Introduction
The year is 2023. A giant asteroid is plunging towards Earth, one that is big enough to destroy it. The scientist have been lucky enough to spot it to where it's a year and half away, but a year and a half isn't much time to save the world. To add their luck, they found a planet in 2017 that harbored animal life, and was safe for human life. They had been studied it, planning for a landing sometime in 2025 once their research was done. Now they've pushed the research the side, planning to build giant ships to take the human population and animals to the new planet. Half way through 2024, Japan made the first one, only to be quickly copied by the remaining leading countries. By the end of the time period, there existed five ships. One In North America, one in South America, one in Japan, one in Europe, and one in Australia. People from surrounding countries gather at these points, everyone waiting to board. However, the asteroid comes a day early, when people are still prioritizing by rank and nationality. The doors were open, and everyone made a mad dash to get in. The ships took off, only to see the Earth get destroyed behind them. At least 20 million people were left behind.
The ride to the planet is peaceful, as they stocked the ships before they let people on. People enjoyed themselves, making new friends, finding love, all kinds of things. One they reach the new planet, however, the realization hits them.
They are completely free.
In the rush to save lives, boundaries, ranks, ownership of land wasn't decided. These people are free to do as they please with the resources given to them. How will you survive? Will you lead? Will you kill? Will you create?

I still remember the day the world blew up. Watching it as pieces flew in all kinds of directions, my old home. Where I played, grew, learned, and it was gone. I could only hope my family had made it on board alive, and I would be anxious to see them once we arrived. They said it would take at least half a year, with how the ships were built. I really can't wait to see what this new Earth looks like.

It took longer than expected. By the end of it, we were rationing our food and trying to make plants grow with a few of what we had left. It gave little back to us, but every crumb went a long way. When we learned that we would be docking in an hour, the entire ship cheered, having the rest of the food as a feast in celebration.
Once we landed, however, we saw how stupid that was. The doors opened to reveal a plain, surrounded by woods. There were no cities, houses, buildings. No government, officials, nothing. We were to start all over, to build and recreate this Earth as we saw fit. Everyone was stripped of their ranks as we spread out, only looking out for ourselves. Now that I've seen what cruelty this New Earth has to offer, I can't help but hope my family got left behind.

Adalene stood beside the giant window that allowed her to look down to her new home. She was surrounded by other people, mostly Europeans as she had gotten herself boarded on the European ship. How lucky she was, to beat the roar and the chaos. Though it seemed just as loud here, as people chatted and made friends, watching as the forest zoomed below them. They talked about what it would be like, what the houses looked like, if they internet yet, if there would be job opportunities. Adalene wondered this herself as the speed of the ship slowed down. It seemed that the other didn't notice what she had noticed. Did they not find it strange that they had yet to see any buildings at all? There were no roads, no school, not even tents; just endless wood.
The forest below them broke into a plain that harbored other ships. They landed, and Adalene could just stare as her suspicions became more and more of a reality. There was nothing here, just the ships. Had they not prepared anything?
She shifted the orange backpack on her back as headed for the exit with the rest of the buzzing crowd. Maybe they were just in a position to where they wouldn't be able to see the camp? That had to be it right? Her stomach squirmed as she inched closer and closer to the exit, passing the kitchen door as she did so. A glance inside the kitchen gave her an idea. he would need a weapon, especially if they really had been just left to be. She walked inside and spotted a large kitchen knife, picking it up and looking it over.
What if she was just being paranoid? She had a tendency to do that, but she couldn't shake the sick feeling in her stomach. It was better safe than sorry right? She opened her backpack and shoved the knife inside, then returning to the line of people waiting to go outside. It seemed to take forever, but she finally reached there. When she walked outside, she could only stare in horror as her paranoia gripped at her heart. All she saw were people, standing stupefied at what to do, and the ships that had brought them here. There was no camp, no help, just them.
A person gave her a small push from behind, ordering her to hurry up. She gave them a small curse and kept moving down the stairs from ship. Once she hit the grass she looked at the group of people. What were they to do? Who were they to look to? Where their some orders that she had missed? She joined the stupefied crowd as she searched each face for the answers.

Sebastian didn't gather around the window like the others. He prompted to stay back and enjoy the chance to be away from the crowd for once. Apparently he was the only tattoo artist who had thought to bring their gun on this ship. Strange, considering he was on the American ship. Wasn't that supposed to be one of their past times or something?
He stretched out his arms as he felt the ship slow beneath his feet. It was about time, he had had enough of being smothered by people. He was ready for some open air! He stopped stretching when he heard the swoosh and the click of the door opening and the stairs being unfolded. He grabbed the right strap of his black backpack and lifted it on to his shoulder, letting the other strap hang. Hew followed the group out, being one of the first to see New Earth as he had not been by the window and was able to get a good spot in line.
He was honestly surprised to see what was on the other side of the small group in front of him. Not by what there was, but by the lack there of. There was nothing but a plain, just a plain. Where was he supposed to live? Set up shop? Where they kidding? He couldn't help but feel a small ball of rage build up as he headed for the plain, searching his surroundings. There was really nothing, just the others ships and people. This could get bad.
In an attempt to not stand out, as attention seemed to be a bad idea all of a sudden, he slunk back towards the ship, hiding in the shade of it with a group of other people that somehow seemed harmless. He didn't want to be alone, but he wanted to hide. A difficult task when you were as tall as him, and seemed everyone around him for miles had suddenly turned into a dwarf. He settled for staying quiet and waiting for something to happen. Something was bound to happen eventually.

