical skills, even though she was a Mercenary witch. However, her appearance was....quite frightening to Ena. Abnormally sharp teeth and black robes screamed "Murderer" to Ena. Though she'd never say anything like that to her, especially face to face, in fear of being killed....or worse. She would not look directly into her eyes.... In the desert, she was raised that doing that meant you wish contact...and more than often, conflict.

Then there were these two newcomers to the coven. She could feel magic radiating from the girl...but the man, it was hard to tell. They viewed her, and she viewed them, again diverting her eyes away from theirs as she did so. They seemed worried about something...as if they didn't belong in the coven in the first place. It really didn't matter to Ena. They were free to come and go as they pleased. Though, even timid little Ena wondered why there were here in the first place. She would've debated talking to them, but they seemed nervous. She let them pass unhampered by her voice, but her eyes lightly followed them.

Maud wondered around the south coven a slight smirk on her face. If she were found here who knows what they’d do her. She laughed out loud suddenly startling a young girl who had just walked passed her. She continued on ignoring the girl’s wary looks. A small dog followed behind her its brown fur full of mats and its bright blue eyes glancing about it in excitement. Before she left she had cast an illusion without it the dog could have given away her identity. Other than that she had covered her tattoo and worn her hair up for the first time in months.

She glanced around her and she noted a witch stroking a fox. Smirking Maud observed her only to look away when the witches gaze came her way. Oh she knew who that was the head witch of south what a coincidence running into her of all people. Maud continued to look around this time her gaze landed a young girl sitting on a crate. She was looking around even though she was young Maud could tell she was strong.

This should be fun.

Maud walked over to the girl. She smiled as the girl looked at her.“Hello you seem to be looking for something” Although Maud didn’t know if that was cause almost everyone was looking for something weather they realized it or not.

"What a pleasant surprise" Salix said as she watched the head witch of the North Coven. Tokala became very uneasy and tried to struggle out of her arms in order to quickly get away if things turned sour. "Tell me your business here, and I'll let you be only if it's benevolent." Her dark eyes seemed to stare past the seemingly friendly exterior of the witch, she bore her sharpened teeth with a slight smirk. She vowed long ago to make sure the South Coven was a safe place for all the witches that were there, and hoped that this would be an easy job. "There will be no trouble as long as you don't make any here."

Maud turned her head slightly. She turned her head back to the girl giving an apologetic smile . “ if you’ll excuse me for just a moment.” She turned around Smiling at the threatening witch behind her. I was found out so soon how disaponiting She sighed mently. The dog at her side begin to growl at the stuggling fox in the other witches arms Maud glanced down silencing the dog with but a glance.

“I assure you Lady South I have no plans to make an enemy of you…yet” Her gaze sharpened and lips twitched into a slightly more threatening smile. “I am merely seeking this young witches company.” She made a slight gesture towards the girl on the crate. "You are free to join us." She bowed her head in invatation and respect.

Sarah noticed the young girl staring at them. She seemed harmless enough, and they might be able to find out which coven it was that they were in. Sarah stopped, and a few moments later so did Alexei. She motioned her head towards the girl, the question in her eyes. He almost imperceptibly shook his head. 'Why not?' she mouthed at him.
"Because of where we are!" he hissed.
"Either way she's seen us, we might as well."
"Easy for you to say, they won't kill you!"
"So, the gate's right there, we can always run."
"We should be running now!"
Tired of trying to convince him, she attempted to exert her will and make him go over there. They were both of roughly the same strength when it came to this, and only due to being caught by surprise did Alexei take two involuntary steps forward. He shot her a glance that warned her not to do that, but when she ignored him to walk over to the girl, who had now been joined by another witch, he reluctantly followed. He was bound by his part of the contract to protect her, and these people could easily pose a threat.

