Money trumps power any day. Xenos Dellos is well aware of this fact. He spends his gold wisely, making sure the right people get just the right under-the-table payments. Consortium Natalan finances his spending. They are the premier trading group in Crete. In a stroke of genius, Xenos Dellos and several of his merchant friends pooled their resources and offered others the chance to invest in something bigger than any one of them. The Consortium was born. It is the largest trading entity in Greece and one of the most powerful groups outside of the traditional city states.

Best of all, Xenos does not look like a shrewd manipulator. He is slightly overweight and not particularly attractive. His hair, like most Greeks, is black, his skin is olive, and his eyes are a verdant green. He does have sparkling eyes.
