Name: Arianna Frost
Age: 18
Personality: Arianna is outgoing and genial most of the time. She never shows her more introverted side, for fear of people disliking her. Arianna loves to hear other peoples problems and opinions, and she strives to please everyone.
Reason for running away: Arianna is trying to escape the drama with her mother and restart her life.
Brief Bio: Arianna grew up in a normal family for a short period in her life. When she turned 5 her father and only sister were killed in a car accident. Her mother quit her job and started drinking and bringing in different men at all hours of the night. Arianna got a job at a cafe downtown, trying to keep the bills paid. Her mom got hooked on drugs and started stealing the money Arianna had saved up for college. Arianna found out but had no way to stop her mother or go to college. After serious consideration she decided she was going to run away and try to start her life over, leaving all her broken dreams and troubles behind.

Yeah, basically everyone has some sort of problem that they can't quite solve so they run away and eventually cross paths with eachother while trying to survive on their own.

Name: Leona Kay Parker
Age: 17
Personality: Leona tends to be very quiet and doesn't feel like she fits in anywhere. She's always felt this way, mostly due to her parents but also her peers. If she stays quiet she thinks she'll be fine and everything will work out, no matter what is going on. Also, she can be kind of mean sometimes, but only because she usually wishes to reject people before they have a chance to reject her. Negatives effect her greatly in a bad way, she is overly sensitive to them. All of these point to her having Avoidant Personality Disorder, which she does have, but she doesn't know that. She's never had a chance to get evaluated professionaly.
Reason for running away: Her parents were always negative with her and seemed to hate her, which they did, in a way. She was a mistake in the first place, not having been a planned child, and that had shown all throughout her childhood by the way she was treated. Her peers hadn't made it much better, always calling her a freak.
Brief Bio: From the moment she was born Leona wasn't wanted. As she grew up she never received anything special, and never got anything more than what she needed to survive. Anything else she had to get on her own, and had to get a job from the moment she was old enough just to have a few luxuries that other teenagers got. Finally she just got tired of it and started to consider running away, not thinking her parents would care anyway. She figured they would actually be happy, not having her to deal with anymore.

Name: Haden Watson
Age:13
Personality: Emma is very mature and motherly. She is always ordering people around but she only means to do it to help them. She is very bright and into reading. She made few stops at public places while running away but one of them were libraries that she passed. She would take a few books and just leave with them, never coming back. Emma acts very strict and tries to be like a mother to everyone even when they don't want it. She is often described as a control freak.
Reason for running away: Emma ran away when she was 11. Her younger sister was dying of cancer and her parents pretty much forgot about her. Emma wasn't trying to be selfish because she did know that her little sister needed attention but it was when they started forgetting to bring her to school, forgot her name and birthday when she decided she couldn't take it anymore. She lived in various alleyways and in parks for a few months and when it was winter she would stay in a shelter, unnoticed. She is now looking for a new family, a real one.
Brief Bio: Emma lived in a wealthy family with her mother, father and younger sister. Her sister was diagnosed with cancer when Emma was ten and from then on her parents totally blocked her out and only acred about and acted like they knew Emma's younger sister. She ran away when she was 11 and learned to live by strict rules and being orderly.

Personality: Adrienne is very nonchalant. She doesn't really care that much about her life, or about what she does to destroy it. She does what makes her feel good and hangs the consequences.
Reason for Running Away: She never really RAN away, it was more like she was forced out of her home. Adrienne never really had a tough home life. She comes from a normal middle-class family and always had all the love and everything she needed. However, she started taking advantage of it. She got into drugs and drinking and partying, and when her parents tried to set some boundaries for her, she refused to follow them. They told her that she would either follow their rules or leave. So she left. Of course, now she has nothing, but she lives from day to day, fix to fix.

Personality: paranoid, quick-tempered, yet at the same time polite and friendly. He would do anything to help even a total stranger, unless he were to find out that that person was just taking advantage of him.
Reason for running away: Jared got into one too many fights with his parents, and after getting into a fist fight with his father (which he lost), he decided that he'd had enough of them.
Brief Bio: Jared didn't have a great life, but never really noticed, as the lives of his friends were so much worse. One day, his mother tried to slap him when he made a rude comment (that she deserved), and he blocked and threw her to the ground. Jared's father then beat him until he could barely stand, and he decided that he had two options: kill his parents, or leave. He chose the latter, leaving a suicide note on the porch and an empty bottle of sleeping pills, just as one last stab at them.
Appearance: Dark brown hair down to his shoulders, usually kept in a ponytail, emerald-green eyes, fairly muscular, 5,11", 165 lbs, wears all black with black leather fingerless gloves, and a wallet chain just for an extra effect.
Extras: Jared is addicted to cigarettes, studied Aikido for about six months, and carries a large pocket knife in his back pocket, "just in case".

