Description

30 years never looked so old. From head to toe, Alderson looks weary. His raven-black hair is often half combed, his brow always furrowed, his brown eyes hollow with worry or depression--usually both. Though Alderson's features are sharp and handsome, he wears them like one would carry a heavy burden. His ironed suit gives him the false impression of something solid. One hand always in his pocket, its widely assumed that he never parts with the contents clutched within; a pocket knife, and a cell phone with 911 the first number on speed dial. He stands tall when people are watching, and hunches when alone.

Personality

Alderson Morris is often anxious or stressed, but never shows it. Fearful that he will be assassinated at any moment, he uses this bizarre mindset to drive his one true cause in life; maintaining American security. To Alderson, routine is vital, and safety is key. Though presenting as an affable, honorable man, Alderson is always on the edge, calculating and over-analyzing everything. Regular visits to a therapist were discontinued, for little progress was being made. His very high intelligence is devoted to the FBI, and he uses it well. He can always focus on the task at hand, and is reliable. Suprisingly, he can also hold a good conversation about near anything; countless works of non-fiction leave him educated on seemingly every subject. He is currently assigned to the Headquarters in Washington, DC, working in counterterrorism.

Equipment

Alderson is equipped with standard-issue FBI gear. Questionable would be his rather large pocket knife, always by his side, and his old cell phone, locked with 911 ready for speed-dial. He carries a notepad to make sense of the ideas and connections that he experiences daily, but often looses his pen. His ID is always on him, but he shows it briefly, and only when he must.

History

Alderson was born in Chicago, to Edward and Megan Morris. During his early years, strong signs of intelligence, as well as mental struggle, were completely ignored. He came from an opulent household, run his shallow and extravagant parents. He regularly calls his little sister, who has yet to respond after 2 years and 236 days. Although Alderson grew up interested in anthropology and physics, by Harvard (where he picked up the nickname 'Alder') he realized that his true calling was with the FBI. Finally medicated for his Anxiety Disorder, though still paranoid, he went on to pursue this goal both in and out of his education.
