So I am Building a Sci-fi roleplay and would like a nice program to creating vehicles from hover bikes to Battleships, free if possible, its a modified D20 system btw. Any help would be apreciated.

Before I answer this, are you looking for a program which will let you build vehicles from assembled parts, like Legos, or are you looking for something which would let you design them from the ground up?

basicly im looking for anything that I can use to create ships preferably in 3D without having to create a 3D model on my own, for example spore has a vehicle creator but its a little too cartoony, I would use that if i cannot find anything else, but yea kinda like building it with legos. But I also want some way to make 2D layouts of the ship for stats and stuff like that, but that isint needed as badly as I can just take a top down picture of the 3D model.

I'm afraid I can't really help you with that, then. I don't have a lot of experience in space settings, and have never really needed to build a ship for tabletop purposes. I thought you were looking for a full editor, like Cinema 4D or Blender.

Campaign Cartographer 3 has an 'addon' called Cosmographer. It allows you to build star ship blueprint designs.

For some tutorials on how to use the program here's a good YouTube channel to check out.

Before you ask, no it isn't mine.

Should help you out a lot. You can also mess around with photoshop if you want to make star ship blueprints. It's a little more work but you have more customization freedom at your finger tips.
