The year is 2013 AD. It's been ten years since the very first outbreak of mutanism. I mean, there have been a few seperate and uncommon cases in the past but in 2003, everything went crazy. Families were having their children taken and submitted into boot camp. They thought that mutants would be super soldiers, ultimate weapons. But they were wrong, mutants had minds of their own and rebeled. Soon enough, mutants were getting older and more populous. They began forming mutant safe communities and raging their own wars with the tactical information the humans had taught them. Humans thought it was the end of times.
On December 21st 2012, a law was passed by the president of the United States of America. The murder of mutants was now legal and openly accepted in America. Other countries were not far behind with Russia, Spain, Ireland, England, China, Australia, Japan, Brazil, Egypt, Greenland and many others following suit to America's lead. Mutants were beginning to be a black market trade, they could be sold for millions of dollars to warlords looking for the perfect super soldier. The mutants captured in raids by what the US called 'Hunters' were turned in to a high security military base, brain washed with military intelligence and combat knowledge run by the Hunters themselves. They were split into teams, seperated by their personalities and powers and forced to fight each other. Mutants have become a sport, hunting them, turning them against each other and making them fight like dogs.

2013, a group of kids between the ages of 10-20 are now residing full-time in a military operated base called Shinoda Military Unit (SMU). Most have already been brain washed with emotionless violence and have become obssesed with the idea of killing the other teams, beating them in combat and hating them. The HUnters are the faculty, constantly threatening them and hurting them if they disobey.

1) Worship me as thought I were a GOD (jk, but seriously, obey me)
2) Respect everyone.
3) Characters must be approved because I don't want any duplicate powers.
4) No Mary Sues. Also means no GM (so no mutants with the power of immortality)
5) On that note, one power per character and try to be original.
6) You can play up to two characters per person, but only if you're sure you can handle it.
7) Please stay active, and if you can't let us know.
8) Mutants aren't the only characters, Hunters are appreciated as well :)
9) I prefer an R rated rp, I'm just naughty like that.
10) All characters must be within the age of 10-20, unless you're a Hunter.
11) And just have some fun, cock bites.
