On a small island nation called Azuria, the government has started a space agency which is supposed to secretly create satallite weapons and conduct cyborg research. But not everything goes as planned. The space agency lacks a decent budget, the workers are mad scientists and the first cyborg experiment is suicidal. The space agency only has 20 workers and the are all paid but they only get a bit under a million Azurian dollars a month which is nowhere close to the budget they had expected. The workers are mostly mad scientists who not only want to use satallite weapons for the nations expansion but have personal purposes for the weapons. All in all the employees only work 5 hours a day, the rest of the time they laze around. The first complete cyborg experiment they made is Aurelia aka Unit 01. She was locked into a room because the employees couldnt stand her saying: "Kill me." anymore but whoever gets close to her room can often hear her cry. They are still looking for a way to adjust her emotions out of depression.

Azuria Space Agency: The ASA is on a small area on the east side of the island. Compared to NASA, the ASA is puny both in size and amount of scientists. But compared to other space agencies, they do research much faster and have found better propellants and made better engines. In the ASA there is a small control room, a cafeteria, dorms for the employees, a hall for building rockets, a cyborg lab and some recreational stuff in a separate building. Other space agencies laugh at the ASA for being so small, having a tiny budget and that most employees are young than 30. But the ASA will be laughing when they have an orbital cannon to destroy the other agencies.
