A spy works for Cyril who is, surprisingly, aging. There is a block in the immortality flow that has kept him alive and unchanging for decades. So, Cyril, upset and worried about his legacy, sends his son, Cole, to find worthy heirs, or else become the heir. Having taken nothing from his monstrous father when it concerns appearance, Cole is able to easily blend in with a group of humans. He infiltrates them as a fellow 'orphan' but ends up loving the youngest member. [Not in a romantic way, but more paternally.]
How is this a problem? In order to able to inherit Cyril's great legacy, one must die by the hand of Cyril himself. That being said, he can work through other beings to perform this task, such as his son.
The dilemma is apparent now, correct?

Will Cole follow his father's wishes? If so, then who will die? If not, how will Cyril respond?
