New York city. The home of glitz, glamour and the home to at least a thousand homeless teenagers. There are countless homes for these children but not enough. Deep in the heart of New York the streets are plagued with these homeless teens however some of them have make-shift homes together.

One of these makeshift homes is in an abandoned warehouse. With only 12 teens living there it is one of the smaller communities in the city. The teens live together and share food and clothes. They all work so as to provide for themselves and they’re well being. You are one of these kids(or maybe just a friend of one…or even a chance meeting.) you live with 11 other teens like you orphans and runaways alike and you have to make your way in the big city with only them to help you.

Name: Issac
Age: 17
Appearance: medium height, dark untidy hair that falls across his eyes, which are grey. He has a few freckles across his nose and his skin's quite pale.
Personality: Quiet and reserved. Doesn't speak much about his past, doesn't speak much at all to be honest. He's friendly but will get to know someone properly before trusting them. Once someone's gained his trust he's very loyal to them.
Bio: Isaac hasn't told anyone the exact reasons for his running away, he changes his story everytime. His talent for art has resulted in him "busking" on street corners, drawing portraits of tourists and shoppers and charging for them during the week. On saturdays he works in a newsagents/off license (not sure what they're called in America).

Personality: Talkative and charming. He talks a lot, but he doesn't like to talk about himself. He has a way of making people do things. He's a sweet talker and a good liar. There is something about him that most people find it hard to trust him.
Bio: He would constantly run away from home back when he lived with his abusive dad. But he eventually got tired of it, and decided he wouldn't come back this time. So now he lives in a warehouse. He does odd jobs and has quite a few connections. At the moment, his main job is a used car salesmen. He is young and doesn't know much about cars, though he can be very persuasive.

Personality: Shy, timid, likes to be on his own, has friends, is familiar with the group after a run in about a year ago, owns two dogs that were at one point strays, one is a wolf-dog with brown and white fur, the other is a husky that is white and black.
Bio: Has lived on his own since he was 8, he had gone home one day and realized that his parents were going to have to move to a different state to be with family that would help them pay for a house, but JEsse didn't want to go, instead he packed and left that night. He lives far out by the egde of the city near the junkyard now, and over the years he has come across two strays and taken them in as his family. He prefers to live in the shadows of society because until he's 18 he could easily get sent to his parents where-ever they were now, and he likes his life just the way it is. Anyway his birthday is March 16 and in the past he has become friends with all the guys that work at the junkyard and many homeless people acroos the city.

Personality: Sweet, kind, caring, a great sense of humor which goes well with her friendly personality. Her life is all about music, writing and art. She plays whatever instrument you hand her, and she sings really well. She always makes time for her friends and family. She'd stand on her head to keep her friends and family happy. She's a great listener, a lot of people come and seek advice from her. She'd do anything to help anyone, for a good cause, and she never expects anything in return. She doesn't really talk about herself unless someone says they want to get to know her.

Bio: Ambani is not a common name, her father is the 5th richest man in the world, and her mother is a beautiful model and actress. Her heritage is Australian and Indian. She came on holiday to New York with her mother who was shooting a movie. Niesha had everything. The money, the cars, the beach houses, everything a teenager could ask for, and more - But it wasn't good enough for her. She knew that there must be something more to life than all that. And her family didn't let her explore, she had two body guards walking around with her everywhere she went, courtesy of her father. She's been searching for true love from the age of 15, and so far she failed in India. One night in New York, the body guards thought she was sound asleep in bed. They went down into the security room, where there were over 500 cameras, showing every inch of holiday mansion.

Niesha had remembered where all the cameras had been placed, and how many seconds they stood stationary until they started moving again. She got out from bed, grabbed her favorite back-pack, she had stuffed it with everything she needed to survive. She took her purse which had about 5 credit cards, 3 of her own credit cards which her parents keep putting money into, and one her father's and one her mother's credit cards. She made her bed neatly like she always does, and she placed an envelope, with a four page letter inside it. Telling her parents not to worry, (original, I know). She knelt down, and said a small prayer, and she left that very night, in search for true love. She finally got far away from the house, with everyone still thinking that she was asleep. She overheard her body guards talking about the abandoned warehouse, and finally made her way there, she stood outside the warehouse, wondering if she would be accepted to be one of them.

Bio: Isaac and his twin sister's mother died when they were little and their father became highly abusive afterwards. The twins ran away when they were 14 and set up living in the warehouse with two of their already homeless friends. They (along with their friends) were the first to set up the small community.
