Introduction

Thirteenth Street Saints & Sinners
What do you get when you mix a newly built city, with a tough economy, a group of orphan teens, some fate, and a daring new ideal?
A
Where do I even begin? I should probably start with the current date. It's June 25th, 2018. As you probably already know, not much has changed from 2011 to 2018. The tough American economy, the lack of presidential action, the technological plateau... it's basically the exact same world, minus a few new metropolises.
You probably want to know where we are now, don't you? To answer that question, we're in New Hendrison.. and I do mean new. The city was built only six years ago, free of most crime, clean, organized.. it's an all around nice place to live. It's located in south east Maryland next to the ocean, it's pretty nice. It has a beautiful sunset, and weather is generally calm and sunny. To be even more specific, we're on Thirteenth Street, which is in the suburbs just outside of the megatropolis. Oh yeah, did I mention New Hendrison is huge? But on to more important matters.
There are some people in New Hendrison who haven't quite had it all too well. In fact, they haven't had anything go too well. They're all orphans, they've all gotten issues, and some are even already getting in to trouble. Sounds pretty bad, doesn't it? Well, to make things a bit worse, they live on the streets all alone. Minimal friends, no family[or, in some cases, run-aways], and almost no money. They don't even own houses. Some have a steady income, but waste it away on drugs and alcohol. But here, let me explain who these people are, so you can judge how bad they have it for yourselves.
The two druggies: These kids been an orphans all thier lives. Their parents died in a car accident shortly after being born, and were placed into foster care. The foster parents were murdered, so the kids ran away. If you haven't caught on by this point, they're both brother and sister. How they survived for nearly ten years on their own is nothing short of a miracle, but they've only managed to support their very bad drug habit for the past five, and are running out of money.
The two felons: These two people don't care for the law. They've been screwed over too many times to give a damn about what "uncle Sam" has to say about them, their beliefs, or their actions. They've already been thrown in jail once for a crime they've committed together and served a two year term, but they're back on the streets. And guess who's big idea it was to start a gang? Bingo, the two felons. No past relationship outside of criminal partnership for these two as far as family or friendship.
The two 'entrepeneurs': Whether these two are criminals, or legit, doesn't matter. They either sling dope and other drugs, or try to pump money out of legit businesses. Either way, they've been drawn into the gang just like all the others, and whether or not this is for the better or the worst, is to be found out. No past relationship between these two as far as family.
The two prodigy's: These two kids are practically geniuses, or miracle workers, take your pick. Whatever they do or study, they're really good at it. How they even got in this mess is unknown, and how they were dumb enough to get sucked into a gang is beyond my knowledge. Maybe they want to steer them all in a better direction? Maybe they want to use their skills for the worse? You decide. They aren't related, and don't know each-other yet.
The two romancers: I don't know if they really want romance, or if they just want sex, but these two show potential for both. Whatever happened to them is unknown, they've locked that secret away from the world and managed to get drawn into the gang. Maybe they will find love, or maybe they will just forget about it alltogether. They don't know each-other yet.
NOTE: I WOULD PREFER THE TWO ROMANCERS TO NOT FALL IN LOVE WITH EACHOTHER, RATHER SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER CLASS.
As you can see, all pieces of the puzzle are here for some crazy things to happen. The group could fall endlessly deep into the criminal underground, or rise to the top in the capitalist business empire that is America. Anything could happen, and everything will be unprecedented. The rest is in your hands, live this life, or let this life live you.

>>>I don't care about how massive you can make your posts, I don't care if you can fit an entire novel into one post, I don't care if you can only muster up one or two lines. No, I don't care. But nothing irritates me more than completely ignoring punctuation, continually making spelling and grammar errors, or run on sentences. Keep that in mind when posting here.
>>>Please don't use anime pictures.
>>>Be realistic!! This is a gang roleplay, yes, but for gods sake make sensible posts. You're not going to get shot in every post, you're not going to be murdering someone every post, you aren't blowing up police stations and hijacking random cars for no reason. And bear in mind, if you're shot, you probably will need medical care, you can't just throw on a bandaid and be fine.
>>>Romance is 100% A-okay, but take things realistically. Whether your character wants sex or love, take a reasonable pace. Don't have your characters just magically fall in love at first sight within like ten posts. This irritates me too, it's not realistic at all.
>>>To show you read and accept the rules completely, remove the "Favorite pet" section from the character skelly.
>>>Have fun, and follow the rules!!
oh, and don't be afraid to ask questions if you have them!

