"This is my world! Don't mess with me unless you want to Tango! Hehe Tango, get it?"
Tango is roughly 5 ft high, (though she will firmly say she is taller than you, and has been known to get a little angry if you argue), with a tanned, impressive body of a diva. Slender curves hidden behind a, slightly to big, dress of red with abnormally big pockets. Her eyes are deep crimson, and even her hair has had its color changed to bit this quirky color scheme.
She carries herself with the air of a spoiled queen and know it all, fidgeting slightly as if people bored her. Constantly, she is seen playing with her hands or whatever random item in her pockets. She has a habit of playing with any random object, and has no real understanding of personal space.
Flashy, quirky, eccentric, or perhaps utterly mad. No matter how you look at this young lady, she is obviously and utterly, crazed. She is a binder who simply enjoys the world being at her feet, but is hardly what you could "evil", instead lacking in the cruelty usually required to be well... a threat to anything other than herself. Her greatest crime is perhaps kleptomania.
Expensive tastes and demand for the best of everything makes her somewhat hard to deal with, already thinking herself better than others. This sometimes makes it difficult for her to obtain allies when she needs them. She spends more time coming up with ways to not seem like she needs anyone help, than she does actually getting things done.
However, despite her many outside flaws, one would be amazed at the clever leader behind it, even though she'll quite dramatically tell you she is the best mastermind there ever was. Essentially you would never expect such a powerful opponent.
As with all Binders, Tango uses the music granted upon her by the "Goddess of Divine Tones". Her control of spirits through the sound of a red violin with black, almost burnt spots, upon its surface gives her the power to force the spirits under her control to become one with a object, allowing raw power through manipulating matter to move. However, the larger the matter, the more spirits are required to give it animation. Through this power she formed a army of clockwork servants.
Castle Masquerade, as named so "cleverly" by its ruler, Tango, is a product of her quirky yet undeniable power. A walking, animated fortress, in which Tango carries out all of her, to quote "Dastardly Deeds of Villainous Evil Doings", however, the thing is mostly a shoddy wreck requiring cleaning, the glass replaced, and almost all of its furniture replaced.
Curses: Ironically, with all her power, her curse is that she is not allowed to take a single life herself. Unable to actually "kill" anyone in this world, she can't personally "Hurt" anyone either. If she threw a something at you, it would, every time, miss. However she does not tell anyone of this weakness, instead pretending that she'll hurt them personally and finding clever excuses for not doing it.
(more to be revealed in the story)
Once a loyal servant to "The Goddess of Divine Tones", the young woman became displeased with the whole "servant master" situation, and is now looking for allies to kill her, and take her position as ruler of Mir.
