As Ace etched closer, Ryan handed Megan to him and ran off somewhere in the haze. Megan looked up to Ace and smiled.She laid her head on his chest and fell asleep, cooing gently as he held her in his arms. As she sleep, hideous monsters started to appear from the fog, along with the silhouette of a woman, who, when appearing out of the haze, revealed herself to be Dahlia.

Dahlia: You've done well to make it this far, but your nightmare has only begun. Give me the girl if you know whats good for you!

Ryan didn’t give Ace a chance to react to him, he just handed him Megan and ran off into the shadows. That scared him, why would he do that!? They spent all this time trying to find her and he hands her over and runs off. It didn’t matter he was in charge of her wellbeing now, but as Megan was falling asleep monster began to appear from the fog. Strangely they held off from ripping him limb from limb, he had to focus his eyesight, but could see a figure emerging. It turned out to be a woman and she had control over the monsters.

“You've done well to make it this far, but your nightmare has only begun. Give me the girl if you know what’s good for you!” she spoke with authority at him.

“. . . no, she’s stayed here far too long,” he replied then smirked, “”plus it seems like you’re having a hard time killing us. You have countless monsters under your control yet you can’t get rid of two guys!?”

At the risk of sealing his fate, he did have a point. Time and time again they managed to avoid death even by a hair and continue to search for a way out. This woman though powerful had her limitations. Ace remembered how Shannon gave him the gun which led to their escape the first time. His eyes widen that meant she wasn’t the only who could bend reality here, but how did Shannon do so?

(Sorry my last post was so short, I posted it over ipod and it's hard to type on an ipod, not to mention it looked longer XD)

Megan awoke from her slight sleep after the woman had appeared from the fog, and she turned to face her. She didn't know what it was, but she knew this woman was bad. She saw all the monsters surrounding them as well, which scared her to tears. As her cries echoed throughout the desolate, deserted streets of that forsaken town, the monsters that had been near them began to let out high pitched noises as well before disintegrating into the foggy air until they disappeared from sight completely. Now it was only Megan, Ace, and Dahlia. Megan leaped from Ace's arms and landed on Dahlia, knocking her to the ground. She then proceeded to viciously maul her, before being thrown off, knocking her unconscious. The strange power of the town and the cult started to transform her again, now she was the age of a young girl, about 7.

Megan awoke from her slumber and began to tear up seeing the monsters. Her cries were amplified and the monsters echoed the same sound before vanishing into the fog. Ace was still nervous even though the monsters were gone, he didn’t know the full extent of this woman’s power. Megan didn’t seem to worry or care as she leaped from his arms and began to attack the woman, who threw her down without remorse.

“MEGAN!” Ace shouted and ran over to her.

However something was different she had transformed into a young child, Ace didn’t question it. He knew better than to try to explain such happening in a place like this. He still had to protect her no matter what. The woman began to walk casually towards them as she looked at her wounds.

“You’re going to pay for this!” she hissed.

Ace stood in a defensive stance between her and Megan. The woman looked at with a smirk and pointed her index finger at him suddenly it extended to him and cut his left arm. He fell back from the force of the attack and put pressure on the wound with his right hand. How was he supposed someone with no weapons!?

Megan got back up off the ground after what Dahlia had done to her, her eyes dripping with blood. She looked at Ace, nodded, and smiled at him before tackling Dahlia and making them both fall off the edge of the broken road that lay before them.

Megan got up and looked at him for a moment, there was blood coming out of her eyes. That scared him, but the smile she made was human. She faced the woman and tackled her sending them both over the edge. WAS SHE CRAZY!? Ace got up then ran over the where Megan and the woman vanished. It was hard to see anything, the fog was thick. Should he jump!? Stay up there and wait!?

“RYAN, where are you are!?” he shouted. One of them had to go down and see if Megan was alright. They couldn’t let her fight that lady alone.
He was tense waiting for answer; there were faint sounds of movements which revealed a few monsters. Ace took a step back and gripped his fist. Well if he was going to die, he would do so fighting. Just then a handgun flew right at him and he fumbled it between his hands. Tensing his left arm hurt, but he would have to make do. Ace shot at the beast killing them. He was selective with his hits, this was the only weapon he had and he had to save the bull . . .

*Click click*

All the rounds were gone! Sensing he was out a dog like creature lunged at him making them both fall over the edge. Well looks like he was following Megan to wherever she ended up. . .

The water moved slightly creating a decent sized wave. Something was in the water and it was large whatever it was. Ace dragged the boat a little up the shore more and went back to the street.

Megan slowly pulled herself up out of the water, and slowly trudged towards the bank of the river. The blood from her face ran down her wet dress as she fell to the ground in agony. She had been injured before she fell off the edge of the street, and now she barely had the strength to stay conscious. She gasped for breath as she lay on the ground crawling towards the path that led back up to the street.
"Ace..." She tried to call, but because of her lack of strength, only a whisper came out.

It was hard for him to get a sense of direction while falling; however it didn’t matter once he fell into the water. He cursed at himself for losing the gun after the impact yet he was alive. Ace was started to get agitated that just as it seemed they were about to leave this place something would happen to drag them deeper into this hell. Realizing where he was he quickly swam out of the water remembering the lake monster from before. His heart raced, that was close. His eyes were fixed on the sand with his back turned towards the water

“Why can’t we leave!?” he yelled. He raised his head and looked around, was someone else on the beach too? Ace stood up, but couldn’t see anyone in the immediate area. “Megan! Megan! Where are you!?”

Megan attempted to stand as she heard Ace's voice behind her, but she was too exhausted and was in pain. She spun herself around on the ground, and winced in pain as she did so. She saw a figure in the distance, back on the beach, and she began to crawl towards it, knowing if it wasn't Ace, she was as good as dead.

"Ace, Ace, is that you?" She called with all her strength. It hurt to move and even to talk but she had to make it back to him otherwise she would die here, alone. She pulled herself forward on the ground until she made it to Ace, and looked up at him. She smiled but then collapsed from the pain and exhaustion.

. . . . Ace . . . Is that you?

He froze for a moment focusing all his energy to hear, he waited for a moment to judge where those words had came from. Ace almost tripped over Megan as she crawled towards him, he could sense that she was in pain, but alive. The fact they seemed almost superhuman must really be pissing off those that wanted them dead. Still he made a promise that he wasn’t leaving this place without her, he had risked everything for her return and he wasn’t about to back out of it no matter how difficult things got.

“Hey kid, glad you’re ok,” he spoke to her even though she was knocked out.

Carrying her along the shore, he wondered where they were exactly. Most of his geographical knowledge was limited to the areas of Silent Hill he had been to before. The outskirts of that other town and this place were foreign to him. Did these places have their own laws against reality?

As Ace carried Megan along the shore, the world started going back to it's normal form. She looked up at him and smiled, glad to see a friendly face again. She wanted to go home, but than she remembered, she didn't have a home. What she did know, however, was that she wanted to leave this town and put it behind her forever. She looked up at the road and hoped he had a car they could use to get out of this god forsaken town.

I turned to see Ace standing on the shore with Megan.. Dealing with my fight with Mick, I slowly made my way over to them. In the distance, I could see my car, it was smashed on the back, leaving a huge dent where my taillight used to be. Making my way over to my car, I was tired, and sore. I was done with Silent Hill. I passed the old sign that welcomed you to this damned town. Shaking thoughts from my head, I grabbed the door handle, and opened my car door.

"It's finally over." I said, laying my head against the headrest of my seat. I put the car into ignition, and drove over towards Ace and Megan.
