Lenandel raised an eyebrow at her explanation. "Oh. I thought it was... you know, an actual class. Like, studying and whatnot," he said, and Keona blinked. "Why would that be the first thing you even think of?" she asked, shaking her head a bit. Lenandel started to get out of the carriage after Iridessa, raising an eyebrow at Quinn's behaviour. He blinked when Iridessa shoved him back on, nodding a bit and not really getting a chance to respond since she'd told the driver to get going. "What's going on?" Keona asked, not having gotten out, and Lenandel shrugged. "I don't know, but we have to go get the doctor, apparently," he said.
The driver got back and ran to get the doctor. She came out and got in, blinking when she saw the two. "What are you two doing here?" She asked as the carriage flew. Iridessa held the wound and waited for them to come. When they got there the doctor flew out and ran towards them before taking over and Iridessa moved and got up before going over to the man and smeared the blood of his victim on his face. "Who the fuck does this kind of thing?!" She yelled at him. The man looked horrified and didn't say anything. "Take him in... tell Valery that Iridessa sent you with him and that he is responsible for this." She said and they walked away with him. After a moment things got silent and Iridessa was scared to look around.
Lenandel blinked when the doctor got in and asked what they were doing here. "I don't know. We were going out with Iridessa and something happened - neither of us saw what, she just said for us to get you," he answered. He and Keona both stayed in the carriage once it stopped, knowing the doctor was the priority and, once she had gotten out, Lenandel got out next. He gave his sister a hand out and they went over to the scene. Lenandel waited until things got quiet and then he went over to Iridessa, putting a gentle arm around her shoulders. "You okay, baby girl?" he asked softly.
Iridessa shook her head no and looked around to see the lifeless body of the man she had tried to save. "I want to see that damn man burn." She said softly before walking over to Quinn who had started to cry. She hugged her close. "Let me know if there is anything I can do..." She said and kissed her friend's head. Quinn blinked "They can't afford a funeral and he was the only one who had been making money for the family she whispered. Iridessa sighed, "I will see what I can do." She said softly before going over to Lenny, not so much K, "I need you to do me a favor... I am going to go back home. You take her, " She pointed at K, "And go see the houses. I have a father to talk to and a man I will try and not beat the hell out of." She said softly.
Lenandel was quiet while Iridessa went to hug Quinn. He didn't hear the soft exchange between them. When Iridessa came back and said to go see the houses with Keona while she went home, he nodded. "Of course, baby girl," he said. He stepped forwards and leaned down, kissing her lips softly. "Don't stress yourself out too much, Iri, for the baby's sake," he whispered to her before stepping back and glancing at the carriage. "Are you guys taking the carriage?" he asked, looking at Iridessa.
Iridessa nodded, "I'll try not to." She said softly and looked back at K when he asked if she as going to take the carriage. "If she wants we can drop you two off before unless she wants to walk." She said softly and Quinn got up and stood near her.
Lenandel nodded when Iridessa agreed to try not to stress herself out, and he looked at Keona when she offered to drop them off. Keona shrugged. "I can walk. It's not too much farther," she said, and Lenandel nodded. "Some exercise would probably do you good with all the sleep you're doing, just as long as you're not gonna hurt yourself or overexert yourself," he said, and she blinked. "I never overexert myself," she huffed.
Iridessa sighed, "nice tan, nice long legs... can walk half the distance I can... nice ass and boobs... nice smile, gorgeous eyes. K is whole fucking package." She sighed and climbed into the carriage. Quinn blinked, "I think she may be jealous of the way you look... but I mean she isn't lying." Quinn said softly before getting into the carriage and leaving.
Lenandel shook his head a bit at Iridessa's comment about Keona's ass and boobs, and Keona couldn't help but to giggle a bit. When Quinn said she thought she was jealous of her, Keona shrugged. "Well, she's got a chance to have a kid that looks like me since she's making babies with my brother," she said, smiling at Quinn before the carriage left. Once it was gone, she headed off with Lenandel.
