OOC Notes
The wind howled through the village as the Khan of the Khador prepared for what he feared would be a bloody battle. The harvest been low this year, and the hunter were having trouble finding game. The Khan knew what this meant. It was a sign from Orin that a battle was likely at hand. The Khan knew that his people are hungry and so had called a gathering of the village warriors to decide what had to be done. The warriors had decided what he knew they would, they called for a raid on the lands to the south. They had heard of the abundant harvest there and that the foolish southerners where having a feast to celebrate this. Of course this made them easy prey in the eyes of the Khadoran warriors, after all they would not know what hit them until it was to late. However the Khan knew that raids could be bloody affairs an cost the Khadoran people as dearly as it cost their prey. So he had proposed that they take trading goods with them and that they would try to trade for the food they needed, and if that did not work they would sail away for three days and then return on the third night and take what they needed. So as he buckles his sword around his belt he looks over to his young son and says, "We are the Children of the War God, however Lady Cryx determines when our time to dye comes. Should I not return I wish you to guide the people as I have done." His son a boy on the verge of becoming a man says, "yes, father I will lead them as you have shown me." The Khan says, "good, then should Cryx choose me I know our people are in good hands." He then places the iron crown with its elliptical pieces of obsidian on his head and leaves the house of the Khan.
The Khan looks around and sees that the village warriors are pushing carts loaded down with wooden furniture and iron tools toward the five dragon boats of their people. Five hundred warriors and we call this a raid more like a battle, he thinks. But we will still give them the chance to trade before we slay them. I pray that the gods grant them the wisdom of that path. Once the boats are loaded down he heads to the largest of them and climes aboard. Before they set sail to the south he calls out the all the warriors, "we will grant them the opportunity of hold Khadoran iron and the Wood of Orin, but if they refuse to trade. The we will grant them a swift journey to Lady Cryx and the Underworld. Now Brave warriors set sail for the islands of the south." The sails unfurl on the dragon boats and the ships head rapidly south towards the unsuspecting southerners.

[OOC] Tribes
This is the auto-generated OOC topic for the roleplay "Tribes"
I already made my first post. It has a tiny bit of fantasy in it regarding my character but otherwise it fits to the bronze age.
Stuff my alcoholic history teacher said: Bronze Age - "The Akkadians, Assyrians, Sumerians and Babylonians were the most advanced cultures. They curled their beards, wore jewelry and had weekly parties while other cultures were still rotting in caves, sacrificing virgins to the gods."
Ancient Greece - "Back then Greece was comparable with an European city: Great nightlife, good prostitutes, gay bars everywhere and having parties after work. Just one thing hasnt changed in 2500 years: The greek public still revolts at least once each decade because they always have corrupt politicians."
WWI - "Kaiser Wilhelm II was an idol to many Germans but he screwed it up by taxing champagne and overestimating himself."
And the best statement - "Germans didnt start the world wars, it was the Austrians. We get the blame because Germans back then were dumb enough to willingly follow anyone."
I had a great history teacher who had a good sense of humor regarding historical events. If it doesnt seem that funny, then its either the German sense of humor or that it isnt as funny when you translate it from German.