It would appear that there was some slight tension between the two older women. Someone from the North and someone from the South by the sound of it, and they didn't seem to be friends. "Hello, is something the matter? Could you tell me which coven this is?" Sarah boldly asked.
Alexei wanted to hit her for being so stupid, though he knew he could never do such a thing. One of these days she was going to get them both killed though, that much was obvious. Still, at least this direct approach should herald some answers. He nervously waited on the periphery of the group, letting Sarah do the talking and trying not to draw attention to himself- least of all the fact that he was still dressesd as a witch hunter.

"Very well then, just don't threaten the integrity of the South Coven. I shall join you both" Salix bowed, then stepped towards the two witches. Tokala stopped struggling and began to talk. "Please Salix, let go. You're hurting me!" Surprised, Salix dropped the fox, "How did you just talk?"

"I just talk. Don't ask me how it works" Tokala said. His tail wagged in irritation.

She then turned and noticed two people, one of which asked which coven it was.

"This is the Southern Coven", Salix answered, "Why do you ask?"

Suddenly, Salix realized what was happening to Tokala. He was becoming more and more human. She wondered to what extent, but didn't think about it any more when she was snapped out of it by Tokala rubbing against her leg.

Maud frowned as more people joined them she had never liked large crowds. She smirk widened as she noted the clothing of the male. A witch hunter here of all places and with a witch of all people

How unusual

She walked right up to him stopped about a few feet away. Her eyes flicked over him looking to see if he posed any threat. She could easily pick up his unease at being here. She glanced at the witch making the Connection.A witch with a hunter for a contract. What an absurd thing. She laughed loudly startling them. She turned to the witch “You’re welcome to join us well.” She gave a friendly smile. "I'm Maud."

Ethda opened the window to her small cabin, the light breeze that weaved between the wood's trees latched onto her dark brown curls and tangled them, sending a few strands into her eyes and mouth. She puffed them out of the way and pouted. It was going to be an absolutely dreary day, she could feel it in the wind.

"Clo... close the window Ethda," Theodore chattered from his spot on the couch. "It... it's too cold today."

Ethda let her hands fall to the sill and looked back at him with a scowl. Her grey eyes narrowed. "Hush Theo," she told him. "You know you can't feel the cold. You just want something to complain about."

"But... but," her teddy bear looked at her with pleading, puppy dog eyes, "you never spend time with me. I only want your attention..."

"No you don't, you only want to be a nuissance," she snapped at him. She walked over to the dining table and yanked out one of the chairs, then plopped down in it, propped her arm on the table, her head on her arm, and crossed her legs in an irritated manner. Grandma should have never given him the ability to talk, and he always struggled too much when Ethda tried to sow his mouth back shut... She felt a pat on her leg.

"Calm, calm Ethda," Theo cooed to her as he patted her leg. She hadn't even heard him get up, but he was nothing but fluff after all. "You might have customers tommorrow."

Ethda looked down at him in disqust. "Is money all you think I care about?" She asked him. True, it was important. And she was pretty disappointed that the rain looming on the horizon would probably prevent her from having any customers that day. That, however, was not what truely upset her. "I have to go into the Coven today," she told him. "You know they really don't accept me there. My business is endangering them so to speak." She rolled her eyes and stood up, crossed the room to grab her bag and threw it over her shoulder, then marched over to the door. "Watch the house while I'm gone Theodore," she told him before she left.

Ena watched as this new woman approached her. She leant forward, showing her respect for the woman, and uncrossed her legs, and letting them dangle off the crate she had settled herself upon. She kept her head down, as if talking submissively to some sort of master. "Yes ma'am." She started softly. "I'm...looking for a mentor, actually...a-" She was cut off by the other woman, Head of the South Coven, Salix came up to them. As stated earlier, Ena was a tad scared by her apperance, but acted no different, only bowing her head respectfully as she approached, but said nothing.

The Head Witches began to talk semi-agressively towards each other, before another pair, the man and girl from earlier that seemed to be misplaced came up to her resting abode as well, inquiring which Coven this was. Ena began to sink deeper onto the crate, placing her back against the wall. She rather disliked crowds, but she say nothing of her discomfort. She instead, simply bowed her head, and waited for someone to resume speaking to her. She didn't want to be rude an interrupt anyone. She could feel the auras of magical power around her, the magical essenses near exploding off of Salix and Maud, and while the girl's wasn't very big at all by comparison, it still felt quite strong.

