Toronto is a large city with surprisingly little crime, governmental, commercial, and residential districts, and several suburbs. It is located on the shore of Lake Erie, and is powered entirely by kinetic energy in the moving lake water. A monument to the CN Tower of old, the Obelisk, a massive black, metal cylinder of a building that dwarfs all those around it, stands tall. This is the headquarters of the UNAE government and military, and extends 700 floors up, 200 floors down. A central solid metal pillar in the middle gives it stability, and the entire building is resistant to all forms of existing WMD's.
