Appearance:
Wisty has long golden blonde hair that curls down her back, which she inherited from her maizelish mother. Her slim figure is probably from her too as her father is much broader, her red eyes are from him. She has a pale pixie like face with wicked eyes of the Shadow. She usually wears her uniform, a white tight fitted military style jacket with gold embroidery and trimmings, the shirt beneath is fitted and white and she wears a black tie. The black skirt she wears is also fitted, coming to two inches above her knee. Flat soled military boots reach to just below her knees. A thin sword hangs from her left hip.
Power:
Her power comes from her shadow background, she can block out light and draw strength from darkness.

Personality

Wisty is a very headstrong young girl, she does what she wants to do and always pushes herself to be the best that she can be. She likes to win and is highly competitive and will not rule out cheating as an option. At first Wisty will come across as arrogant, but get to know her and she can be bubbly and almost kind hearted. If she feels comfortable it will show because she will begin to let herself go a little, but most of the time the girl hides behind a mask. Her gaze cold and unsure. Her emotions show clearly as she has never been any good at hiding them, and when she is angry she cries, but this isn't something to pity, usually if Wisty is crying then she's about to really hurt someone. She does not lie, she will tell horrible truths but never lie. This is partly because she is very bad at lying but mainly because she thinks that lies can only hurt someone, no matter what.

History

Wisty is the youngest of five, she grew up with four older brothers who have always been proud of who they are. They all went into the service of Xoenia and always taunted her for not being strong enough to do so, girls could not be soldiers. When they were young together they would play games in which they forced her to play the 'damsel in distress' even when she beat them in fights she'd be taunted and teased.This is why she wanted to become a soldier, to prove her brothers wrong. Now she is a foot soldier, working in Monument her job is to patrol the streets and keep the peace. She deals with trivial things and works below all of her brothers but she will rise through the ranks, in fact one day she will be above them. That is her plan.

She lives in a large house with her family, most half bloods without Xoenian blood are looked badly upon but because of her families history of being in the military their house was upgraded and their status lifted. Many of the ruling class that they are now permitted to hang out with think of them as barely better than mutts. However her family are tied in with the ruling class and this is all that matters as it is the best that they can hope to have. They think that this new law will pass through smoothly but Wisty has heard whispers amongst the foot soldiers that things may be more violent, and well Wisty is ready for anything. She will be the best.