Salix's ears picked up on what Ena said, "A mentor, eh? What better mentor than me? I've been searching my coven for an apprentice. I've been doing so for a long time now. However, people are scared off by my appearance and what I do for a living." Salix frowned at the thought. She'd seen the young witches of the coven turn their noses up at her before, not literally since they were scared, but figuratively.

"If you're willing to look past my intimidating stance, then I'd be glad to take you under my wing", Salix looked much less threatening now, when she threw the hood off of her head. The black hood folded many times as it fell at her shoulders. Tokala's tail stopped thumping against the ground and his ears perked to listen in to what Salix was saying.

Maud blinked as she remembered the young witch on the crate. She had completely slipped her mind when Lady South had showed up. The girl seemed shy by the amount of people around her. A mentor the girl was looking for a mentor Maud easily recalled. For a moment Maud thought of her old mentor and unfinished apprenticeship. She picked up the dog at her side instead of feeling fur she felt the hard surface of bone. The dog barked.

What an intersting day this had been and to beleived she had started out bored. It was then Salix offered to be the girl’s mentor Maud spoke again. “How sweet of you lady south I had no idea you were so kind.” Maud wondered if the girl would take the offer. It wasn't every day a witch got the chance to be an apprentice to a powerful head witch.

"This is the Southern Coven, why do you ask?" said the southern witch.
"I ask because I want to know where I am, of course!" Sarah replied lightly.
Meanwhile Alexei stared right back at the woman from the North, tensing and gripping his warhammer more tightly. This could easily turn ugly. When she started laughing they both knew that she had worked out why the pair were together. Sarah laughed along because it was quite humourous really, and Alexei's eyes narrowed, though he couldn't help but crack a smile. She then turned to Sarah.
“You’re welcome to join us well.” She gave a friendly smile. "I'm Maud."
"I'm Sarah, and we'd be happy to join you." she quickly answered, when Alexei remained silent she spoke for him. "He's Alexei, don't mind him he's really a teddy bear...unless you pick a fight with him of course..." then turning to him she added "Really you are too suspicious for your own good."
"And you aren't suspicious enough." He replied with a grin, speaking for the first time before the group. Alexei saw something of himself in the young girl on the crate, minus the part about the supernatural powers. He knew there were people who would give anything to be able to wield magic, personally he would never want to. Oh well, maybe he'd talk to her later.
"So." Sarah continued, bubbly as ever "Where are we going?"

Ena smiled as Salix offered mentorship to her. She thought she was dreaming at first. T-training? Under a Head Witch?! That's unheard of! This is the chance of a lifetime!Sure, it is not an alchemist, as I hoped, but it doesn't matter! He head shouted. Her body reflected her shock by her head actually jolting up, her eyes meeting Salix's unhooded face. She was actually fairly attractive; ebony hair and dark eyes seemed to complement her palid skin tone. Although her teeth still bore unnatural sharpness, she seemed much less...evil now. Ena would look for any sign of joking, but saw none. She could only lightly smile and nod. "Oh, that would be wonderful, ma'am! That'd be fantastic!" She said, showing a fair amount of enthusiasm.

She resumed her quieter persona, and waited to speak again. There was Maud, whom was not unheard of because of her power over the remains of life. These two were Sarah and Alexei, and they seemed fairly nice, as did everyone around her. Then the question was brought up:

"Where are we going?"

Ena didn't know that they were going anywhere soon.... But she wouldn't mind if they were.

"I'm kind to those who are kind to me. The apprenticeship isn't offered out of kindness alone, though. This young witch has potential to be great, maybe to be the future me in the event that I am unable to fulfill my duties as the Head Witch. She's got the potential to be a great leader some day, should it arise that I'd need to be replaced" Salix said with confidence. Then she turned to the two near the gate, "Well, I don't think we're really going anywhere. We're just talking."

