"The law is a social contract between society and you. When you break it, you not only hurt your victims but society at large. If we do not enforce the law, then we will let society descend into anarchy and chaos."
Casie is a fairly tall, intimidating woman with bust-length light blonde hair. The first impression a stranger might get of her is of a drop dead gorgeous supermodel, with the athleticism and strength to take him down in a fair fight. She has a feminine yet muscular build, with curves in all the right places, and long, sculpted legs. Standing at the intimidating height of 5'10", all 135 pounds of her weight is muscle mass. Well toned, her flesh tone ranges from a winter pale to a summer golden bronze. Casie's piercing, ocean blue eyes set her apart in a crowd or in an interrogation room, even hiding her overly large and mostly flat nose, round face, dimpled chin, and the jagged scar on the back of her neck, usually hidden by a collar or scarf. Typically, she dresses in sharp, well-made business professional attire, or whatever is the latest style in chic, modern fashion, wearing large but minimalist jewelry, and usually dressed both for aesthetics and function.
Casie carries the standard Glock .22, as well as a 9mm and a pocketknife. She also has her Blackberry, her purse, and a number of other essential items.

Born Cassandra Marie Schwartz in Ninety Six, South Carolina, Casie's German parents joined her aunt and uncle in raising their daughters in their ancestral Germany. Casie was raised alongside her autistic cousin, Natalie Schultz, who though three years Casie's senior, and several years ahead of her in academics, always seemed like the more isolated, immature, and naive one. The two soon grew into a love hate relationship, much like most sisters do, with Casie often taking care of Natalie in difficult social situations, and Casie taking the flak from her peers when Natalie's oddities ostracized the older girl from any hope of positive peer relationships. After Natalie graduated secondary school at the young age of twelve, Casie was finally left to continue her own schooling uninterrupted by her cousin's constant presence, as Natalie had gone on to university. Casie graduated a year early. Always bright and intelligent, Casie was often overshadowed by her cousin's unrivaled brilliance - Natalie had tested with an IQ surpassing Einstein's own - and prodigy, so that although she possessed her own formidable prowess in the intellectual arena, Casie was always living in Natalie's shadow.
Once in university and back in America, Casie turned to politics in an effort to create her own image and be known for her own self, but an internship with a South Carolina Representative to the US House of Representatives went wrong when the man's senior intern decided to sabotage Casie's reputation and work effort, thus disillusioning the young, budding politician. Casie then decided she wanted to make a real difference, but behind the scenes. Perhaps she would always be relegated to the backstage work; it had been this way throughout her life thus far. She turned toward a career in criminal justice, and was hired by the FBI shortly after graduation as a Special Agent. Initially assigned to Violent Crimes in Los Angeles, Casie would eventually be assigned to counterterrorism, where she would once again be paired with her cousin, who had by this time been recruited by the same agency for her own prodigious abilities and skills. The two of them have been working together for two years now, mostly collaborating on the Tahira Ali task force, which Natalie heads.
In her personal life, Casie has been married three times, widowed once, and divorced twice. She is currently single and has no children. Instead, she has a passion and a drive to bringing criminals to justice, and in recent months, has focused this passion almost exclusively on Tahira Ali.
(To be played concurrently with Natalie Elisabeth Schultz.)