Alex was getting pretty tired of bumping against people he had no idea existed. He hated the idea of sitting there and taking the small talk he tried so hard to avoid. Unless it was a hot chick he wasn't interested in any kind of conversation. He was on the American ship and noticed everyone was leaving. Finally he had been waiting forever to get of with the freaks he rode with. He saw a very tall kid walking around. Slim with no real build except a good amount of natural muscle.
He himself wasn't short but wasn't tall. He was a six foot and was sure he would stay that way for the rest of his life if he could help it. But his american shoe size wasn't helping. A whopping size 17, the same as his age. As he got out he noticed many kids his age only had one parent or no parent at all with them. He was strong willed but missed his Mommy and Papi. His Hispanic heritage made him a odd man out. He moved like a soar thumb in the crowd of full Americans.
He had spent many years looking for his brother Daniel Feliciano. No one exact reason his brother had a completey different name than his and looked nothing like him despite there full blood brotherness. He smiled at everyone trying hard to numb the pain he knew was coming. His brother had been prounanced died in Afganastan a year ago. With no body found.

Adelle looked through the window watching the forest glide by below them. Adeline was tending to their first aid kit and other necessities they had brought with them in the startled rush for the ship. She sighed and twirled her scalpel a few more times liking the metal, solid feel that brushed her fingertips. It felt like reality. "Adeline. Have you noticed something?" Her twin sisters sharp gaze looked up and met hers, their gazes matching equally. Both were a light amber. "Yes. Do you want me to say it?" Adelle stared at her pondering it before looking back to the window.
"I don't mind." She spoke frankly as her hand moved to cradle her cheek. "We're surrounded by forest. Civilization isn't ready." Adelle closed her eyes as the image of earth crumbling inwards on itself flashed before her eyes. Their home planet was gone but the homesickness never left. Specially for home where her family lay no longer. "I miss them." She murmured. Adeline frowned and reached forward to pat her knee. "I know. This is their wish. Right?" Adelle opened her eyes to half mast. "Yes. I hope so."
The twins stepped off the ship glancing around at the people who floundered about as they too realized the predicament. Adelle looked to her sister. "Shall we go? I don't wanna stay with these people. I'm sure we can live by ourselves." The first sign of hesitation showed in Adeline's eyes. "How?" Adelle smiled and reached forward to rustle her sister's hair. "Don't worry. I trained enough to know my chemicals, plants, and vitamins. Everything else too. Plus, you know about the animal anatomy. Were going to be okay." Adelle winked and started making her way to the plains. Adeline, however, stopped her. "We should tell the people. That their on their own. Might as well right? I don't want to leave them here like this." Adeline looked to her sister in desperation. Adelle finally sighed and made her way to the front of the crowd.
She coughed waiting for her sister to stand behind her for support. She was sure they looked exactly alike. Returning her attention to the confused crowd she cleared her throat getting ready to speak.
"Excuse me! I am Dr. Hawke a scientist in the study of chemistry and that is Dr. Hawke specialized in the study of the animal anatomy." Adeline smiled and touched her shoulder prompting her to continue. "As you can see, our predicament is a little dire. Yes, I know, there is no civilization. Obviously. I don't know what the government officials were thinking but now that were here there isn't much we can do." She went quiet letting her words set in. Adeline took this time to speak up. "Sadly, since not many of us are not specialized in hunting or such endeavors as producing food or actually having to find a way to survive you are free to form tribes of leaders who can provide. I suggest you team up or do whatever humans would do to survive. As such, me and my sister will do our best to help!" Adelle snapped her gaze over to Adeline. "I will not." "You will." Adelle went quiet before letting out a sigh. "Yes, we will try to help you. If not, I'm sure any one of the people who governed the ships could. Please try your best to make this new world ours, not only for ourselves but also for the loved ones we lost back on earth. Thank you. That is all."
Adelle moved off walking towards the forest in the very far distance. She needed a break. Adeline caught up and snatched her arm up stopping her. "You can't leave." Adelle rolled her eyes and huffed loudly. "I'm not. I'm just moving around for a little fresh air." Adeline blushed and pulled Adelle closer into a hug. "I know. It's okay. It's safe here." Adeline smiled and let go slowly moving to sit down on the springy grass. "Let's take inventory." Adelle nodded a went to sit next to her pulling a bag off her shoulders where it had rested. "Here." As Adeline went about searching through the rushed emergency bag Adelle watched the crowd with interest.