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
An ear-piercingly loud, high pitched squeak filled the air. It's source was an old worn out pair of brakepads on a large, city-provided public transportation bus. The bus was stopping at the enterence to Thirteenth Street Transit station, allowing for it's passengers to exit and pedestrians to enter. Fifteen or twenty passengers exited the bus in single file slowly as they maneuvered around people waiting to enter the bus. Among them was nineteen year old Michael Phoenix, coming straight from Maryland State Penentiary. Compared to the men in suits and fancy clothing, he was nothing more than a thug here. It was his first day back in public after being arrested, he didn't have much less than what he was wearing when he was taken down.
Michael reached up and rubbed the back of his head, which was snuggly covered with a grey beanie, while glancing around. Being in jail for upwards of a year was something unexpected for him. He didn't know where to start back up. He couldn't really apply for a job now(although he hadn't had one in the first place in New Hendrison), nor could he hang out with any of the thugs he knew previously, given they were in a different city alltogether. He didn't even know if his old friend Berlin was out of jail(or if she was even taken there, for that matter.)
"Move it, jackass!" Thud!
Michael was shoulder checked aside roughly by a rather bulky man in a business suit who he had inadvertantly blocked. "Sorry," Michael muttered as he sulked his head slightly and walked down the sidewalk. He looked down at the sidewalk as he strolled slowly. They were nice, clean, untouched by cracks and time being less than ten years old. To his left he spotted a liquor store. Slightly down the road from it, a gun store. Michael squinted his eyes, then shook his head. He was fresh out of jail and already thinking about robbery? No, it shouldn't be like that. Instead he forced himself to walk right, J-walking across a street without looking, landing himself in a park bench on the other side of the road. He sat down and sighed while staring straight forward. Biting his lower lip he looked back at the bus station.
Part of him felt guilty. He was the reason Berlin was dragged into stealing with him. It was his idea to rob a jewelry store, and steal from her parents, before running away. It was his idea completely. He was the one who convinced her, she didn't want to. Now they were both ruined, she had everything, he was just a poor kid from a broken home who had nothing, who had taken everything from her. His concentration was broken when he heard a loud voice coming from nearby.
Hotdogs! Hotdogs, get yer' hotdogs here!
His stomach growled furiously, demanding food and sustinance. Michael withdrew his wallet. He only had a little money, but it was enough to spare a few bucks on a hotdog. He took $2 out(the cost of one dog) and walked over to the stand. "I'll take that one right there," he said while pointing to one on a hot-plate that kept it warm. The vendor smiled and put it on a bun before exchanging it for the money. Michael brought it to his lips and took a bite as he made his way back to the bench. Although it wasn't great that his first meal since being released was street-vended hotdogs, it was better than what was consumed for the past couple of years.
There was but one thing he was glad about, though. He had used his last phonecall in prison to talk to Berlin, speaking of forming a 'social club' with her. Obviously it was insinuiated that he was talking about a gang, but you can't really talk about that over a prison phone line where you're monitored. It was agreed they'd meet here. He didn't doubt that she would be here, either, she had shown an undevoted loyalty, at least in his eyes she had.

Being out of jail was strange. Berlin was not exactly sure what she should be doing exactly. Her parents had sent her a hundred bucks and that was it, they had simply requested to never hear from her again, and so they wouldn't. In the crowd of about fifty well dressed New Hendrison citizens, Berlin just stood there. The prison had given her back her clothes which consisted of her black boots, short black skirt, spandex shorts, and a light gray blouse that hung on her perfect toned figure. During jail was the time she'd hit "puberty" before her looks were lanky and stalky. She had no clue if Michael would even recognize her now with a bust and hips.
It took her one bus and a good twenty minute walk before she saw Michael. He was still perfect as ever in her eyes. No matter what he did, how many times he lied to her, or how he treated her, he was always the guy she wanted. Not that he knew. Before stepping the last bit to his side she swept one lock of her platinum blonde hair from her face and over one shoulder, letting it gather at her waist.
"Hey devil." Her voice was smoother than honey as she slid into the bench with him, moving all the way over till their legs were touching, "it's been a while."

