Ability: A hard worker and incredibly stubborn, if you call that an ability. Nah, his real ability is simple enough. He can fly! Sort of. He can float of the ground, consitantly at one or two inches, but the higher he goes, the harder it gets. It gets real hard after maybe four feet. Of course, instead of just floating, he can use his power to also double-jump and change his direction in midair. He never used it much when he was alive, but now that no one can see him, he can practice it somewhat, or at least use it without everyone freaking out.
Appearance: Katsuo (sometimes just shortened to Katsu or even Kats) is pretty average in size and weight. He is about 5'9" and maybe 153 lbs, so perhaps he is a tad skinny. His skin is fairly light for a Japanese person, but so light that he could be confused as a Caucasian. Pale hazel eyes distinguish him from others, as does is messy brown hair that he can ever seem to quite keep down. Even if he attacks it with a comb or brush, there is always a cowlick somewhere, and a few hours later they are everywhere, so he has given up on that for the most part. While he is lean, his favorite past-times of running and rollerblading have made fit and even a tad muscled (although it he doesn't exactly have a six pack or anything). This had made choosing clothes for him pretty easy.

His clothes tend to all be Tigre Punks, but his favorite brand has got to be Gatito. His trademark red jacket is a Gatitio product, and unfortunately his only one. He wears it every day, be it summer or winter, rain or shine, and it is his most prized possession, at least when it comes to clothes. To compliment it, he usually wears black jeans and a black tee underneath and keeps the jacket open.

Personality

Personality: He is happy and calm, not what you'd expect from his background. He doesn't think too highly of himself, and is more than willing to make a joke at his own expense. He likes making and hanging out with friends. Making others laugh is what he loves to do, and one of the things he does best. When it comes to fighting, he doesn't go looking to have a brawl, but he is more than able to fight his way through. He's fought more than once to protect his pals, and he would have no qualms about fighting again.

History

Bio: Katsuo has always lived on his own, ever since he was a little kid. He doesn't really remember anything before the age of 9, but everything he can remember he is by himself, with no parents. He lived in apartment and had to fend for himself to live. There was some money left there by someone, which luckily lasted long enough for him to be old enough to start working. While you might think this depressing start would make him a depressed person, this is not true whatsoever. He is quite a happy guy who is a bit of a joker. He is happiest when hanging out with friends and likes to be able to make people laugh. He is very frugal with money, more than capable of going a week or more on very little cash. He is also intelligent and athletic, but he can rarely display either because he has to work. This means he can neither join clubs or do homework. Which is sad, but money does come first. On a random tangent, he is somewhat of a tin pin fan.