Tokala spoke up, "Salix, I'm sure you won't need to be replaced any time soon. Don't be so hasty in choosing someone to replace you! They could want to kill you for the position, or they might die before hand."

"Tokala, I was looking for an apprentice, don't ruin this for me!"

Then Salix turned to the girl, "Thank you! I was looking for an apprentice, everyone else rejected me because I'm scary."

Maud couldn’t help but smile a little at the girl’s enthusiasm. She listened to Salix’s speech “A way to live by.” She mused out loud. This rather unusual group of people was bringing out more emotion then she usually displayed. She continued stoking the dog in her hands.

“Where are we going?” Sarah asked

Maud mulled over the question. She was getting rather hungry same tea would be nice. “Why don’t we go get tea we can get to know each other?” Yes she would like to know more about the Sarah and Alexi they interested her and of coruse about the young witch ena. “I’ll treat you.”

Ena wanted to jump up from her seat, and hug the woman, though she was fairly sure that she'd respond by crushing the small witch like a twig. She blushed sheepishly however, at the woman complementing her. A great witch? She really thought she would be? Ena was very skilled for her age, but she was far from an exelent witch...or at least so she thought of herself. Then Salix thanked her. She almost instantly, but slowly shook her head. "N-no, thank you, Ma'am. I-It's a great honor to be taught by you, and you naught have to thank me for accepting your knowledge." She would state quietly.

Personally, Ena was also quite interested in the talking fox. Foxes were her favorite animal, after all. She saw a bunch of the animals in the deserts of her home. She wanted to reach down and pet the creature, but it talked to Salix as if Ena was a cold-blooded murderer. She honestly didn't want to lead. But if this was Salix's want, then she could narry deny her.

Maud then spoke, proposing tea to the group. Ena quite liked the South Coven's tea, it was spiced just right to suit her tastes. And to her, it was quite the treat, as tea was not expensive, but it's not like she had excess funds to spend on nicer drinks than water. She wouldn't say anything herself, but waited to see if the others agreed to it. Maud struck her as quite the nice person; a little eccentric, but by all means, not weird. She enjoyed her spirit and attitude. It went well with the others'. However, she was still inclined to feel like she could hug Salix...

Sarah and Alexei's eyes widened. That woman was the head of the coven!? And they were standng here talking with her! Neither of them saw that one coming.
“Why don’t we go get tea we can get to know each other?” asked Maud “I’ll treat you.”
Sarah's eyes lit up at the mention of a free meal, they didn't really have any money between them. Plus she was a little hungry. "Yes please!" she exclaimed. Alexei remained silent and rolled his eyes, he was only going to draw undue attention from people when walking through the coven, and he didn't enjoy that. The young girl seemed extremely eager to be taught by Salix (at least that was what the fox had called her), something neither of them really understood. Both of them had left their respective organisations very early on, preferring to live life their way rather than the way they were told to. Sarah stood eagerly watching the response of the rest of the group, while Alexei leaned on the head of his warhammer, praying that the Gods give him some strength right now...

"Tea sounds great!" Salix said as she looked to Maud. Then she said to Ena "Don't mind Tokala, he's nervous about me having an apprentice. He's protective of me, but really I don't need it. I keep him around because I love him despite his overprotection. Apologize to the girl, Tokala."

Tokala started walking on two legs instead four. "Sorry, ma'am". He bowed respectfully.

"Well, I appreciate your thanks. In my experience, there are things to look for in a future leader. One of those is modesty, you certainly have a lot of that. Modesty allows a leader to get more in touch with her subjects, so she can see herself not as above the others, but as their equal. This allows one not to underestimate or overestimate the others of the coven, cementing solidarity and allowing each witch to show their abilities equally."

“What truer words if I may say Lady south.” Maud nodded. She watched as Salix’s fox gained the ability to walk on both legs. How odd the thing seemed almost human now.