Liam was one of the first people to step off the American ship, many people were in awe, and from what he could see, others were expecting to see vast cities or at least advanced towns. He, on the other hand, was expecting to see exactly this, or at least some tents. He took a deep breath, after being on board a ship that recycled air constantly it was nice to have fresh, clean, air. Definitely better than that on Earth.
He kept a smile on his face despite his disappointment, and started to wander around. He got quite the distance away from the ships and sat down, near the edge of the forest, looking in at the people as they started wandering around themselves. His own assumptions had led him to believe that any form of government was left on Earth, and that they would have to start anew as if they just came out from being cavemen. He sighed lightly and laid back, ignoring whatever commotion there was. "Well, first things first," He muttered aloud, looking up at the sky, "Figuring out what day it is, and the hours, and the seasons. For all we know, winter could be setting in, hell, this sounds like when the pilgrims first landed at Plymouth rock." He finished, letting out a light laugh.
Ah, the joy of settling, he thought, things weren't going to stay all that well, and he had to guess that something was going to happen very soon. At least he'd hope his knowledge in the medical field would be appreciated. He yawned briefly, and shortly after that, he had found himself sleeping.

So she was right? Her paranoia had, for once, done her some good. She looked around, taking the 'team' idea as a good one. It wasn't like they could all separate on their own and just live. Problems would arise, laws would be needed. That was why things like that existed in the first place. She watched as the twin doctors walked away, going off on their own a bit. Maybe they would be a first start, for science was always needed right? Not only that, but going off on your own in a world you didn't know seemed like a bad idea. This wasn't Earth. There wasn't dogs, squirrels, or big cats hiding in those woods. There were things that people had never seen, a completely new wildlife. There was no way the two planets could have the same animals, it just seemed impossible.
She had convinced herself of the importance of the science twins. She tightened her grip on her strap and headed over to them. "Hello." She started, giving them a smile. "You are scientists right? Could you tell me what you know about the wildlife here?" They seemed to have a better grasp as to what was going than she did, so they seemed like the best start.

Sebastian watched as the twin chicks announced their presence and then stated the obvious. He gave them a lazy stare as they walked away on their own, only to be followed by another girl. He then shifted his gaze to the rest of the group. He was sure everyone was thinking the same thing: So what now? For Sebastian the answer was easy. He was hungry, and they still had the ships. It wasn't like the ships left them. He climbed up the stairs and looked around, spotting the kitchen. He walked in only to find it empty. They had eaten the rest of the food last night as a feast. As good as it was, for once Sebastian felt that he regretted eating.
He climbed back off the ship in a slightly sour mood, looking around. He could go hunt something...maybe. What was the wildlife here anyway? Did they have deer, or turkey, or was it completely different? He walked to the edge of the woods, looking into the darkness. It didn't look safe... He decided to turn around, feeling a little stressed out by the sudden change and confusion. And he was still hungry...

OOC Notes
Everything had to start from scratch, well at least until they ran out of the resources they had brought with them. Tribes, or Governments had to be formed if they were to survive fully as a people, rather than individuals. New medicine, of course, would have to be created, along with housing, tools, weapons to defend themselves, new technology, the list went on and on. However, the only thing that interested him right now, as he slept, were the possible advances in medicine that could be created here. A bright future in which cancer could probably be cured? Or maybe some other illness that has long plagued humanity since Earth? Or, would they find the exact same plants as they would have on Earth? Such questions raced through his mind, it was any wonder that he was able to get to sleep.
Liam yawned and sat up, the first thing he noticed that the sun was about it's highest peak in the sky, noon-ish, he believed. How long was he asleep? He didn't know, and at first he didn't care, as he sat up and looking towards where the ships were, still people seemed to be milling around. "Might as well go mingle.." He mumbled, pushing himself up to his feet. He began taking a couple of steps towards the ships and stopped suddenly. "Now, if I know the beginning of a horror story, that sound was it." He mumbled in a low tone, as he turned around and squinted into the eerie forest, as a few twigs snapped, and leaves crunched.
From what he had learned while on board the ship, no one knew exactly what was safe, or what was dangerous, and that was a cause for alarm, especially for him. Sooner or later they would run out of supplies brought over from Earth, and with Earth completely gone, they wouldn't be able to gain the items they were normally accustomed to, such as advanced medicine, or even food. Though, why he was thinking of this now, he didn't even know. Something was out there.
Glancing back towards where the ships were, he looked to see if anyone had came closer to his location, which, judging by the fact he was the only one off to the side near the forest, he answered his own impending question, turning his gaze back towards the dark forest. "Just my imagination.." He said in a low tone, as he started to back away from the forest edge.
Once he felt he was a good distance away from the forest, he turned around and quickly walked over to the nearest group, two twins, who had apparently introduced themselves earlier, but he wasn't paying any attention, and some other girl. Probably best to introduce yourself, then again you don't really enjoy meeting new people. He thought as he approached the group.
He was about five feet away when he stopped. Yeah, no. Crossed his mind as he stepped off with one foot, while turn around on one heel. Keeping his worried expression focused on the forest. More questions and thoughts raced through his mind, should he make a fuss and point out that something was wrong? Should he keep quiet and deal with the possible situation of someone getting hurt by whatever was out there? He shook his head, frowning more or less at the thoughts. Maybe he should stop worrying about the possible threat, and start focusing on finding edible plants, or something that could be used as an alternative to creating new medicines. That was probably something to do in the morning. Even though, I honestly don't want to be out there by myself.