Iridessa and Quinn went to her father and she walked into his meeting covered in the dead man's blood demanding something be done about him. The men looked at her in horror and tried to get her out so she could calm down but she wasn't having it. Quinn talked about the man who had died and how he was the sole provider for his family and now they were going to do without because of the man who had killed him. They had talked it over and told Iridessa and Quinn that they would see what they could do for the family and that the man had to go to trial. Iridessa shook her head but walked out and went shower before getting a new dress on and heading back to Lenny and K. She dropped off Quinn at the man's house before meeting up with them. Once she got there Iridessa looked at Lenny and blinked, "There is a woman near you... she is a gorgeous lady... can you tell her I think she is pretty?" She whispered to him with a tired filled smile.
Lenandel and Keona headed the rest of the way to their land. Keona was tired by the time they got there, though, so Lenandel took her to sit down by some trees and rest for a bit. He looked up when he saw Iridessa coming, standing up and going to meet her. When she whispered to him, he chuckled a bit, wrapping his arms gently around her. "I can do that for you," he said with a nod. "You look exhausted, baby girl. How did things go?"
Iridessa hugged him back before kissing his belly as if he was the pregnant one. "Ahh talking with my father and his people always takes a shit ton of energy. I am thinking of having his company pay her a certain sum of money until her kids are grown. Also have him pay for the funeral. They said they had to talk about the money for her and the kids, but they could see him having to pay for the funeral. If it isn't one thing it is another. He was friends with Quinn so she is taking it a bit hard. Never thought I would see the day she would almost punch a politician, but to day is a new day." She said softly and pointed at K. "When is there ever going to be a day where she doesn't look so fucking pretty? Ugh..." she smiled and dropped her hand. "Have you seen her belly? It is adorable." She said softly before smiling up at him.
Lenandel held her gently while she talked about dealing with her father and his people. "Whose company, the driver? If he owns the company, then I can see having them pay for things, but if they're merely his employers they're in no way responsible for what happened. If anything, the company would probably just let him go so they don't have to clean up his mess - better to just make him responsible directly for it," he said. When she said how pretty Keona was, he smiled a bit. "She is lovely. And the stomach's adorable. My niece or nephew is in there, and my son or daughter is in here," he said, putting a hand on Iridessa's stomach.
Iridessa shook her head, "It was the owner of said company which he will be, hopefully, taking profit from to give to her and the kids. I have no idea why he was driving his own cart when I know for sure he had helpers who could have. Either way he will pay deeply for what he has done." She said softly before smiling when he said what he did an then had put a hand on her stomach. "You damn right that is yours." She giggled and pulled he down and kissed him. "Such a strong and handsome man you are. Ugh... your face... so handsome." She sighed and kissed him again before making her way over to K. "Your face... is quiet lovely too." She smiled softly. She heard walking and looked over to see Ty coming over and she tensed, but only for what Lenny might do and for how K might react.
Lenandel smiled when she said the baby was definitely his, and when she pulled him down, he leaned in and kissed her back. "And you're beautiful," he murmured when she called him handsome, kissing her back again before following her to Keona. His sister smiled a bit when Iridessa said her face was lovely. "So's yours," she said. She and Lenandel looked up when Iridessa did, seeing Tyrell approaching. Keona immediately grabbed her brother by the arm, hard, and held him back, though he glared at the other man as he approached.
Iridessa gently rubbed her man's back to try and calm him down somewhat, if she even could. She really did love touching him. He has so much muscle. Ty frowned a bit and looked at Iridessa before giving her a small nod. "I need to talk to Keona... for a moment please." He said softly as he looked at Lenny. Iridessa stayed out of it.
Lenandel looked at Keona, and she looked up at him. "It's fine," Keona said, and Lenandel frowned a bit. "Fine, but I'm not letting you out of my sight," he said. Keona nodded, letting go of his arm and taking a step towards Tyrell, folding her arms over her chest and looking expectantly at him.
Ty blinked and walked K over a ways away from them where they could talk in private but still be in clear view. Iridessa held onto his hand softly and kissed his arm as she watched with him. Ty looked at K and frowned a bit. "I... have apologized to Iridessa over and over again but... you never came to visit which I don't blame you at all for. I just wanted to say I am sorry and that... I am leaving. Just so you know... if you even cared." He said softly.
