• You must sign up as a character that is not already taken, so any characters listed under Current Characters or Reserved Characters, you may not sign up as. However, you may sign up as a gender-bended version of an existing character, but only with the permission of whoever plays the original existing character.
  
• You may sign up as an UTAU or fan-made Vocaloid, but they must be already created and have a design and voice, and not have only been created for this roleplay, but for the purpose of all other UTAU's and fanloids (singing/entertainment).
  
• Please stay in character, unless you involve some sort of split-personality or magic takes place that changes your character's behavior. If you are unsure of the attitude of your character, please imagine up your own for that particular character, but one that makes sense according to that character's design, as VOCALOID is a voice-synthesizer, so the mascots do not come with personalities as characters from anime and gaming would.
  
• If you are signing up as an UTAU or fan-made Vocaloid that is on Vocaloid Wiki, please provide a link to them in the description section when you sign up your character. Descriptions may also be copied from Vocaloid Wiki, but if you do so, please inform me that you did.
  
• Sexual behavior is allowed here ONLY in a humorous setting, not serious or romantic, so as not to disturb anyone signing up here that may not want to witness such an act. Let's keep it PG-13, please, and try to stay away from R.
  
• Any level of cursing or swearing is allowed, but I will prohibit it if it becomes a problem, or if I receive complaints about it.
  
• No harassment towards other role-players, please, as I wish to enjoy freedom from that as well for relief of what I have to deal with in school. But keep in mind that this is a roleplay, and certain characters do beat on other characters, and that is allowed, but if it becomes a problem or if it continues as an out-of-character fight, I will prohibit it.
  
• Violence of any level is allowed, but if I receive complaints, I will prohibit it.
  
• When you roleplay, the scene can be as serious/severe/extreme or as funny/comical/nonsensical as you want it to be.
  
• When posting, if you want to address related characters with Japanese terms (Ex. Nee/Onee=Big Sister, Nii/Onii=Big Brother, etc.), you must include a translation at the bottom of your post.
  
• You do not have to own the VOCALOID or VOCALOID 2 Yamaha programs or know how to use them in order to participate in this roleplay.
  
• You are allowed a maximum of three characters.
  
• When you create a character, if you can't find a 100x100 icon for them, if you can't make one yourself, or if you don't like the existing icons you've found for them, you may request for me to make you one. I own Adobe Photoshop CS4, so making interesting and eye-catching icons is easy for me. If it's something in specific that you want, you can PM me and give me the details. If not, you can just ask me to surprise you. :)
  
• Regarding the format of your posting, it should be something like this:

  Gakupo let out a deep sigh of relief, embarrassed when he noticed that Kaito probably heard it. "Thank you, Kaito-san." He allowed himself through the door, at first trying to slide it before he actually took a glance it at, noticing it was a doorknob, confusing it for what he was used to: traditional, thin, Japanese sliding doors.
  
  As he walked in timidly, he adjusted the collar on his *komon kimono, being slightly obsessive-compulsive about it being straight. "I see you are not doing anything of the odd sort. You have not made plans with one of the others?" Gakupo dodged the subject of himself being upset, though he expected Kaito to bring it up again, as he looked slightly concerned for him.
  
  [*Komon: A type of casual kimono worn by those who are unmarried. "Komon" means "fine pattern", for they are decorated with a small, repeated pattern.]

  
  
  -To add your character's name at the top as such: "Kamui Gakupo" is optional, but you must somehow imply that you are that character.
  
  -When your character begins speaking, it must be in quotes, and it must be in a separate paragraph than a paragraph that describes something, for example:
  
  "Rin-san." Gakupo said, staring dead-serious into the girl's eyes. "Where has Len gone?"
  
  Gakupo was worried. Rin was never seen without her beloved "brother", Len, no matter what was going on between them.
  
  -If you are placing something in a post that you don't believe some people would understand, such as something cultural, or something regarding a topic or a character in a television series or a movie, you must star (*) that part of the sentence and then place, in brackets ( [_] ) at the bottom of your post what that certain thing is. Please refer to how I explained a komon kimono in the example post above that is quoted.
  
  -If you feel a paragraph is too long or too short (3-4 sentences, sorry about my mistake on that in the past), please fix that as you see fit. Also, sentences shouldn't appear to be a paragraph long.