"Hey devil."
Michael know that voice and grinned widely. "Berlin!" he practically exclaimed, his voice somewhat deeper, and less cracked as it had used to be. He reached over and hugged her as she sat next to him. "I haven't seen you in forever, girl." It was true, too. They were sent to separate prisons, but it didn't really make sense why. He then ran his eyes along the outline of her body, "you look different.." he said, not quite sure what it was. "Oh well, want a bite?" he said, offering the rest of the hotdog he had bought from the street vendor. The hotdog was decently flavorful and delicious, it didn't taste like there was something there that shouldn't be like most street vended items did.

Hello?
Michaline's blue eyes lit up as the male voice finaly picked up the phone. "Finaly. I've been waiting for hours, D.C. You got the codes?"
The voice was silent, then, May I ask who's speaking?
She rolled her eyes. "Data, I'm in public. I'm the only one who calls you on a disposable cell phone. It's me!" She looked around, no one seemed to be listening to her, so she decided to risk it. Perhaps no one had heard of her in this part of the world. "It's Microshot."
Ahhh, yes, my lovely little lady, how are you doing? You haven't been caught yet? Ah yes, the codes. Don't get caught my little flower.
She rolled her eyes again, coppied down the codes on her arm, and hung up, pitching the phone. After this, she'd buy a new one. She skidded into the alleyway, pulling her laptop from her backpack. She plugged in. It didn't take her long to find the connection she was looking for. She inserted a blank card, it looked like what was supposed to be a credit card. Two minuets later, she had all the info she needed. She pulled the card out, put the computer away, and walked out to the ATM. She put the card in, punched in the code, and then, a minuet later, she was walking away with eight hundred dollars in her pocket. She slid into another alley, and pulled her inlines on. So much easier to skate away if she got caught. She rolled out into the crowd of people, skating throught them, at a slow pace. No reason to act guilty if they weren't on to her. She skated past a hot dog vendor, and sat down at the end of the bench that held a platinum-blonde, and somewhat dingy guy. She paid them nothing more than a passing glance as she once again pulled out her computer. She punched in D.C.'s number to skype. She hated useing it, but it was one of the few sites police didn't bother to monitor, yet.
"Hey, I got it. You're a life-saver man. I'll hit you up later, let you know how I'm doing. Thanks, D.C."
The voice on the other line called out before they hung up, No problem, Microshot. You know you're the best, and that's what I do for the best.
She smiled as she shut down the laptop. She wondered what to do know. Unfortunately, that was answered for her by the sound of someone running towards her with the shout of, "Hey, you with the skates!" It was a cop.
"Aw, shit!" She swung her backpack back onto her shoulder, checked the street, and jumper over the bench and into the street, into oncomming traffic. She skated around cars, ignoring the horns blaring at her. Right now, her first priority: Escape the law.

Slowly but confident Angel was walking the streets. With her head high she looked like she belonged, only problem was that she didn't. At a glance you'd think that she was a model just walking around the city but in reality she was just another runaway. She had been walking for a while and her feet were starting to hurt, not to mention the growling her stomach was making.
"Thats right, I haven't eaten all day" she said as she spotted a guy selling hot dogs.
Hotdogs! Hotdogs, get yer' hotdogs here!
She walked up to the guy "Make that two please, with a water bottle please" she said standing in front of his little cart.
"That'll be three dollars ma'am. I'll give you a free one just cuz of your looks" smiled the an as he handed the food to her.
"Why thank you sir" she said as she walked away.
Now that she had the food in her hand she didn't want to eat it standing up so she walked up to the nearest bench there was. Unfortunately it was already occupied by a girl with platinum blonde hair and a guy that was wearing a gray beanie, though there seemed to be room for one more. As she was approaching the bench a girl with short hair ran in front of her almost making her drop her food.
"Excuse me, do you guys mind if i sit here?" she asked standing on the side of the bench.

"I haven't seen you in forever, girl. You look different.. Oh well, want a bite?"
Different was an understatement, besides the fact she had the perfect body her braces were also gone revealing her flawless pearly smile as well as her hair had grown out. He looked different too, more muscular and serious, but then again she always found him attractive. He offered the hot dog to her, but she was not hungry to any degree. "Different?" She ran her hands along her clothes to smooth them out and showing off her womanly curves. Michael reached over and wrapped her up in a hug which she returned, her heart beating out of her chest. "I'm good, thanks though." Berlin shot him a smile that made the male guards at the jail weak at their knees.
During her time as a 'convict' she had picked up many tricks. Before she left jail she learned that using her body always allowed her to get her way, giving people genuine smiles made their hearts flutter, and that there was always someone tougher than her.
"Excuse me, do you guys mind if i sit here?"
Berlin's sweet side came out when the girl approached. She couldn't help but notice their similarities, both bright blonde hair, blue eyes, and shapely bodies. The only thing was Berlin must of been a few inches taller than her. "Of course," she scooted closer to Michael, closing the space between them. Being close to him never bothered her, or him. The warmth of his skin had always been the most comforting thing.

