Seraphina critically looked over her new school "Hmm, not too bad. At least I won't be on my own." She sighed and headed into the building, struggling with her three massive suitcases. When she finally managed to get to the reception she put her suitcases down and winced slightly at the bright light, putting her hand to her head and pushing the massive sunglasses further up her nose.
"Note to self, don't get drunk the night before you start a new school." She muttered to herself before quietly barking,
"Excuse me!", Trying to get the attention of the woman behind the desk. When the woman looked up to her she smiled tightly, and rubbed her head slightly, "What can I help you with dear?" She asked politely, and Seraphina replied shortly "I'm new."
"Oh yes, of course, what's your name?"
"Fina...oh er, I mean Seraphina... D'Angelis." She mumbled to the woman, the woman instantly turned to her paperwork, hurriedly looking for her details.
"Umm... what being are you dear?" She asked frowning looking through her many files confusedly,
"Try Vampire, Angel, or half breeds." She told the woman boredly tapping her nails on the desk, 'Damn, stop being such a bitch. It's not her fault you've got a hangover... but I really want to go and sleep now.' She thought to her self as the woman looked through the files yet again.
"Ah yes here we go Seraphina Marie, Room 210. Heres the key, it's just to your left and up those stairs." The woman told her quite happily, handing over the key and pointing to the stairs. Seraphina winced when the woman said both her names and snatched the key, and picked up her large purple suitcases and struggled to get up the stairs. 'Oh sh*t, I'm being rude today. Get over yourself. It was only a matter of time before daddy sent you to boarding school. For special people too!' She thought to herslef yet again, and grunted as she dragged the heavy cases with a loud thump at each step of the stairs.
"You should have just brought one and then got the rest delivered." She uttered to herself angrily as the dragged the cases up the stairs. When she finally reached the first floor she let out a sigh of relief, and found her room. She opened the door tentively and wondered to herself if she would get a room mate.
"I guess this isn't as bad as it could be." She set her suitcases at the foot of the bed, nearest the window and belly flopped onto the bed removing her sunglasses, placing them on the bedside table, and closing her eyes contently, snuggling into the small bed, gradually falling asleep.