"Hurry up Max!" Luann exclaimed.
They'd both seen and heard what was happening, and so, they were using the money in their wallets, to strip the ship of all the chocolate bars.
"Its not my fault, that you can't go around without a million 5 cents!" he retorted.
"Well at least we have some coins, not like in your wallet." she said.
"Oh, I'm sorry. My bad! How could I think of taking some big bills, instead of a lot of change." he said, a slight sarcasm to his voice.
"Just finnish allready." she said, lifting her small suitcase, which wasn't bigger than a backpack.
"Ok, done. Now let's get the hell out of here, before things go to hell."
They jogged outside, to see the crowd begin to panic. What should they do? How would they survive?
"Well, at least there's still food on the ships.". That must've been the absolute worst thing to say, in history.
The whole crowd moved in unison, looking at the ships. And hell broke loose.
"Take the american ship, they're the richest!" was the thing, spurring what looked like world war 3.
People stormed the ships, wanting to get some provisions. And of course there was enough... for some days.
"Come on Max. We got to go." she tugged his arm, and he turned his gaze away from the absolute chaos.
"But which way? It's not like we know anything about this place." he took up the suitcase, to easen his wife.
"What about that mountain?" she suggested, pointing at a mountain range off in the distance.
"Top." he said, accepting the idea. A mountain range would at least provide them with a better foundation for life.
They took to walking. occasionally looking back at the people, running around in confusion, trying to grab something of worth.
It was actually rather sad. But life wasn't meant to be easy.
"Honey." Luann said, looking at Maxwell.
"What is it?" he looked at her, was something wrong.
"How are we going to get along?" she looked at him, with doubt painted all over her face.
"Well, we don't have machines to plow for us, or even a manuel plow, so we'll have to be hunters and gatherers, untill we can get some seeds. Then I'll start us a farm."
He said, hoping to reassure her. He didn't like the fact that she was feeling uncomfortable with the entire situation.
They wandered on, in silence, both thinking about what they should do.

Archie sighed, most of the other people had gotten off the ship by now. They had all seemed to be worried about where the cities and houses and everything else was. Archie hadn't thought that New Earth would be like Old Earth, that would ust make it boring in a way, and a hinderence to him wanting to become one of the first heroes of this new world. He walked off the ship, placing his backpack on his back and gripping his hand-made wooden samurai sword, or bokun as the japanese called it. He looked up and saw it was slightly past noon, it had taken him a while to get off the ship and now only had a limited time to find a place to settle and get food.
When he heard some people say there was still food on the ship, the crowd, who had been mulling around until now, had seemed to awaken from their growing despair, which quickly grew into hostileness as they swarmed the ships for anything that was not strapped down, there was stealing and biting and hitting. It was annoing and a sad sight.
"So these are humans with no civilisation huh?" he mumbled as he walked over to someone who had just stolen some food from a small girl. The girl was crying and, due to his hero complex, Archie was somewhat forced to help her "stand down" he said, pointing the bokun at the theif. The theif laughed at first, then, as Archie hit him soundly on the neck knocking him out, he gave a quick gasp of air then fell to the ground, not dead but sleeping.
He grabbed the bread from the theif and offered it to the child, who quickly took it then smiled
"Thank you mister... um"
"Just call me White Knight little one" Archie said as he patted the girl on her head then walked away
"Thank you Mister White Kinight" the girl shouted as she ran off.
Archie looked around and quickly saw a small group that seemed to be gathering, he walked over and bowed saying
"Hello, my friends... it seems that at least some people have not become barbarians just yet" he smiled and rose his head saying "My name is Archie Smith... it is a pleasure to meet you all"

Koby wasn't much of a talker. Never had been, never would be. Considering his awkwardness around people and lack of social skills, it was really no surprise that he had kept to his room most of the time. To everyone on the ship, he was as much a mystery as the new world they were heading towards, but that didn't bother him. If anything, he would rather keep it that way. Maybe then people wouldn't get on his case about 'ignoring' them. Not his fault they never talked loud enough.
Staying in or around his room most of the time, Koby was one of the last to get off the ship. People pushed and shoved too much when excited, he decided. No matter. Making sure his pack was secured to his back, he began his descent down the ladder and finally found himself standing on the ground. A welcomed experience after being stuck on a shuttle for so long.
But that was where the problems began. There was grass and there were trees. There wasn't much of anything else and that was a problem. What were they going to do for food? And shelter? Heck, what was he going to do? He had enough problems to deal, what with the Earth being destroyed and the fact that he couldn't hear much of anything. If trouble came, he was so screwed.
But he would worry about that later. Adjusting his backpack, Koby looked around in search of someone that might help him. It was a strange world and he had a serious disadvantage. The sooner he got help, the better. He soon spotted another man looking around as well. For what, he didn't know nor did he care. Here was a person just as lost as he was (he hoped)!
Koby approached Liam cautiously, as though he were trying to get close to a poisonous snake. His body posture and stiff movement gave off the impression of a frightened animal- ready to take off at any second- as he finally came to a stop several feet away. He tilted his head, thought for a few seconds, before finally raising his hand and greeting, "Guten tag."

