Rules
1. Your post must be at least one paragraph long. (5-7 sentences.)

2. You are not allowed to ignore the powers of other people.

3. Any major plot lines must be okayed by stagger or me first.

4. No making your character more powerful than someone elses. Every character must be vulnerable in some way.

5. No major rping between two people. You can do it a couple times, but remember there are other people. No more than five each if you do.

I will not make exceptions on these rules. You will have three penalties. If you break the rules more than that you are kicked out. I don't want to sound mean, but i can't be fixing problems every five minutes, so this is the solution i came up with.

here are the present characters. You are allowed three if you can handle that many. I have more because it was necessary, but trust me i will not make more. I may lift this restriction later on, but for now stick with three.

Jade- persuasion, she can make you believe or do anything just by telling you to.

Ness- shadow manipulation; she can travel through shadows and become different animals while inside her shadow realm

Jack- mimicking, he can use any power he sees by seeing it with his special eye, but he can only use one power at a time.
Ben/ Kyle (split personality)-manipulating gravity

Missy- summoning deamons
Ashley- Red Eye gives her the ability to enter the minds of others making her able to read minds, see an action taken by that person before they make it, and give them illusions
Anthony- paralyzing people and objects, he can make them stop basically.

Plot
Ginny has an older brother named Jake and he is a collector of people with powers. He uses them to gain power. He loves power. He has a girlfriend named Jade who you wouldn’t want to cross to save your life. They are both wicked and do everything they can to collect people. Ginny is trying to keep her family out of danger, but staying out of Jake’s clutches is not as easy as it sounds. They have moved to a new town in hopes to hide out for a while, but unfortunately Jake has already found them and is sending people out to find her. She and her boyfriend Emmett have enlisted in the public school in hopes to stay unnoticed, but what they find there is shocking. There are more people with powers than they thought.

Please do not post in the IC until you have been accepted by myself or stagger.

Also note that every character is only allowed ONE power, but you do not have to have one if you don’t want one. Also people with split personalities may have two...please no more split personalities though.

Appearance: Verging on Anorexia/Underweight, Ribs can be clearly seen,Has a pair of Fingerless Gloves,as to not cut hands when handling the different materials when making Weapons and other custom built objects.Has got Skinny jeans which are tight to his legs,Long sleeve black shirt,Sleeves are bigger at the end,Hiding his hands,He has small Converse. He is Around 4.8` tall. He has a pale skin tone,with Lilac eyes. His facial feature include a few freckles on either cheek,Long black hair,Very straight,Fringe covers one eye, ears are covered by hair also. He has two floating rings for wings on his back,They float about half a foot off of his back, Black colourings on them,Very shiny (XD). These two rings allow him to keep floating in mid air,He cant fly that well with them,As he gets higher,they have to spin faster,which also scares him.

Personality: Hsien Happens to Love making things, A lot like an artist, which is why it is so much fun for him. He would why and make anything out of anything, He has a laid back,Easy going nature in which he basically will sit around for hours until he gains an idea,in which he will spend the remainder of the day Designing.He is VERY Submissive which is basically a bad thing to have in times where he could be used. He can be also very tantalising though.

Power: He cab gather shadows from around him and adapt his body to a few things,Eg:Blade,Giants claws

The bigger the mass,the slower he gets,and the more pain he takes back,As it is double edged.

Basically Shadow Strangling, Meaning he can control someone via their shadow to an extent,And the strangling bit,He uses their shadow to immobilise them while he strangles their little heart out...Hehehe...