Michael lightly frowned when she had kindly denied the hotdog and said "I'm good, thanks though." to him. His frown faded with her gorgeous smile, though. He just shrugged his shoulders and took another bite, before looking over, hearing footsteps as someone approached the two.
"Excuse me, do you guys mind if I sit here?" the newcomer had spoken, standing near the bench while holding two hotdogs.
He wanted to say no, because it was the first time he had seen Berlin in years and wanted to make the most of it, but before he could say anything Berlin had already made the decision. "Of course," she told the girl, scooting closer to Michael. The girl looked alot like her, maybe a bit shorter, and a slightly tanner complexion.
"So Berlin." He said, pausing for a moment to glance at somebody in the distance who was rollerblading away from a police officer. He turned his attention back to Berlin. "How was life on the inside? I mean, you didn't get stuck with a big nasty cellmate named Bubba or anything, right?" he asked with a chuckle, referencing the brutality of people inside the American penal system. He didn't quite care if the newcomer heard that they were both in jail, and quite frankly, had encouraged it. They were going to form a gang, why not advertise they were 'hardened criminals' so to speak?

"So Berlin. How was life on the inside? I mean, you didn't get stuck with a big nasty cellmate named Bubba or anything, right?"
Berlin let out a slight laugh, pushing her hair back with her fingertips. Bubba? Real creative. "When I find a chick named Bubba I'll be sure to tell you," It was just like old times already, everything was so natural. "Life on the inside was hard. The first few months no one really noticed me.. I mean, trust me, I got the crap beat out of me loads of times, but I went under the radar for the most part." Berlin could remember the first time one of the girls decked her, it had been right in the gut... she would never forget that punch. "Then, to be blunt, I hit my womanhood and I could never not go under the radar... most girls there are dark and not to attractive, I mean, i'm not a stunner by any means," Blatant lie, "but I look better than most of the girls there.. In the end I was moved to high security to protect me..."
That basically summed up everything in a few words, but there was so much more. "What about you? Don't tell me you dropped the soap?"

Berlin could remember the first time one of the girls decked her, it had been right in the gut... she would never forget that punch.

Michaline was able to loose the cop in the cars, and ended up doubling back. She made er way back to the hot dog stand, and ended up buying one. She pulled a wig, sunglasses, and a change of clothes out of her backpack after eating, and ran into the small coffee shop. She used the restroom to change, threw everyithing else back into her backpack, and exited, now in a short jean skirt, knee-high black converses, a white strapless shirt which exposed a slightly toned stomanch, and her short black hair had become shoulder-length and strawberry-blonde. She'd stay under cover for a bit, just until the hacked ATM went under the radar.
"How was life on the inside? I mean, you didn't get stuck with a big nasty cellmate named Bubba or anything, right?"
She stopped short as she heard the guy speak. She doged down an alley, and sat on the ground, within earshot, but out of veiw. Perfect. She enjoied listening about people who did jail time. Made her appreciate never having been caught.

Michael shook his head with a frown. "Wait a minute, girls are violent in jail too?" He suddenly felt a lot worse inside, him being part of the reason she was abused in jail. Hearing she went to the high security was a bit more pleasing though. It's ironic, only a felon would find it pleasing to hear a friend went to high security. When she asked how his time in jail was words began to pile up in his mouth. There was a lot he had to tell, but decided to try and keep it short.
"heh, didn't really like my time inside. It was a bit rough, I mean, you can't really be prepared for it. Really, being in a state prison blowed. I had a pretty cool cellmate, his name was Xavier. He was put inside for two counts of first degree murder, but he was a cool guy.. surprisingly nice to me. Most of the time we spent in there we just chilled and relaxed. Paid off to have him as a buddy, nobody really tried to start shit with me." He smiled then raised up his left sleeve, revealing a fairly muscular bicep. He pointed to a scar on his arm just above his elbow. "I got shanked, though, some guy bumped into me, making him spill his food, then he blamed ME for it." He lowered his sleeve again, thinking back to how she asked him if he had dropped the soap. "I am a bit pleased to say I still have my sexuality intact. I didn't drop the soap.." he laughed a little bit.
Michael then glanced to the girl who had sat with them. "What about you, how was your time?" He asked jokingly. He didn't expect her to have done jail-time, it was more of an humorous invitation to their conversation.