Adelle peered at the girl slowly taking in her behaviors before gesturing towards Adeline. "If anyone would know it would be her." Adeline looked up at Adelle then to the girl before a bright smile appeared. "Oh! I'm Adeline Hawke. A pleasure to meet you. The animal life here..." She trailed off glancing towards the forest before continuing. "It should be normal. Maybe the colors and organs will be in different spots. The government didn't share too much with us researchers other than 'Things will be different. Expect to sample and collect data.' So, I don't expect some flaming slime monster but then again I don't expect some normal black stallion. Just be on your toes."
Adelle turned to the girl as Adeline resumed checking inventory. "That's the answer then." She looked around at the other people as a notion began to sprout in her head. "Does anyone carry weapons? We will need to hunt for food." She looked to Adeline right as the twin flushed pale. "No! Absolutely not! I will not hunt any animal no matter the difference! We need to coexist." Adeline glared furiously and Adelle blinked in surprise. "Adeline. Do you expect us to eat that foliage? It looks horrible and I'm no vegetarian. Surely we can find a oxen creature." Adeline shook her head. "No. This discussion is over." Adelle rolled her eyes and looked to the other girl. "Obviously not. Anyways, are you able to hunt-" She paused mid-sentence when another man approached from the already dangerous crowd. It wasn't like she hadn't expected people to go crazy. It was a normal human reaction to peril. They just became the dumb terrified wimps they are. Stealing from children. Hurting others. What else was new?
"Hello Archie. It's a pleasure to meet you too." Her lips quirked up in a smile before she pointed to Adeline. "My twin would say the same if she weren't busy there." Adelle flitted through her pocket before pulling out her scalpel to twirl in her hand again. She just felt it as a comforting habit. "So, as I was saying, are either of you able to hunt with a bow and arrow or a dagger? I may not look it but I'm pretty good at archery. Not professional but good enough. Middle school years, you know? Of course, we will have to carve these weapons sometime. Adeline can tell me which organ to hit since these might be unidentified organisms. What say you?"

Maya Lorna Fielding~
Silently following the mass of people, deboarding the ship, Maya was one of the lucky few who made it onto the rescue vessel. It had been quite a while, she was more stricken with the loss of her loved ones than anything. She had kept to herself for most of the journey, not wanting to socialize or bond with anybody else. She was grieving, how couldn't she? Maya had lost everything she had ever achieved in the past few years, within the blink of an eye everything was gone. It was more than difficult for her, trying not to think about it was a task in itself.
More than once she had managed to set herself free, and think about the future ahead, but was it all really worth it? Here, alone, starting from scratch with nothing but the clothes on her back and the things in her bag. It was a very depressing thought, and she was sure she'd never get used to it. Glancing over to her right and left, she tried to make out what group of people she should try and join. There was nothing more frightening to her, than meeting new people, but as usual she would try and get away with a brave face and an optimistic attitude.
Taking a few steps into the plain grass, it had the feel of home, more or less. Disturbing, in a sense, for why was this place deserted for such a long time? And why didn't anyone try and escape to this place sooner? More and more questions came, popping up in her head one after the other, but for now she had to concentrate.
"I have to find someone I can associate with, this place looks lonely but who knows what lurks around in the dark".

"Well..." Archie said Adelle "my dad was a sensei of a kendo dojo... so i know weak points in the human, and some animal, bodies... i can stun things with my weapon" he brought up his bokun to illistrate his point then continued to say "but i can't preform finishing moves with just a wooden blade... i can ingure and stun... that's pretty much it" he put he changed the grip on the bokun so that it had the same usage as a walking stick, due to his left foot being broken when he entered the ship "obviously i won't be good against fast creatures..." he sighed and looked at the girl who didn't want to hurt animals and said "i know it is sad when a creature dies... but for our very race to survive sacrifices must be made... or do you want humans, who can also be established as animals, to die, simply due to not wnting to kill for their own kin" he sighed, he had come to this brutal realization many years ago, but it still hurt slightly.

Liam kept his eyes focused on the forest for sometime, until commotion stirred up behind him. He turned around to see a rather medium size crowd start to re-board the American ship, he could hear a few people shouting about how the American's were rich. He shook his head at the chaos that would ensue if people continued believing that. To him, there weren't any Americans, Brits, Germans, Russians, the countries of Earth were gone. Governments and Nations didn't exist anymore, it was just Humanity. He sighed lightly and noticed that the group he was standing closer too, the one with the two twins, had gotten larger. He would have to start making friends sooner or later, and they would have to be the people he could trust, and potentially rely on. Allies, more or less.
He sighed lightly, looking away from the group. Unaware of someone approaching him from the side, he looked around for a little bit more noticing a couple moving off in the direction of a mountain. He wanted to shout that moving away from the ships wasn't the smartest idea until people actually settled down and organized themselves, but the commotion seemed to sway his opinions of shouting. What they needed most was a leader, someone who could rally the people together, and get things to settle down. Of course, who would listen to the words of a doctor? Liam wasn't much of a leader anyways, but this situation was something they needed to get a hold of, or else things they wouldn't survive longer than a fortnight.
Though, snapping out of his thoughts, he jumped slightly as when someone nearby startled him by saying something in a foreign language.
"Guten Tag." The man had said, and this caused Liam to quickly look towards the person he didn't see standing near him at first. The man appeared to be scared, from the stiff body language, and the mans hand was raised out for a handshake. Unsure of how to approach the situation, he causally reached out and shook the mans hand briefly before letting go. "Hello. I'm Doctor Liam Patterson." He shouted, hoping for the man to hear him over the commotion from the nearby panicking lunatics.