Personality: A little nervous of who his friends are because of his parents, and is always aware that someone could turn on him at any second.
Brief Bio: Aaron's parents were involved in drug dealing, and abused him until he started school. after that they told him how bad he was and beat him almost every day. In 10th grade he finally had enough money to run away.
Appearance: Black hair, brown eyes, blue jeans, red shirt.
Extras: He took his dog, Violet, with him.

Name: Emery Blackstone

Age: 17

Personality: Nice, friendly, generous. She is protective over young people, and is very fun, loving life, regardless how hard it has been.

Reason for running away: She ran away at 16, because her step-father raped her mother and abused her sexually with sharp objects until her mother died. After he went to prison, she grabbed her electric Fender guitar, and put her amp and some other things in a big backpack, and left.

Brief Bio: She lived a life full of moving, as her mother never really settled down a lot. But after her mother got settled with a man, things went wrong. At first, he abused Emery, and mostly his friends tried to rape her- some succeeding. After that, at the age of 16, her step raped her mother as well as some other crimes, and was put to jail.
After that, her mother died.
Emery packed her things and left.
A year passed, and now she roams the streets, living where she can- usually staying with passing bands and people she meets, as she makes money playing electric guitar and singing on the streets as a one-woman band.

Appearance: Stands 5'10, lightly tanned skin with a few scars at her wrists, and some along her upper arms far too bad to be self-inflicted. On the back of her neck is a barcode tattoo, and on her hip is a tattoo of a bullet wound.

Extras: She sings and plays the electric guitar as a one-woman band for money on the streets. As well- her pet is a half-breed between wolf and husky named Fiyero, and he is with her at all times- full grown.

My character has ran away some time ago. I plan on her coming into the story as meeting up after you guys run away, and she finds them.

Personality: She is kind, but only to people who are kind back, which is pretty much no one.

Brief Bio: She mostly hides in shadows, and has been planning on running away for a long time. Jackie is vegetarian and has no friends. She frequently shows up at places with many cuts, scars, and bruises, because of her father. He isn't his biological father, her real father died before he was married to her mother. Her mother died too, but only after she was married to her step-father CJ. Ever since her mom died, he's been attacking her whenever he gets drunk, which is pretty much all the time. He attacks her sexually, but has never succeeded. He's getting angrier and stronger every day, so Jackie is running away so he will never win.

Hope this isn't too farfetched. I wanted to step out of the cliche abusive runaway type and make my character somewhat of an antagonist. He is still very cliche but he is also different then everyone elses character so far:

Name: Blue Bugiardini
Age: 17
Personality: Cocky, arrogant, stubborn and selfish.
Reason for running away: He thinks he'll be better off on his own.
Brief Bio: Blue has been in and out of court for various offenses such as gang-related activity, drug possession, battery and DUI. He has lost his privileges to drive until he is 21 and recently dropped out of school. He grew up in a single-parent household though he knew his father. His father was a local drug kingpin who would stop by the house to deliver large sums of money to help out though he could never be bothered to take Blue to the park. When Blue turned 13, his father gained a new interest in him and took him underneath his wing. He later gave Blue his first gun as a birthday present.
Blue started making runs for his father, dealing, buying and selling cocaine. He lost ambition in the traditional means of becoming successful, seeing his father as an untouchable business man living the American Dream. When his mom couldn’t get to work one morning because Blue had stolen her car to sell drugs across town, she called the cops. Luckily, he made it home before the police found him but his mom had had enough. After a brief argument, Blue declared that he could take better care of himself and he left. He hasn’t talked to his mother in over three months though he often pays younger boys to bring her flowers and help her with her groceries.
Appearance: Italian, 5’11, strong athletic build, olive hued skin, dark brown eyes and curly black hair that is tapered in the back letting the longer hairs in the front stop just below his ears.
Extras: If you haven’t guess, Blue is a drug dealing gang member.

Brief Bio: her parents died when she was 8 so she grew up in an orphanage. it was a very bad place to be. they forced the kids to work and also if they refused to do whatever the people said, they beat them. sara still has some scars on her back but they are always covered with long shirts.she would often sneak out and wanted in the near park but now that she's 15 she figured that she could just dissapear. the owners of the orphanage dont have any paperwork or social security number for her so if she left it would be like she actually dissapeared. so she did.