Ansleigh stepped out of a coffee shop on the corner of Thirteenth street. After spending her last three dollars on a Caesar salad, she was sad her funds have dwindled to nothing again. She sighed. At least I’m full tonight… , she thought. Ansleigh observed the scene around her. New Hendrison seems to go on forever, as she’s never found the end of it yet. Having never been to this part of town, she began to explore. Shiny new shops and people dressed like royalty roamed the streets, carefully stepping around her when they took in her disheveled appearance. She was used to it by now, but it didn’t make her feel any less awful. Still, she kept her head held high and kept walking.
Suddenly, a girl briskly ran past her from inside the coffee shop, running into an alley. She watched her crouch down, watching a few people chatting on a nearby bench. Baffled, she walked on, catching the tail end of the conversation.
"...I didn't drop the soap," he chuckled. "What about you, how was your time?" he asked the girl next to him. It didn't take much to put two and two together...could it be the squeaky-clean New Hendrison had a dark side? Intrigued, she sat on a nearby bench, pulling out her journal and scribbling furiously to look busy.

The sound of a lighter being flicked is present, then there is a sharp inhale. The breath holds momentarily, then you can visibly see a white fluke of smoke being exhales from Ian McKinely's mouth.
This is everyday life for this nineteen year old male. He is addicted to Methamphetamine, better known on the streets as Glass or Crystal, but it's all the same to him. One or two hits and he's flying high for a good few hours and then it's straight back to his homemade pipe.
Immediately, the boy's pupils dialate to twice their original size, covering nearly every square millimeter of his gorgeous violet eyes and replacing them with pure slate blackness. After that, his scense are heightened incredibly, his mood is altered as well. He feels like he's the king of the world and even being shot in this moment, it would take a bit of time before he actually felt any excrutiating pain.
He stuffs the two devices back into his trench coat pockets, despite the normally warmer weather, he is rarely seen without it. Accompanyed with dark denim skinny jeans and an Atryu band t-shirt portraying a series of psychadelic designs and creatures. He snickers to himself at nothin in particular as he rounds the alley corner to come face to face with a park.
Too perfect.
Ian sneers and buttons one of the buttons to his coat before striding into the populated kiddie area. There is a little boy seen digging around in the sandbox then stuffing his germ infested hands into his mouth. He sees the only adult woman near by, and on instinct of just looks he figures this is the son's mother.
He clears his throat before making hi apporach, causing the woman to remove her sunglasses to get a better look at this stranger towering over her who looks a bit suspicious. "Excuse me, maim." He begins, his voice is angelic, making her hang onto his every word as he speaks them, trying to fit it together properly as to not sound completely fucked. "Is that your child, who seems to be having a snack on his fingers?"
Her skeptisism washes away immediately as she looks straight at the toddler in the sand box.
Bingo!
"Jimmy!" The woman stands, leaving her purse unatended as she goes to teach her son the things he should and should not place into his mouth. Ian nods, seeing her back turned going straight to her purse to retrieve her wallet and easily slipping it into his pocket and dissappearing before the lady even notices.
He sneaks behind a grove of trees, opening the billfold to find two hundred dollar bills staring back at him and another twenty. "Fuck yeah!" He snatched the cash and disposes it into one of his many pockets then begins scavenging to find anything else of importance, finding a credit card which he as well places in the same pocket.
He drops the container onto the ground and strides away, heading for the adult side of the park where there are basketball courts and numerous benches. He finds a vacant one and decides to lazily lay across it until something of interest happens.