Adalene watched as the sisters bantered back on forth. She was a little surprised by the twin expecting to be a vegetarian here. From what the girls told her, they were on a planet that they knew little about. When the girl asked about weapons, Adalene rose her hand slightly. "I've got a kitchen knife. I'm no hunter, but it's not like I can't learn." She replied. Sure, they wouldn't be the best providers at first, but someone had to do it, and it wasn't like anyone was forming order in the insane chaos going on behind them. She was afraid to look.
She almost jumped out of her skin when Archie walked up, introducing himself. She looked at him, glad he wasn't there to kill them all (right?) and just to join the little group they seemed to have formed. "I'm Adalene Braun, It's nice to meet you all as well." She gave him a pained smile, seeing a bit of the chaos she was trying to ignore in the corner of her eye. It really wasn't pretty.

Adelle grinned at the wooden sword. "I think I like both of you.One knife. One sword. Lovely!" She chuckled and made to stand up brushing off her white jacket and black slacks. Adeline watched her before glancing to Archie and lowering her gaze. "I know. It's survival of the fittest but I would rather not exterminate a species just for the fact we need food. Adelle can take samples. We still have some vials in here. Feeding off greens won't be that bad." Adelle looked down at her twin with a sharp look. "We need certain vitamins from meat. Certain types of vitamin B, vitamin D, and vitamin K. You know that." Adeline pursed her lips before looking away towards the forest. Something must have startled her because her eyes went wide.
Adelle looked towards the forest confusedly. "What is it Adeline?" She scanned the edge nervously. She never did like suspense. Adeline bit her lip still watching the same spot. "I don't know. I just though I saw a quadruped." Adelle scowled. "I didn't study animals Adeline." Adeline glanced at her. "a four-legged animal. Quadruped." Adelle looked to the others then back to the forest. "Maybe all the noise has brought out the predators. If we stay amidst the crowd we have less of a chance of getting hurt. Right?" Adeline shook her head.
"If and only if I saw what I saw they probably are waiting in the shadows for us to come closer. Most quadruped don't go in packs. Feline don't, although Lupus creatures usually do." Adelle sighed and looked to the two non-scientists. "You guys understanding this? What will you do now? After all, there's nothing we can do with the ships unless we wanna become pirates. There should be another doctor around here somewhere. What was his name?" Adeline looked over at the crowd. "Dr. Petterson." Adelle smiled. "Perhaps recruiting him for the cause would be of interest to us. Although I won't make this a hierarchy. We decide this based on votes if were going to be a group. I think. So what the decision?" She glanced to the three surrounding her.

Sebastian had wondered to the middle of the group when the riot started. He was being pushed and jerked around, but was lucky enough to stay on his feet. He beat his way out, feeling a punch in the eye and knowing it would turn into a black eye. He pushed someone out of his way, feeling a tug on his backpack. Someone was trying to steal it! He looked back and pushed his elbow, feeling the mans tooth cut into it. He turned around a booked it for the first opening he saw. Someone swung their arm, busting his lip open, and then he was free. He walked a little bit away from the mass, holding his hand to his mouth. They were minor injuries, but annoying as hell none the less.
He took a look at his surroundings, seeing two groups start to form. One had four people, and the other only two. He was about to head for the larger group when he heard one of the two say that they were a doctor. Maybe he would be a better group member. He walked over to the two, looking them over. "Hey, I'm Sebastian." He told the two. He then looked at the man who said he was a doctor, pulling his lip down to show him the cut. "Does it look vad?" He didn't need a doctor's attention for the cut, but the two seemed stiff and it sounded like a great ice breaker in his head.

Jason walked out of the european ship with a haste. He had already knew what to expect nothing, no cities, towns, buildings, or anything. This will be a fresh start for mankinds. He looked to two twins announce the obvious. He studied them they seemed like intellicual beings, He saw then another girl approach them. They could be of a use to me he thought to himself, he started to walk to them his eyes focused on them. As he neared he spoke," hi I'm Jason."

Archie smiled as he heard one of the girl's name "ah... so you name is Adalene... good name" he looked at the other two, who, he decided, seemed to be sisters. He looked around, still seeing chaos, and graudually it was becoming worse. In the flurry of people getting into the ship, the people who had, against ship rules, bought weapons with them were startign to use them to guard items they had procured. He sighed, humans are really pitiful sometimes "well... i'm not staying here to get killed by a bunch of rampaging people... i'll stick with you guys for now and see what i can do for these other people..." he smiled "if i didn't it would go against every fibre of my body if i didn't... i'm gonna guess you're talking about the beasts that might e hostile to new arrivals..." he looked over to what seemed to be the only other group that had formed, made of three people "let's combine groups and then find a place to settle... these people are becoming hostile... and whatever out there" he motioned to the forest "we don't know if they are hostile... i'll take my chances"

