Ricky looked at Gray, and she was getting slightly frustrated. More about Gray's situation. "What if I promise you that I'll never leave you alone... you could move into my area...", Ricky said.

Gray was doubtful, it was obvious in her eyes. She didn't want to put Ricky or any of the others in danger, but Gray could tell that Ricky just was not going to drop it and let her go. Why, Gray wondered. What did she matter to her? "You really think that'll work? You and me? Honestly?" Gray asked, figuring she would stay if she could stay on her toes for a bit.

Ricky was always a good friend to those who were the same. She always got too attached to her friends, that she would do anything to help them. She felt that she needed to really help Gray. She wasn't gonna put her aside and leave her to solve her problems. 'Cuz Gray had a very serious problem here. Seeing her friend still doubtful, Ricky gave her her best reassuring smile, and reached for Gray's hands. She then looked down at them, and while rubbing her thumbs on them, she said, "I'm pretty positive. We'll all help you..." She looked at Darren, and wrapped one arm around his shoulder, still holding one of Gray's hands firmly. She became a bit nervous as she realized that she had just hugged the boy she liked, but tried to hide it. Looking back at Gray and erasing her smile for a sec, she asked, "But tell me... where were you going?" Ricky was starting to wonder if this really was a good idea. She had much confidence at the moment, and felt like Gray would be unharmed. But what if Gray was heading to place much more safer than this?

Gray forced a smile at Ricky. It wasn't fake, her face had just been so tense that she was unsure of how to model her face, as if it were frozen. Gray trusted Ricky, she really did. She did not, however, trust Mr. Arben, or Mr. Johnson and that woman, Yvonne. "No where in particular," Gray admitted, giving up. "I figured that if I kept moving it would be harder for them to find me." She was worried. If she stayed, they would know where she was at and everything she did, under the watch of Mr. Johnson. "Stupid, I know," She muttered, releasing all the tension in her body, very obviously showing her defeat.

(KagomeGurl, you could jump in here somehow. Your character can be "recently arrived", and she/he can come with their bags, and see Ricky, Gray and Darren talking. )

Ricky felt a bit bad that she might've been the cause of Gray's defeated look. She smiled weakly, and said, "I hope you're up for this... I don't really wanna force you to do anything. I just think you'll be better off if you stayed."

"Doesn't matter. I have to keep on my toes no matter what." Gray said, looking down at the cracks on the side walks. She watched the ants marching around, pulling pieces of twigs and junk from the littered streets. It was just a matter of time, she thought. "I really don't know how it'll be better, but I suppose it won't matter."

Darren felt himself go red hot as Ricky put er arm around him but tried to concentrate as much as possible on the situation with Gray. "Gray, just stay here you've got us to protect you, Ill admit i hardly no you but if that TOSSER" he jerked his head in the direction of the theatre "Does anything to you, ill do something back" Darren now put his hand round Ricky's hip and gripped softly but firmly.

Ricky smiled as she felt Darren wrap his arm around her waist, but still it was a bit nerve-cracking. Not avoiding her smile, she looked at him, and said, "Come on. Let's get back into the theater." She gently moved out of Darren's grip, looking back at him and giving him a flirty wink, as she walked over to one of Gray's bags. She gripped it well, and swinged it over her shoulder. Then, she started heading towards the theater. She turned her head and looked at Gray, while giving her a big genuine smile. A smile full of confidence.

Darren felt Ricky let go and as she picked up Grays bag she gave him a flirtatious wink Darren felt him self go red hot and followed suit, He walked up to one of Grays bag picked it up fumbled the handle and dropped it on its side "Sorry" Darren smiled to Gray. Darren straightened up and thought maybe he should have a chat with Ricky, "Shes perfect shes just my type" Darren thought.

"Don't worry, I've got it," Gray said, snatching up the bag before he could get to it again. "I'll hang back," she said, with a nod towards Ricky, who was walking with her other bag. gray wished she hadn't taken it, Gray couldv'e carried it herself. She already felt a burden to these people, but maybe it was Ricky's way of making sure Gray wouldn't escape behind her back in that instant.
