Not sure how much traffic this thread will get, but I figure there's at least a handful of you out there with a sound cloud, and maybe you're looking for feed back just like me. So if ya are, post it here, I'll be sure to share my thoughts (constructively), and hopefully other (more knowledgeable individuals) will be able to offer you some better advice/insight.

But seriously, your still is pretty chill. Do you have a Newgrounds account where you're posting these as well?

Piano's are delicious. I'm thinking of taking lessons, I've always wanted to play.

I don't have a Newgrounds, though I know the place is a nice little den for bedroom producers, I used to listen to a lot of stuff that came from there. Perhaps when I get a bit better I might expand to other places, but for now Soundcloud suits me fine.

I will say that Newgrounds has a larger community that will listen to your stuff immediately after you post it, but I understand! Sound Cloud seems a quiet, cleaner place, and I really appreciate what it has to offer.

So! How long have you been making music? What program do you use?

The thing I like about SoundCloud is it's completely for musicians, every comment you get on your work you know is coming from someone else who makes music. And that matters a lot to me, if someone with no, I mean absolutely no experience tells me they like what I make, I'm humbled. But when a fellow musician says they like what I do, I'm inspired.

I've been messing around in FL studio for roughly a year now, on and off. I quite like it, it's very amateur friendly. Aside from that, I've been playing bass guitar for about three years now. Recently I started on six strings too, and got myself a real live synth. Course I don't know how to use the bloody thing, I'm too used to having a full display and seeing envelopes and what not.

How about your self?

Umm. I've always been a band nerd, and I grew up with a piano in the house so I knew the basics. I can play piano, guitar, and I sing - but only to the extent of being able to carry a tune or play chords. Something for praise band or talent shows, haha. Piano is the only thing where I can sit down and craft something off the top of my head.