Evian smiled, he hung up his disposable cellphone and tossed it down an overpass. He leaned over, watching it fall and break through the windshield of a van. It then swerved out of control and smashed into another car. Evian laughed, he liked violence and real life violence couldn't compare to movie violence. He started walking towards the left, heading down the street and passing a Hot Dog Vendor.
He looked over, across the street, there was a man. A quite muscular man at that, with a gray beanie on. Seeing how muscular the other man looked, Evian looked down at himself, same skinny scene kid he was 2 years ago when he dropped out of school. He could see that there were two girls, oddly similar too. But something caught his eye, another girl. She was perfectly out of sight, except for anyone who might be standing in the spot he was now.
Evian didn't bother to look he just walked, slowly, into the street. Some cars stopped and honked at him, yelling for him to get out of the way or spewing profanities at him. He ignored it all and casually walked by the three on the bench, into the near alley. He moved out of sight and next to the other crouching figure. He whispered in the figure's ear.
"So, How long you been here. Micro?"

Angel was minding her own business eating her food but couldn't help but manage to listen to the conversation that the guy and the girl were having. It was pretty interesting and it seemed something cool, well except for the doing jail time part. She too would have hated to be in jail for any amount of time. It wasn't till she took her last bite that the cute guy in the gray beanie spoke to her. Though she wasn't looking at them she knew it was directed towards her.
"What about you, how was your time?"he said looking at her.
She couldn't help but to give the smile that everyone always fell in love with. That warm smile that made everyones day. She couldn't help but to give off a short giggle.
"Sorry but I've never done jail time, and hopefully I never do. Though I did live with my mother and that seemed to be jail time to me. Worst 16 years of my life. I'm Angel by the way, nice to meet you two" she said as she extended her arm.

"D.C.! You could have told me you were in the city!" Mic's eyes lit up. Evian and her had found eachother over the net, and instantly tag teamed it as fellow hackers. Data-crash had heard of MicroSHOT taking out the New York Subway, and hadn't believed it was her at first. The two had hit a lot of places, mainly banks. She herself had heard of Data-Crash, but never thought she'd be his partner.
She nodded to the three on the bench. "Those two close did jail time." She trained her eyes on him for a second. "Might not be a bad catch for a gang. Not sure yet though. So, other than our jobs, how have you been? Better yet, when on earth did you get to New Hendrison? I've only been here about a week. It's a nice city, fresh for hacking. We are gonna have a lot of fun here..." Her eyes gleamed as she said this. Real life violence may not be her thing, but she sure as hell loved wreaking havoc in the virtual world.

Holly looked around making sure no one saw her. She sat down hidding beside a trash can. Looking down she put her hands in her pocket, taking out a bottle of pills she stole, her pocket knife, a straw and a napking. She placed the napkin down with her hands shaking. When the napkin was properly placed she tool three pills out. Then she took he pocket knife out, she began to smash the pills with it. She tool her straw out and put the top of it in her nose inhaling the smashed up pills. She placed the straw, napkin and pocket knife back in her pockets sniffing up the smashed pills. She sat with her back against the wall still shaking. Sighing she closed her eyes, they had started to burn.

Berlin laughed at Michael, he certainly had stayed chipper throughout the process. "I have a scar too!" She stood up and pulled up the hem of her shirt revealing her milky smooth skin and a deep purple ragged gash. "I got that from punching a girl in the face.... yea.. don't take on people with knives fiddled from coffee mugs." The teen tilted her head and flashed him a smile.

The girl who looked strangely similar to her gave her a smile and introduced herself. Berlin took her hand and shook it politely. Jail had not taken her manners from her.
"I'm Berlin D'Amuri, and that handsome devil is my best friend Michael." She sounded like she was joking about the handsome devil part, but she wasn't.

"I have a scar too! I got that from punching a girl in the face.... yea.. don't take on people with knives fiddled from coffee mugs." Michael gazed at the scar as Berlin uncovered it, wincing slightly. He couldn't imagine a girl like Berlin, seemingly fragile, getting a pretty brutal scar like that. He smiled at her final comment about taking on people with coffee mug knives, though.
"Sorry but I've never done jail time, and hopefully I never do. Though I did live with my mother and that seemed to be jail time to me. Worst 16 years of my life. I'm Angel by the way, nice to meet you two."
Michael smiled at Angel's comment about living with her mother seeming like jail. He assumed that she had an average childhood, and therefor assumed that his abuse filled childhood was hell compared to hers. He then extended his arm as well to shake her hand after Berlin had. "Well, yeah, like she said I'm Michael. Cool to meet you Angel."
He took one final bite out of the hotdog he acquired from a vendor moments ago and finished it off, brushing a few crumbs off of his leg onto the ground. He then looked over his shoulder towards an alleyway. He could've sworn he saw someone go in there earlier but didn't see anybody now. Not that he had bad eyesight, it was just really dark back there and he didn't bother looking very hard.