“Lovely well if you’d all follow me I know a shop close by we can dine at.” She placed the dog back to the ground. She looked around her. “I believe it’s this way.” She pointed down a less crowded street. She started off down the street knowing the others would follow till she came to a quiet little shop. She took a seat inside and waited for the others to sit down.

"I have an idea." She told them." Why don't we go around and say a little about our selves as much as we'd like." She waited for their response.

Re: [OOC] The Witching Wars

Is this based off of the Witch Hunter manga? Because it sort of sounds like it. ^^

Even if it isn't I'm interested, but one question- are human characters allowed, and if so, can they become the "follower" of a witch?

[OOC] The Witching Wars

Plot

For long this world could remember there have been witches those who can harness the power of the world as their own. Long ago when witches protected the world and the people in it. Things became unbalanced. The four elements raged across this world destroying it and each other.
The head witches of the 4 covens came together. They concluded the only way to fix the balance was to do the forbidden and impossible form a contract with the elements.

The witch of the east Gwendolyn took earth,
The witch of the west Esmeralda captured air,
The witch of the south Matilda held fire,
The witch of the north Lorelei touched water,

They succeeded but not without a price their bodies were destroyed their souls weakened. The covens took action sealing there leaders spirits into four objects.

A book held earth,
A broom held air,
A crystal ball held water,
An elder woods branch held fire,

The elements were calmed by the will of the head witches keep them in balance and have. All things end however, the world changes over time. As decades went by the people came to fear witches for their power. A misunderstanding was all it took for hatred to fester the witches began to questions why they helped such worthless trash when they themselves disserved to stand above.
Not all witches believed this however and were ready to forgive they had not forgotten they were once human. This created more tension between the already hostel covens. It all started when the witch of the west decided only her coven had the right to the four elements , She tried to steal from the others the four covens became enemies and so began the first witching wars. Human begin to suffer as a result of the witch’s feud.
The humans grew to hate witches more and soon witch hunters started to add yet another side to the War. Some witches who still cared for humans joined this hunters in hopes they could stop there sisters from losing themselves.

Types of witches and other info-

Head witch- There is and always has been four head witches. They rule the south, north, east and west. Each witch is powerful each having a contract with a powerful force.

Contracts- Each witch has a contract from which she pulls her power. A witch would be a witch without it. A contract can be made with an animal, an object, plants, a force even a human contract. Contracts are dangerous if the subject of your contract rejects you the stronger the subject the more likely you will die.
There are forces untouchable for contract include death, time, life are examples any attempt will result in a witches death. The stronger your will the more likely your contract subject will accept you. When a contract is made the thing in which you contract is given intelligence and takes on a animated form if not already.
*there is only one contract per witch, two witches cannot have the same contract although they can be closely related.

Male witches[/] there have been males witches but they are rare and only appear every few hundred years.
* [b] for this reason i will only be acepting 3males witches

Warlocks- Are humans who contracts that became more powerful then there witches and killed them taking their powers. It’s for this reason most witches will not attempt a human contract although same do.

The types of witches

Necromancer- A witch that deals in unlocking the secrets of death and of life. Her power is based on spirits or the forces that surround death. There contracts deal with darker side.
Diviner- A witch that deals with the past present and future a fortune teller who studies the stars. There contracts are based on getting knowledge and the forces that surround it.
Mercenary - A witch that can fight and knows many spells to get rid of her enemies. Although most prefer to do it the old fashioned way. They are skilled and most have honour they prefer contracts with animals in doing so gaining there animal like agility and sight. It’s also never bad to have a company.
Alchemist- A witch that deals in herbs and potions they are healers and wise women. There contracts are made with nature giving them more knowledge at which in most cases they use to help others.
Apprentice- the young’s one who have not chosen the path they will take their contracts are random and usually weak. In most cases once they have chosen path they will go they will make a contract with a stronger subject more related to their type. Same choose to keep their olds contracts
