Some of you may have seen the cartoon, for those of you that didn't i'll give you a little bit of an understanding and what it is about.

A big gas explosion happened and the gas is a mutagenetic gas. It is said that when the gas in inhales it change your genetics making one a mutant or have "Superpowers". When the explosion happened their were two gangs fighting and those that had inhaled the gas either used their powers for good or for evil. I'm not sure if i really want to copy the whole Static Shock thing or not. It depends if you are interested or not. I am open for questions and suggestions.

Looks: In normal life she has long, light brown hair, and usually wears a normal school-girl shirt and skirt. But when she's in super form, her hair turns white (She puts on a wig) and she puts on a white mask, and a white dress with white gloves and white boots..alot of white XD

Looks:ghostly white skin, with grey eyes, big ears, pointed nose, thin lips. Stands at about 6'6, wears a black short sleeved shirt with a grey vest over it, black jeans, and combat boots. When he really starts useing his power his pupils dissiapear and his eyes go foggy.

Only one power allowed? That's disappointing. Most superheroes/villains in cartoons and comics have 2 or 3.

thank you all for putting up your character sheet and Edelle, i prefer one power because i don't want anyone to get too powerful but your character can level up or learn new moves with the power that they have, for example: Let's say some one is able to control earth elements. Well you would expect them to be throwing rock around, right? Well metal is made of earth so if your character levels up or experiment with their powers they will soon learn that they can control metal also because it is a part of their earth control power......did i say this right? Is it confusing? If so let me know.

Eh, in the show, generally they did evolve- ie, Hotstreak eventually managed to turn in to fire.

Yeah, i'm working on that right now Moonlight. ^^ And you are correct Kilroy. Hotstreak was only able to throw fireballs but he soon evolved to turn his whole body into fire and Static took a while to learn that he could use powerlines and generators to produce electricity.

Costume: Black hoodie worn with the hood up, as well as dark tinted goggles to serve as a mask.
Looks: Curly red hair, green eyes, and kind of an elfish face (pointed chin, ears, etc). He also wears glasses and is usually seen either overalls or a mechanic's jumpsuit.
Superhero/Villian: Claims he's neither, but does tend to be more helpful than hurtful.

Superhero/Villian Name: Richter
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Powers: Geomancer (causes earthquakes, and later he'll be able to actually manipulate the earth itself)
Costume: Dresses in a blue and black motorcycle jacket and pants with fingerless gloves and black boots. Uses an actual biker helmet to mask his face. (basically, think the Nightwatcher from TMNT)
Looks: Usually wears tattered jeans with a white tank top (or sometmes just shirtless) with steel-toe hiking boots and fingerless gloves (only these have studded knuckles). Short, sandy-brown hair is combed completely back save for a few stray bangs.
Superhero/Villian: Hero, but he tends to go about it all wrong.
