Description

Rakaya is a 17 year old girl of European descent, from looks mostly Russian, she stands at 5'6" with a slim but fit build. She has long black hair that is most often pulled up into a ponytail. She wears black thin framed glasses over her green eyes and is most often seen wearing loose pants or jeans, a tanktop, and a jacket, often white or black in color, or marked with a particular band's logo.

Personality

Rakaya spends most of her day with a neutral expression on her face, drowning out the world around her with her headphones and music. She prefers to keep a small group of friends and avoids large crowds, but is however quite kind and friendly when around those she's comfortable with.

As a descendent of the mutant Mercury, her power is to take a malleable bio-mercury form.

History

Rakaya had a more or less average life, a simple teenager growing up as an aspiring musician. Her father was quite the musician himself, he had never gotten a big break, but it was a lifelong hobby and passion, which he passed down to his daughter. She had maintained a small but consistent group of friends since her childhood, and had systematically gotten all of them into music as well. They had a small band that met for practice at least once a week. All this however began to change quickly, oddities in her skin began to develop during times of stress. Her skin would take on a metallic appearance and react almost like a liquid. It was apparent that she was a mutant, a thing she had been taught to hate and fear since she was a child, but she didn't feel like a bloodthirsty monster, she felt the same as she always did. And so she kept on, trying to suppress and ignore the oddity, which over time, became more and more difficult, to this day however, she has managed to keep it a secret.
