Introduction

[Haven Illinois -- 13:45 July Twelfth -- Haven Police Dept. / Channel Five News]
"Three robbers have made millions out of the Chase heist that had just happened moments ago! No one has been reported severely injured, but one young worker has a sprained ankle from being unable to see, she will make a full recovery." An older man announced through his microphone as he stood in front of an intimidating stone building, a young and handsome man stood next to him, "Any comment on the heist, Commissioner Banks?" The reporter turned to the man next to him and almost let on a smirk.

"No comment. But I would appreciate it if you stopped harassing the officers that walk in and out of the police department." He answered gruffly, and walked back into the air conditioned stone building. The reporter sighed, but turned back to the camera,

"There you have it folks. That was the tenth heist this month too!" The reporter nodded, "Well, I'll leave it to the police to handle this, well! My time's up, now over to Bill and Evra." The screen turned bac to a couple,

"Well, Evra, I don't know about you, but i'm going to get a new lock after we're done here." The man said, jokingly,
"You never know, Bill, hearing about these robbers makes me think that new locks won't be much of a challenge to these guys." The woman returned, and the screen turned blank.

[Haven, Illinois -- 13:47 July Twelfth -- Haven Police Dept.]

"Sir. We just got another letter from... The robbers." A young woman, rushed up to Commissioner Banks as he entered the building, the room was a serene quiet, almost full with men and women alike in uniform, waiting expectantly for the man to read the letter.

"Again? Didn't they just rob a bank?"
"Yes. But this time, they sound serious."

He grabbed the letter and read it aloud;

To Whom it may or may not concern-

Hi! Greetings from those pesky little robbers you heard about this morning,
I'm here to tell you that you might want to keep an eye on some people.
Those close to you, those not so close to you,
Even those you don't know.

You never know, we might just be right in front of you.

Anyways, this letter is here to say, "Let's play a Game!".

WE, as in my crew and I, will try to rob the museum over there in Animo Park.

YOU, the police officers, will try to stop us and maybe even arrest us.

If WE win?
WE get to walk free, we won't be sent to court if discovered, our profile will be wiped.

but IF YOU win?
Death penalty for us? Or whatever you decide.

Please keep the following rules in mind when in this Roleplay...

Minimum of 150 words needed every post IC.
No killing off characters w/o player permission.
Basic RPG rules.

NO Mary-sues / Gary-stus.
Please keep swearing at a minimum. Meaning, you can say, "I'mma F*** that s*** up" but not, "Oh my F****** God! Why the F*** would you F****** do that?! That S***'s supposed to be in F****** movies only! What the F***?!". Yeah. Don't overdo it basically.

I'm pretty laid back with posting though, but really, I want to see brain juices flowing. Well not really, but please be literate and be serious when the time comes. Unless your character is crazy. And I'm only letting one or two characters be insane.