Liam looked from the man who hadn't fully introduced himself yet, out towards the forest, taking in a deep breath and then looking back towards the riot that stirred up. Things were getting worse by the second, and there wasn't anything he could do about it. Though a couple ideas had came to mind when suddenly another person approached him and the person he was originally talking to, if you can consider just meeting as talking.
This man introduced himself as Sebastian, and, he was a bit taller than Liam, which caused him to take note that the guy with the glasses was shorter then both of them. He looked between the too, when the Sebastian asked if the cut looked bad. Liam shook his head, "You'll probably have a sore lip for a couple of days, but it's not as bad as it could've been. Names Liam." He finished with a nod, hesitantly looking back towards the forest, then shifting his gaze over towards the larger group. "Prioritizing specific things would be great, assuming one of us could get that crowd under control before people ended up dying." He lifted his right hand and pointed out towards the crowd, "I'm going to simply compare them to a horde of lifeless zombies swarming a horse. Human nature always seemed so primitive when there wasn't any order." He sighed, lowering his arm.
Back on Earth, before he signed up for this project, he was a newly appointed member of the Doctors Without Borders, and he saw first hand the turmoil, the chaos, of third world nations that had limited government, or no government at all. People armed themselves with weapons, and the strong, well equipped, survived without much hassle. It was almost the same situation here, except more chaotic. He watched a few people attempt to calm the crowd down, but they seemed to get ignored, or shoved aside, something he didn't want to get involved in.
"So, are we moving or not?" Adalene asked before looking over to Jason. "Adalene." She said her name again. She then looked back to the twins, and then to Archie. "We could try and calm the crowd, having a bigger group would be safer, or we could skip the trouble of doing that and go off into the woods with the group we have now. If we do the latter, a doctor would be a better idea."
She felt like she suddenly had a lot to say, and it felt strange. She gulped, looking back to the crowd. The crowd was huge, having everyone that survived in it. "That's an awful lot of people though...maybe we should just stick with the few of us..."

"Hmm..." Archie thought for a minute and then sighed saying "yeah... i'm sure that once they strap the ship they'll start going after each other... then, to survive, will make groups and tribes... this is just like how civilisation on Old Earth started, survival is key..." he looked at the new guy who had joined their group, a boy who introduced himself as Jason "and so another joins our merry band" he said, quoting from a story he didn't remember "... so i presume we should go... i wanna get gone before they turn ugly against us... and while it goes against all my hero instints... i can't do anything for them until i hold some sort of authority or have something to my name"
OOC Notes
Some people were pillaging the ships, some people was forming groups, and were going off to explore.
But Maxwell and Luann just went into the forest. It was dark, and very quiet. The gigantic treetrunks rose towards the skies.
Luann took Maxwells arm. "You're totally sure, that this is a good idea? I think we should've found someone to accompany us."
Maxwell sighed, shrugging at his wife. "Come on, we can't stand there wasting time. Surely they are all too busy fighting for the scraps, and that'll give us a headstart. I'm sure that the bad guys will team up soon enough, and start terrorizing the others in gangs. And I for one, won't stay to experience it." he tugged her on.
But after a hundred yards or so, she put her heels into the ground. "Max, did you hear that?".
"Come on Luann. We can't stop at every snapping twig." Max said, clearly impatient to get out of the woods.
"Max, I'm serious! I heard something." she replied, looking him into the eyes.
"Jesus Christ." he muttered, "Then let's go see what's causing all of this, eh?" he said, taking her hand, letting her lead him a little on the way.
After walking for a short while, she motioned for him to crouch and stay quiet. He did as he was told, and the walked up behind a treetrunk.
First she peeked out, but then motioned for him to do likewise. On the forestfloor, a scenery was unfolding.
Many different new species were thriving, and checking out the noise and commotion of the newcomers from earth.
Some of the animals resembled mini kangaroos, just with scales. And some were like ostridges, just a little smaller.
All of these animals were moving closer to the clearing with the ships.
Maxwell touched Luanns wrist, indicating, that they ought to get moving.
She turned her head, and nodded. At least they knew there was candidates for breeding and stocking.
They might even develop the birds into a size where they could be ridden... but that'd take a good 500 years of breeding, the meat was enough for now.
She rose from her knees, and tugged him along, away from the animals. They had a long way to go, and standing there didn't do them any good.
Maxwell lead them on, into the deep dark forest of New Earth. New Terra, a new beginning, and a means of survival.

Hm everyone was rioting and shit. Made him a little angry. Alex decided to take a stroll into the wwods to cool of real quick. Maybe he'd feel better. He went to something that looked like a log and sat on it. It was a long. He smiled happy nothing wrong accord. He heard some rustles in the bushes over in the distance. He looked up to see a dog/wolf looking creature. It growled at him and walked over nonchalantly. What happened next blow his mind."Hello human, you are the new life forms in this planet, good luck. If you need help just ask". He looked at terrified he didn't speak verbally. But in Alexs mind. He smiled sheepishly and replied."Um thanks what do I call you buddy". The dog like thing tilted its head side ways"Well I just remembered, I don't have a name, you can name me if you want, I will be helping you since I'm a nice animal around here". Alex smiled at his new friend. "Victors you name. Victor how did you know English". Victor smiled widely. "I know your language when I looked at you, I can do that with anyone. Trust me. There way more I can do, follow me". He followed Victor deeper into the dark woods. Despite the sunlight outside the forest was still very dark and a little scary.

