Lacey sat at the edge of the lake, a gental wind carressing her face and making her red hair dance. she watched the water and tried to skip a rock, but didn't do so well. she smiled slightly. "I'm really not good at that." she said to herself.

" LACEYYYY! " I screamed. Where did that girl go..? I dropped my bags as soon as I opened the front door. It smelled of dust..
I walked along the corridor into the kitchen. It had Black Marble counter tops.. Reminds me of some movie I saw.. What was it? ..Fr..Fri..Friday the 13th!
Great movie to remember. Lets hope a pyschiotic maniac with a chainsaw doesn't come barging through the door, I thought to myself sarcasticly. I looked out the window above the sink. Oh wow.. Its gorgous.. I smiled. The view gave me a nostalgic sense.. It was a nice day. Not too hot, with a breeze. I looked at my reflection in the counter. I smiled. It looked forced. Huh.. I looked out the window again and saw Lacey sitting at the edge of the lake. Aha. Found you.

Lacey jumped when sombody called her and a tiny scream escaped her lips and she almost fell in the water.
she turned at started off towards her freind. when she got there she looked at her. "What's up?" she asked as she drummed her fingers on her thigh.

Lay on the couch down stairs comfortably asleep until a loud scream came from upstairs. Immediatley his left eye popped open and he jumped up hitting his head off a shelf that hung precariously on the wall. He stumbled about and then stood up. Nicolai thought about putting a shirt on but decided not too it was hott and he didn't want to sweat to death, in a pair of shorts and tennis shoes he walked up the stairs doors open from the front clear to the back, that was obviously a sign that some of his friends had arrived he of course would have been one of the first their being the wonderer he was. Slowly he walked towards the back door and looked out the two girls he had known since before his parents died stood out on the dock exchanging pleasantries. As quietly as possible he crossed the dock and then built himself up some speed when he made it to the end he reached out with two strong hands and shoved both of them intending to knock them both into the water. That would be his way of saying whats up.

I was just about to reply to Lacey when something sent me flying into the water. I hit the water and went under. It was freezing. I came up and sucked in air. I saw Lacey and Nicolai on the deck. Dry.
" You think your gonna get away with this you little punk? " I said only half joking. I swam up to the deck and pulled myself up. My clothes clinging to my body. "Wait til you go to sleep little one." I said while ringing my hair out, " Imma get you good. " I grinned

Lacey faught a smile as she looked at her freind.
"Hey, look on the bright side, You could have been wearing all white." She said as she ran a hand through her hair.

Danielle arrived finally pulled up at the Lakehouse and saw her closest friends hanging out by the water. She parked her car and headed over to them. "Hey guys, how long have you been here." She then saw Ray completely soaked and looked over at Nicolai. "Looks like I missed out on all the fun," she stated and then pushed Ray back into the water and laughed. "and now it looks like I'm catching up."

Nicolai smiled, "I was asleep in the down stairs came room until your big mouth woke me up", he muttered and greeted Dani when she came. Allowing her to push Ray back in he stepped back putting his hands square on Dani's back and shoved hoping he would get a three for all. "Uh how I would have preferred you wearing white", he said putting his hands on his hips as he turned his back on them and took a few steps back. He was trying to make it nearly impossible for them to avenge themselves by knocking him in.

" So Not fair. " I complained as I pulled myself up on the deck again. I stood up and looked at Danielle with a look of Vengence. "Actually the water is pretty nice. Wanna see? " I pushed Danielle in before she could protest and jumped in after her. Between my laughing fits and nearly drowning I managed to say, "Isn't it nice?"

I pulled myself out of the Water once again. " Next person to push me in, gets to share a room with Nicolai. And we all know how he snores like a Water Buffalo." I ringed my hair out and stood up. I looked down and realized I had one scandel on. I grunted and scanned the lake. And sure enough, There was my bright blue scandel in the middle of the lake. I dived back in and swam across to retreive my scandel.

Danielle screamed as she fell in. With two people pushing her in, it made it hard to stay up. Once she surfaced the water she looked at the others and started laughing. "I'm glad I'm not wearing white Nicolai. You guys should jump in too." She got out of the water and walked back up to her friends and gave herself a running start to push Nicolai in. "You can't be the only one." she said as she struggled to push him.

Nicolai threw his arms up into the air flexing and smiling as he walked around in circles, "I am the champion the most awesomest champion, you ladies can't beat me ooh hello white tee shirt", he said looking at Lacey. Slowly he walked forward and stared down at her, "I don't mean to stare but I can't look away, its like a train wreck you dont' wanna look but you know you gotta". He felt Dani grapple him and sauntered towards the edge allowing her to take him down but not falling in the water when in the air he shifted grabbing side only enough to get his shoes and the bottom of his shorts wet, he then pulled himself out. "Damn thats some cold water".

I looked back at Nicolai prancing around like an idiot with his arms in the air and Lacey trying to cover her chest with her arms. I stifled a laugh and floated on my back for a moment. I closed my eyes and breathed in the lake and its surroundings. Nostalgic, I kept thinking.

Nicolai kicked his shoes off and socks and then smiled seeing Ray enjoying herself he then took a few steps back and then got a running start running towards the end of the dock. Originally the plan was to cannonball by one of them but that was taken away when he slipped on the wet dock busting his butt off of it and falling into the water with a plop, slightly embarassed and angry and himself for not seeing the slipping hazard before he came up to the surface and looked about rubbing his butt beneath the waves. "Ow, that freaking hurt", he said and then he ducked a shoe come sailing past his head. He swam to Lacey and wrapped his arms around her then went under to catapult her behind him hopefully dunking her in the process.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Nicolai run and ' attempt ' To jump in, but actually slipping and falling on his butt in the process. I laughed and started choking on the water. As soon as I was done half drowning and half laughing. I swam back to the deck, taking my time with each stroke. The water felt cool against my face.. I took a breath and went under. Letting my hair float around my head and enjoying the silence. Water taste gross, I thought

"It did but not as much as my bleeding heart pours out to you", he said coming off as a real asshole. No longer smiling Nicolai swam to the dock and then pulled himself out he grabbed up his shoes and socks and walked off towards the house. The lake water did smell strange and he no longer wanted to be near it, slowly he made his way into the lake house going down stairs he rummaged through his bag until he found a towel and a different pair of shorts to wear with a snarky laugh he walked to the downstairs bathroom and hopped in the shower eager to wash the lake scum away.

I came back above the water to realize someone was missing.. And Lacey looked clearly pissed. " Um.. " I said hoping she'd fill me in.
" During that 40 seconds I was under water, What the hell could have happened?" I swam up to the dock and pulled myself up but keeping my feet in the water.

I frowned and stood up. "Alright. You guys figure this out. I'm going to go take a shower," I said as I walked toward the Lakehouse while scooping up my scandels. " That water is Funky. " I muttered to myself while picking a piece of leaf off me.
I walked up the steps and slid open the backdoor. I made my way to the upstairs bathroom and started my shower. Gonna be a long summer.