Keona followed Tyrell, letting him speak. When he finished, she glanced briefly towards Iridessa and Lenandel, and then back at Tyrell. "Has Iridessa forgiven you?" she asked in a soft voice. Lenandel kept his gaze locked on Tyrell and Keona, ready to go kick his ass at the first sign of trouble. He held on gently to Iridessa's hand, wishing he could focus on enjoying the cute little arm kisses she was giving him and the way she kept touching and feeling him.
Iridessa let go of his hand when she saw a kitten run by and waddle off to go find it. She trusted him that he could control his anger, though he had every right to want to kick Ty's ass. She loved that man so much. Ty looked at K and nodded, "Yeah... she figured out why I did it and... it wasn't like... I mean I had a choice but I was putting you and the babies in harms way. With how you and Iri were still fighting there was no way in hell Lenny could be in two places at once and... I didn't want you to get hurt or her... and... I figured I wouldn't need to even think or care about it because Lenny would kill me and I would be dead and gone and you two could be safe... hopefully." He said and looked down at his hands. "I... didn't want to hurt her and the fucking guard was right outside the fucking door so I couldn't warn her.."
Lenandel raised an eyebrow when Iridessa wandered off, not sure where she was going but figuring it was important and that he'd best leave her to it, instead staying put so he could keep an eye on Keona and Tyrell. Keona blinked when Tyrell said that Iridessa understood and had forgiven him, and she folded her arms over her chest. "So, I'm here pregnant with damn triplets that could very well be yours, and you seem to think that the right move right now is to just... leave?" she asked, a hint of a smirk toying at the edges of her lips.
Ty blinked, "Tri... Triplets? Can... Do you even have them on your side of the family? I don't... I don't think... Oh god, I am so sorry." He said and looked down at her belly before looking back up and seeing that hint toying on her lips and he sighed. "Dammit woman... scared the death out of me. It isn't like... I want to be gone. I just thought it would be best since... well since you probably hate me and I don't want to bother you. Plus Iri is sending me out on a mission so..." He shrugged. Iridessa came back to Lenny's side holding a blue haired kitten. "I named him Casper." She smiled.
Keona was trying so hard not to laugh at his reaction when she said she was having triplets, and when he sighed and said she'd scared him, she burst out in laughter. She folded her arms over her chest, looking at him. "I don't hate you. I'm still pissed at you... but if Iri can forgive you for that shitstorm then I wanna do the same. I...still want to be with you, and I still want you involved in the baby's life. But you can't do any of that if you're gonna leave. Go do your mission and then get your ass back here and step up to the dad role. Is that cool?" she asked him. Lenandel glanced down when Iridessa came over and then had to do a double take when he realized she was carrying a kitten. "Put it back. That probably belongs to someone," he said.
Ty smiled softly at her and nodded. "I certainly will do that." He said softly. "Iri has me going visit all the kids Lenny decided to make. We didn't get the chance to go to all of them and she wants to know if they are okay and in good housing conditions. Also get to take Miles..." He sighed. "Just need our old buddy Loris and it is like the gang is all back together." He said and reached to touch her belly but dropped his hand, worried Lenny would charge like a damn bull. Meanwhile, Iridessa huffed at Lenny. "Well, imma go ask around." She said and waddle off to do just that.
Keona smiled when Tyrell smiled and agreed to come back, nodding approvingly. "That's a fair mission," she said. "So yeah. You go do that, and then come back and we'll work on things," she said. She saw the way he reached to touch her stomach and she figured that it was probably Lenandel's watchful eye that made him second-guess himself, so she grabbed his hand gently and took a step closer, putting his hand down on her stomach. "Our baby's in there," she told him. Lenandel raised an eyebrow when he saw his sister put Tyrell's hand on her stomach, hoping that she wasn't forgiving the damn man and trying to get him to love her and father her baby again. He looked at Iridessa as she waddled off, nodding. "You do that. Stay safe though, baby girl," he said, amused by how adorable she was.
