I will post a picture of my guy at the end of this post. Lemmie just find one..... I may have to change his description if I can't find a picture..... And I'm sorry if my guy seems kinda girly. I'm only used to roleplaying girls, and this is new to me.

Jake awoke to the annoying beep of his alarm clock. He slammed his fist onto it angrily, and rolled out of bed, falling onto the ground on his back. He sat up immediately. It was the day he started at his new school. He jumped up, raced as fast as he could in his half-asleep form to the bathroom, and took a quick shower. He pulled on his lucky outfit, a pair of worn light denim shorts and a green and tan polo from Aeropostale. He ran downstairs, and saw his mom cooking pancakes. "Ready to head off to school?" She asked, turning around. Her soft features were curved upwards in a small smile, but Jake could tell that she was upset to see him go. "Almost," Jake ran his fingers through his hair, smiling as he took his place at the counter. "Bring on the food!" He exclaimed. It was obvious that he was excited. His mom looked at him, a twinkle of amusement showing in her eyes, the same eyes that were on Jake's face, which looked like his fathers, except for the eyes. His mom placed the plate stacked with five pancakes down in front of him, and handed him the syrup and a fork. "Enjoy," She giggled, then turned back to her cooking. Jake cut up the pancakes into large bites, then drowned it in syrup. He scooped the pieces up in threes and shoveled them into his mouth, making sure no syrup dripped down onto his shirt. When he finished, he pushed the plate away from the edge of the counter, perfectly clean. "I told you not to lick the plate," His mom said, wagging her finger at him. Jake shrugged, and smiled guiltily. "Okay. When you are ready, bring your stuff down and we can go," His mom told him. "I just have to get all my stuff packed that I used last night," Jake informed her, getting up. He leaned over. "Next time, not so much syrup," He said, laughing and clutching at his stomach. He stood up straight, then ran upstairs. He gathered his things, and stuffed them into a duffel bag. He grabbed the duffel bag, a suitcase, and a pillow, then ran down the stairs, completely skipping the last four. "I'm ready," Jake said, appearing around the corner with all his belongings. "Okay," His mom said slowly, eyeing his bags. "You didn't pack very much," She said, grabbing the car keys off the rack next to the sink, where she had just been cleaning the breakfast dishes. "Do you know how much I packed in each of these?" Jake laughed. He walked over to his mom, and gave her a giant bear hug. "See you at Christmas, when you come and visit me," Jake said, snatching the car keys from his mom's hand. He waved with a big smile, and walked out the garage. Jake drove to the dock, and parked his car in the parking lot. There were a few other cars there, but not very many. As he climbed out of his car, the cruise ship's horn made a loud honk. He jumped. Jake grabbed his things out of the passenger seat, reaching across the seat, then walked up to the ship. Jake boarded the ship, and walked into what looked like a large waiting room. He gazed around, and saw two girls talking, while sitting by a few other girls, and a guy. He handed his papers to the lady sitting at the desk, and saw her nod. He walked over to the seats, and tried to decide where to sit down at.

Claire awoke to the sound of her older sister yelling from the doorway. "Can't you ever turn your music off before you go to bed? I can't sleep with all this noise," She complained. Claire peeked around her poofy duvet, and saw her sister, Kaitlynn, standing in the doorway, her arms crossed impatiently. "What happened to your hair?" Claire giggled. The usually perfect blonde waves were completely messed up. "Nothing's wrong with it!!" Kaitlynn screeched, then stormed back to her room. Claire looked over to the clock, and gasped, seeing the time. She should have woken up almost an hour ago! She had to be at the dock in 15 minutes, ready for boarding! Claire swung herself out of bed, and raced to the bathroom, running smack into the white door. "Kelsi! I need the bathroom!" Claire yelled, pounding her fists on the door angrily. "Well, you should have gotten up sooner then," Came a snobby voice from inside the bathroom. Claire cursed under her breath, and rushed back to her room. She grabbed last minute things, stuffing them into her last suitcase. She struggled, zipping it up while trying to keep everything in. When she finally got it shut, she set it on the ground next to her other three suitcases. She made her bed quickly, and hauled her suitcases, in one trip, out to the front door. She raced back to her room, and grabbed the first outfit she thought of from her closet. She pulled on the long sweatpants, and rolled them up so her small feet were visible. She looked at the grey sweatpants, then grabbed a hot pink fitted tee, and pulled it on, over her sleeping white tank top. The bottom lace of the tank top was still visible, sticking out from the bottom of the hot pink Hollister shirt. She looked at her back in the mirror, and saw that she had grabbed the wrong sweatpants. These ones said "Buffalos" across the butt in white, her favorite college football team. She smacked her forehead, and looked through her closet, but she didn't have enough time to change. She pulled on her favorite pair of converse, hot pink with white polka dots, and pulled her hair up, all but medium chunks next to her face, into a messy bun. She ran down to the kitchen, and grabbed a granola bar. "I'm leaving now!" Claire yelled. She heard a joyful yell from upstairs, but ignored it. She pushed her things outside, and placed them in the back of her car. She drove off, leaving her home till at least the end of the schoolyear. When Claire reached the dock after almost two hours of driving and singing along to her iPod that was hooked up to the speakers, she parked her car and got out sleepily. She grabbed her things, and walked up to the ship. She boarded it, and looked around. Claire saw a lady sitting at a desk, and walked over there. "My papers, right?" Claire asked, and the lady nodded, looking up at her. Claire pulled out her papers, unfolding them from her white jacket pocket, and handed them to the lady. The lady nodded, and Claire looked over to the other people waiting. She saw a few girls and a boy sitting down, and another boy standing up. Claire walked over there, and sat down next to a blonde girl (Olivia).

She wonders "Why?" Does anyone ever hear her when she cries? This is the dark before the dawn. The storm before the peace. Don't be afraid, the seasons change.
