New to town with a made up name in the angel city, chasing fortune and fame.
Hollywood, lights, stars. It's the dream of nearly everyone. I mean who wouldn't want this life? It looks so glamorous, so perfect. It appears that everyone is living in this perfect world that nothing is ever wrong. Everyone is so beautiful, so talented, so rich. Who wouldn't want this life?

Another name goes up in lights, like diamonds in the sky.
After years of working towards fame, it feels like over night you went from filming commercials to being a movie star. Singing in bars to having your album sold out. It's almost amazing how fast everything worked out for you. Now your living the dream.

And your secrets end up splashed on the news front page.
At some point it wasn't fun anymore. The flashing lights, the fame. Everything you do, every mistake you make is blown up. Your forced to pretend to be this perfect person so the media doesn't eat you alive. You can't go on a date, text a person, or even go outside without makeup or it will end up splashed on every newspaper in town.

And they tell you that you’re lucky. But you’re so confused.
Sometimes you wonder why anyone would want this life. Everyone makes it look so glamorous, so perfect. Before your in the light of fame people trick you into thinking it's what you want, but in reality it's not. In reality Hollywood, the lights, the stars are all just fake. Nothing was as it seemed.

I'm leaving the characters in this roleplay fairly open. I'm not assigning specific roles or making people do certain things. You get the choice of what type of character you want. Although there are things that must be required. You must have a face claim for your character, you cannot go without a face claim. You character must be famous, weather that be a model, an actor, a singer, a director, ect you can choose. You can also choose where they are fame wise, are they a rising star? Are they at the peak of there career? Have they abandoned the fame world and are trying to run away from it? You decide. I'll also try to keep the boy girl ratio equal and may reject your girl idea if there is too many girl to boy characters.

Reservations
This is a big one. I want you to reserve your character under the reservations thread in the OCC. Never over PM. When you reserve a character I want you to say the dialog color you're using, the face claim you'll use, what there occupation will be, and a gif of what they'll look like. Eventually I'll add all your reservations into a characters thread in the OCC. The password that I also want in reservations in your favorite movie.

Posting
For your posting I'm expecting 200-800 words a post. The farther you get into a roleplay the harder it is to post long posts, I understand that but try to keep it above 200 words, which isn't that much.
As for the posts I want them to be literate, and detailed. I want to feel like I'm with your character when I'm reading them.
I will have a posting skeleton which I will put in the OCC when it's time to start posting.

Characters & Drama
Los Angles is a huge city and most of our characters won't interact unless we plan for thme to interact. That is why we will have a relationship tread and will take it seriously, and that is also why I encourage you all to PM and pre-plan friendships, relationships, ect.
We will also have a part planing tread later on so you can plan parties that everyone is invited to, or photo shoots, movie sets, ect. I want the characters to interact.

OCC
We will have multiple threads and this is where most of the roleplay planning will take place, so I suggest you check there often for updates.
Also I expect you to interact there but I also expect no drama. If you cause drama I will send you a PM warning and if it doesn't stop I'll kick you from the roleplay.
