She has tall black shoes that look like Converse shoes that reach her knees. She has deep-teal stockings that go a little past her knees that peek out from her shoes. She attaches all of her pins on her shoes for battle. The back of her short sleeve jacket is the imprint of what looks like a child's hand-print.

Her birthday is in June and her favorite color is teal. She doesn't know very much of Shibuya because she didn't live there. When she does go to Shibuya, she normally stays in Tipsy Tose Hall for the arcade. Her favorite brand is Lapin Angelique.

Personality: Ruka is very calm and quiet around others, until she has risen from her comfort zone. She then becomes outgoing, laughable, and talkative. She is carefree and she loves to make others laugh, just as much as she loves to help others in need.

Her cell phone, a small pack of Pocky hidden in her jacket pocket for random snack times, and a bobby pin.

History

Bio: Ruka came from a lovable family, which, from any teenager, may complain that they don't understand a thing about her. Although, this is very true from anyone's point of view. Her parents believed that their little girl would turn up like a pop idol for kids around the world. All Ruka wanted to do was become a video game designer, fashion designer, or anything that doesn't have to do with kids. When she told her parents about this, it upset them to a point where they treated her differently from that day until she died suddenly. Ruka would be the entertainer in her group of friends, but the quiet listener in class. She usually gets A's or B's for grades; unpleasing her parents if she ever dared get a C or below. She would coop herself up in her room after school playing video games until her parents came home from work... She would then leave the console on, turn the TV off and whip out her homework.
Ruka remembers clearly how she died, breaking her heart and leaving her a state of depression once she made contact with Shibuya. She experienced betrayal from her only best friend on her birthday. Why? This will be unfolded. Apparently, Ruka doesn't know why she was killed.