Ian reached into one of the numerous compartments in his trench coat, showing off a pair of Black Spicoli 2 shades, slipping them into place on the bridge of his nose. It was terribly bright outside, he surely didn't like the sun raining down on his parade.
His mind traveled as his violet eyes closed. He was curious as to where Holly had gotten off to exactly. It was like her to run off unless she was planning on stirring up some trouble. That was one thing that he absolutely loved about her, she was so willing to try all of the horrible things that he would lead her to do, some of them doing even better than himself. She could make drugs better then he could, and this, Ian cherished. He chuckled, sitting up to look past his sunglasses to see the same woman, quite infuriates and talking to a security gaurd of the park. Probably explaining exactly what he looked like and what he was wearing.
He needed to get out of the area. Now. He stood abruptly, stalking out with his head low, attempting not to look completely conspicuous. He rounded a corner, seeing Holly knealing down sniffing up some sort of powder. He leaned against the brick wall, eyeing his sister after peering around the wall to make sure that he wasn't being followed. "What are those?" He asked, raising a single, slender brow. His own pupils were the sizes of dimes on quarters of color. He sighed, his leg arched to make a triangle.
He looked back down at her again, her dark wavy hair flowing down her shoulders. He knew that she was gorgeous and guys that wanted to get with her were usually thrown off by his overprotective manor. He cleared his throat and chuckled, his laugh was attractive, and unmistakingly wantable. "Mind sharing when I come down?" He asked, slipping an arm around her shoulder as she stood up to her full height.

"What are those?"
She almost didn't recognize the voice she just heard. "Just some pills I stole from the drug store. I almost got caught but I didn't." Her eyes were still closed while saying all of that. Still sniffing making sure that the crushed up pills were not in her nose. Rubbing her eyes with both of her hands.
Hearing her brothers attractive laugh saying,"Mind sharing when I come down?"
She really didn't like sharing with others, but with her brother it was okay. "You know that I don't like sharing Ian.." She said his name in a playful way. "I guess so.. here." Holly made her drugs carefully and slowly all she had was pills, marijuana, and cocain in her jacket pocket. She opened her eyes so she could see her older brothers handsome face. Sighing she hesitated a little her hands shaking, she handed the napkin and straw to Ian. Waiting for him to take it. "Take it, I can make some more anyway."

Ian grinned. How lucky was he to have the best little sister? He took the pieces from her, examining her utensils.
"Just some pills I stole from the drug store. I almost got caught but I didn't."
He chuckled when he heard these words. "Yeah, it seems as if we always almost get caught, but we never really do. I think it may have something to do with the way your brother has with words." He still smiled as he spoke, then leaned against the wall that she occupied and slid down to take the open spot next to her. "I already smoked some crank. But this will just keep me going longer."
"You know that I don't like sharing Ian.."
Ian laughed a bit again. "But this is why I love you, Holls. Your the best sister that I could ask for." He meant it truthfully and locked his arm around her shoulders to embrace her and give her a kiss on the head. He just felt in a living mood, the drugs working through his system causing Ian to show them without any hesitation. Especially towards his sister, she was the only one that he showed his real caring attitude towards, most others he wouldn't hesitate to watch them fall, but he would risk his life for Holly.
He took out three pills and lay them on the napkin awaiting him to crush them with his dragon pocket knife. He did thouroughly, sure not to leave any chunks or small bits. He took the straw and professionally sucked the powder through either nostrils and then brought the napkin to his nose to gather any remnants. He threw his head back, his thoughts spinning even farther into oblivion. "Holy fuck." He whispered, pinching his nose for a second then inhaling again sharply. The shit had gone straight into his system, sending him flying in a whirlwind.

"Holy fuck."
She started to laugh a little. "Ha.. you still can't handle that Ian. That's a shame, those kinds of pills will go in your system really fast." She always loved to use drugs with her brother. "Who were you running from a minute ago. Did you steal some thing too?" Her brother and her were always getting in trouble. Even if it was not for drugs she would still get in trouble.
Looking around she would look at her hands they were still shaking. She stood back up because she wash tired of sitting down. She stopped looking at her shaking hands and her light blue eyes looked back down at Ian. "Have any money big bro.." She was really thirsty and wanted something to drink. Her throat was dryer than the desert.

