Lets just say that the crime rate went crazy for no apparent reason- the government just became so lax on law by giving criminals a tap on the hand for being bad that no one respected the law anymore so the only solution... get rid of 'em. Since the crime rate was the highest in California and L.A had been totally destroyed in riots and rebellions against the goverment they decided to build a big prison in what was left of L.A to put them in. This idea just made more people fight for freedome. USA didn't even have a president anymore, the country was ''ruled'' by the kongress or The Goverment as they called them. So they started to build a wall.... Around California. It took years but when it was done The Goverment used the army to capture all criminals and rebels and put them in California. A stupid solution but it worked. And other countries started to pay USA to take care of their criminals and rebels.

But what happends inside the walls? Mayhem, A lot of people has started to wear masks for some reason. To scare each other or hide their identity. ... Everywhere in the city big radio towers tell the ''citizens'' the news. Like how many newcomers is arriving or when they're sending out the Eaters.

Eaters? Big mutated bear/wolfs that is sent in now and then to eat ''citizens'' They have so thick skin that they don't take any damage. In the history of California only one Eater have been killed, by who? Flame. He's long dead but he managed to kill a Eater and has become a legend and also a god for some of the more crazy ''citizens''.

When you enter the big gate a neon sign tell you the rules of this hellhole.

The rules are simple.
Don't even try to fight the Eaters, when they come.. run and hide.
Don't try climbing over the wall.. It's 500 feet tall. So don't even try
Don't kill each other... If everyones dies the Eaters will hunt you instead of them!
Stay out of L.A...!