Re: [OOC] To be Thrown Into the Chaos (Part 1)
Sorry...I don't think i'll be continuing. I know Adelle was a good charrie but for some reason this roleplay just isn't progressing the way it should. Or perhaps that's just my view of it. Anyways if you really wanna restart this I would just redo it over with the owner's permission to start it again in a new roleplay. Although I had some fun times with this so thanks! Although, once again, I have other roleplays to tend too. So if you'll pardon my abandonment. See ya around though!
Re: [OOC] To be Thrown Into the Chaos (Part 1)
Hey folks! Should we get this up and running again?
Because if so, then we should do so soon :P
Just state if you're still here and interested, else you might as well ditch your character(s).
Sorry Rainbow, if I seem a little bossy, but I'd like to continue this RP ^^

Treat my last post as if it was still night (As his action for the night.) and I'll wait until everyone has posted their rounds for the morning to do mine.
Re: [OOC] To be Thrown Into the Chaos (Part 1)
I used to go fishing like that all the time, but I'm aware that no one has what is need to make one. I'm going to go google if there's something in a laptop that could be used, considering Adalene has one.
EDIT: There isn't any long enough, kinda expected that though.

Re: [OOC] The White Knight's log of humanity and events
The White Knight’s log of humanity and events
Log 3- A new day, a new struggle to survive
Humanity’s Progress: Celts (Or early settlers, whatever)
And so another day begins. The night passed with barely any problems, apart from the Russian guy and his sister, though they seem to be with us now, and now a new day has arrived on New Earth and yet again we must continue our journey to survive here. This may be short, as the day has only just started but already something has happened. Yet another survivor has made his way to the camp this morning. He was sighted by Zath, who had probably been awake for longer than I as the first thing I heard that morning was the sound of him shouting to me and the rest of the group to look at the new guy.
The man seems to be from the military, judging by his build and somewhat glazed eyes, though I cannot be sure of that nor will I ask, on New Earth ranks and jobs of our previous world no longer matter or have any importance here. It looks like our party has increased 2 fold from its original numbers and now I feel it somewhat unfitting for them to only be called a group, as such, to me, we are now a travelling band of settlers looking for a home. As such I have thought of a new operation… and here it goes.
Operation Settlers:
Objective: Find a more permanent home.
Secondary objective: Find a more steady food source and establish a sort of order in our travelling band.
Operation status: No progress made currently.
Completion affects: Operation not yet complete.
I look forward to completing this operation. As soon as we do this I think I shall take liberty to see how the other humans are doing in their current state. Heh, I guess I’m still a hero at heart.
To be updated,
Archie Smith, The White Knight of New Earth.

Re: [OOC] To be Thrown Into the Chaos (Part 1)
that makes sense but he is a marine and he's adapting to the situation and armed him self with a knife like tool (not all weopons are used for violence) but the strapes/fabric are the things that i was wondering about.
Re: [OOC] To be Thrown Into the Chaos (Part 1)
Do you mean scraps? You're talking about using pieces of the ships to make the weapon right? Like they use pieces of a prison cell to make weapons in prison?
You see, weapons are allowed, but not conventional weapons. Would that be the right word for that? For example, you can have a spear fashioned from a mop (Yuri), a kitchen knife (Adalene and Zath), a scapel (The twins). Those are just a few examples. The point is to use what you have, except you weren't prepared for it in the first place. Make sense?

[OOC] A soldiers Journal
I figuered that i might as well write this sh*t down so that i can refrence it at a later date, refrencing what I don't know mayby how when people are give the choice to live or die they go off survival instincts and bull rush on a ship, but what would I be able to say other that I tried just as hard as everyone else but tried not to hurt many but in the end all those how didn't make it died anyway so what does it matter.
Day 1: the first thing that needed to be done the day that we landed was that i needed to make a tool, i found some metal and sharpend it to an edge by the time that bit was over just about everyone was out of the ship, so i went about finding some rope or something by the time that project was done it was the sun was about to set.
Night 1: i found tracks leading away from the ship, i followed them for a while and ended up by a river i took a few swigs of water and looked up at the sun as it just began to creep beyond the horizen. I heard foot steps and ducked behind a bush they walked right passed and filled some containers with water. when they turned to leave i followed far behind and unseen. when they got to the edge of the woods i decided to watch they headed towards a fire off some ways. thats when i made choice to see all who was their in the morning. i found a hallowed tree and called it home for the night.

Re: [OOC] To be Thrown Into the Chaos (Part 1)
Hi Frosty!
Okay, so first off. What do you mean by you made up your own entrance for your character? Because we all got to the planet the same way.
As for introducing your character, you can just find us like Yuri did, or we can find you, like Frank.
OR! OH THIS IS GOOD! We should totally save you from something!
Cause that's not cliche at all.
Archie could come save you. Or one of the girls haha.
This is just a suggestion though.