"Who were you running from a minute ago. Did you steal some thing too?"
Ian nodded, snickering to himself mostly. "Don't I always steal? I'm, like, the biggest kleptomaniac in the world, dude." He shrugged at his natural talent and picked himself up as well to tower over his sister. "Yeah, I snatched a few bucks from this woman, s's sinch." His voice was calm, collected, as though it didn't even bother him that he took from people right and left. He did it without a second thought.
"You thirsty? I know, I've got cotton mouth like a bitch." His violet eyes peered back around the brick wall, seeing the woman and the gaurd gone he nodded. Ian's gaze went back to Holly. It was likely that they had some sort of best friend telepathy of some sort, it was almost as if they could read each other's thoughts and some points and they could tell if something bothered the other in a snap. He slipped his arm nonchalantly around her shoulder again, guiding her away from the park and through the alley to the closest shell station.
They went inside, setting of an irritating dinging from the door, indicating that new customers had arrived. A Mexican woman was behind the counter and she looked fairly young. She greeted them as Ian and Holly headed to the back and grabbed drinks for themselves, Ian snagging a large Red Bull. He unwillingly closed in on the cash register. He truly hated paying for anything except drugs and he had always been reluctant to spend any stolen money that he aquired. His sister set her drink on the counter and the woman scanned the two products which rang up to three seventy-eight and he handed over the twenty he had snatched. She dolled out the coins and gave him his change then the siblings were on their way.

"You thirsty? I know, I've got cotton mouth like a bitch."
She laughed at what her brother had said. Nodding a yes at him, when his arm went around her shoulders they were off. She was guided to the nearest shell station. Once she was at the door she ran into the station grabbing her a monster. She put her drink on the counter smiling at Ian. Really not liking the 'pay for drinks except for drugs' thing. As they walked out she smiled again,"You should have stolen it than paying for it." She looked back at the young woman and rolled her light blue eyes and looked back at Ian. "I hate spending money, it's more easy if we would just steal things we wanted." She frowned at him then looked away.

Ian sighed and shook his head. "Yeah, i know, I really didn't want to to pay, bit figured it was the more honest thing to do." He scoffed at his own words and his eyebrows lowered as his own words sunk into his thick, drug infested skull. "Ehat the fuck am I even saying, I've never cared before." He chuckled and showed her the other two hundreds that were crumpled into one another. "I have some other bills. We should be good for a bit." He flashes her a mischevious, a look that won over any pretty girl he was interested in. "You gotta split that Monster with me if I split this Red Bull with me." He clicked the tab open and let the drink guzzle down his craving throat. "Ahhh, hits the spot."
Ian reached into another pocket of his trench coat and pulled out his pack of Kool Menthols. He flipped the top open and slipped a ciggarette behind her ear and places another between his thin, addicted lips. He replaces the box into the same pocket and whipped out a lighter, flicking it and inhaling the tobacco smoothly. His lungs expanded, enjoying the crystalization. "God, I couldn't live without these babies." He admitted, flicking off some ashes and taking another long drag from the slim tobacco product.

I can feel the horrid death of this roleplay creeping up! I don't want to be forced to abandon Ian. :/
Re: [OOC] Thirteenth Street Saints & Sinners
Nah, but this new calendar feature is messed up. Screw around with the dates until you find where the posts are.
It's not a good feature at all :L

Re: [OOC] Thirteenth Street Saints & Sinners
Okay.
& btw, I accepted MafiaMan's character even though he's 34, above the teenager setting, because it just makes sense to have someone who could have possibly had strong gang experience in the group(As far as in-character goes). And the other romancer spot is open.

I can make a dude if you'd like. I don't really want too, but I will. I can make the other romancer.
Re: [OOC] Thirteenth Street Saints & Sinners
Yah. Definitely. We need more male characters anyhow. Right now it's a 5:1 gender ratio ;-;
Re: [OOC] Thirteenth Street Saints & Sinners
Happy birthday to you TrueGrit! I'll reserve you one for "Entrepreneur" but it can change if you don't really want that one. >.>
And okay @ all of the reserves except for the last one. There was already someone waiting for me to accept their character, sorry ;-;

Perfectly acceptable ^_^
I managed to make a kind of huge introduction that I'll copy/paste in now. don't mind how big it is, not all of my posts will be like it <,<
