Tal'dor Last Stand.

"The results from the attack are not good, Chairman... massive hull damage across her.. lateral structure members... Chairman, she's broke her back... I estimate she'll be in drydock for some time." A Lieutenant explained to Chairman Helena Cain. The older woman loomed over the control and stroked her chin. "The attack failed... Savage isn't stupid..." She said as she leaned up and faced the DRADIS, which was filled with friendly contacts, this was where the last stand was made, Corman had intended to draw the line at Tal'dor.

"Let's position her into drydock, I have a feeling we're going to be here awhile." Cain said as she grabbed her coat and began to leave CIC, but was stopped abruptly by a young Lieutenant whom handed her a set of documents.

"You're to assume command of the Long Night of Solace A Reverence Mk II That just rolled of the shipyard in Sector 1B. You're to take it into the belly of the beast at Scatter and assume contact with the Coalition Government. Your mission detail is simple, to act on behalf of the Aschen Government, and establish a cease-fire, and peace."

This was met with a frown as Cain made her way out to the Raptor bay, she would take her ship to the Long Night of Solace, and ultimately to Scatter.
