It's been a year since the previous attack, known only as the "Tabuu Incident" by the heroes that fought the Subspace. Now, through many methods, the heroes tried to return Smash Planet to "normalcy", if you could call their daily lives normal at all. It seemed as if they would finally be able to rest...

But alas, they were wrong. For a small bit of Subspace remained.

Inside, enemies that were thought to be long vanquished once again rose. Building new technologies and quietly expanding their realm, they once again grew powerful. They set their sights on all of existence, building weapons to take other parts of the universe into their world.

Now they have started their invasion. They can conquer the entire universe, crushing all who stand in their way. But... will they? That is yet to be determined...

For those of you who don't know, Super Smash Bros. is a series made by Nintendo. It's a fighting game where many Nintendo characters, both new and old, can fight in many of the areas from their games.

Rules:
1: You MUST be a character that either:
-has only been in Nintendo games
-has been in at least 3 Nintendo games, like Sonic or Snake, and isn't overpowered
In addition, they can't be:
-a character that originated in an Anime or something else, like Naruto, Darth Vader, or Goku (don't worry, Pokefans, Pokemon originally debuted in Pokemon Red and Blue, so feel free to pick one)
This means NO Kingdom Hearts, NO Final Fantasy, NO Naruto, and NO DBZ. Sorry, but they would never fit in a Super Smash Bros. RP.
2: NO godmodding, autokilling, and such. I shouldn't even have to say that.
3: Make sure you actually post in this topic once you enter!
4: There are a few noteworthy enemies to watch out for:
-The Titan Dweevil from Pikmin 2
-Marx from Kirby Super Star/KSS Ultra
-XD001 (Shadow Lugia) from Pokemon XD
-Andross from Starfox Series (He will appear in his Normal form first, then his Polygon form)
-King K. Rool from DK Series (and the Kremlings, of course)
-Kamek from Yoshi's Island (obviously, he'll be annoying us with over-sized monsters, as is usual...)
-Cackletta from Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga (only Mario boss I've seen that actually fits and wouldn't be used, cause someone would probably use Bowser... sorry.)
-Crazy Hand from Super Smash Bros. Melee/Brawl
-Tabuu, Master of Subspace (but only at the end!)
And some secret enemies! I WILL SAY WHEN THEY COME.
5: You can only have 4 characters. Characters like the Ice Climbers count as one, even though there are two. Characters that can "Summon" or use other creatures, like Olimar or the Pokemon Trainer, also count as one.
6: Put FALCO PANCH! somewhere in your first post.
7: The last time we did it with the homeworlds was sorta confusing, so we'll just stick to one world this time- Smash Planet.

OOC: Yep. I'm assuming you're using Gary from the Pokemon series. It was actually "FALCO PANCH!" but I know you read the rules, so feel free to join. I'll make my first post. You'll notice Kirby can use Helpers, this is counted as summoning. And the Waddle Dee is an NPC.

Kirby was playing in the snow with the Chilly helper he had summoned. He flung a snowball at the Chilly, who jumped in the nick of time and tossed twin snowballs straight at Kirby. He got nailed in the face by the snow. Kirby shook the snow off and both of them laughed, not knowing what was going to happen.

"And the Midair Stadium Tournament shall now begin!" The fans cheered as the gates opened. "On the left side of the ring... we have the Ultimate Underachiever, the Misunderstood Mushroom... coming back with a vengeance, Toad!" Toad ran through the opened gates and was greeted by applause. "Thank you, thank you."

"And on the right side, we have the Overlord of Overweight, the King of Dream Land... his Royal Rotundness, King Dedede!" King Dedede ran onto the stage and posed with his hammer. "Let's do this thing!"

"Ha! That penguin is big and tough, but slow. He won't get in a single hit!" "Yeah, yeah, and I'm not a Waddle Dee! Sorry, but your brother's gonna get a Jet Hammer in the face pretty soon!" Toadette and the Waddle Dee glared at each other. Immediately, they began watching the battle...

Gary sat in the snow bored out of his wits watching the pink ball called Kirby, run around, he sighed he couldn't even fight with Eevee since Dr.Mario was checking him.
Dr. Mario handed Gary his Eevee and walked into the stadium humming the themesong he heard from his radio "hm hm hm hm hmmmm da da da da da da da dada~" walking into the stadium he had to be there, he usually didn't fight He liked beign the doctor and helping others. He sat down watching intently.

She ducked under the strike from her sparing partner, and dodged to the side where she struck, and was blocked. His counter was easily evaded and she smiled to herself. His swordsmanship was superb. She'd never seen anything like it; in fact, he might be the greatest swordsman she had ever seen. But that didn't change the fact that she hadn't had to block a single one of his blows.

"Sorry Ike," she laughed, "but it looks like I'm just too fast for you."

"You can't keep that up forever, you know." and he pressed the attack.

He stood by her side as they watched the tournament. A small mushroom person was fighting a large penguin in robes like that of a king. Well, it wasn't so much of a fight, yet, at least, as the mushroom person was spending most of his match trying to avoid being smashed by the penguin’s hammer, which was just as big as him. He turned to Zelda to see her smiling and cheering on the mushroom person. He smiled at her, then looked back at the match, then the main screen, it declared the two combatants, Toad and King Dedede, to be tied.

He wondered vaguely if it was too late to sign up.

OoC: I'm not claiming Zelda and Ike as characters, anyone is welcome to use them.

OOC: Thanks for joining. All accepted. But Mako, I'll decide this battle. The snowy field is nowhere near Midair Stadium, Severus. And the Halberd? It will arrive, in good time.

"WHAT THE HEY? TIED?!" The expression on King Dedede's face was priceless. "We barely even started the match!" The announcer laughed. "Whoops, looks like I bumped the 'Tie' button..." He pressed another button, and the screen was back to showing Damage Percentages and such. "Carry on!"

Toad ducked under a high strike from King Dedede and flung a Brick Block straight at King Dedede's stomach. King Dedede jumped to the side, but was still hit by a glancing blow. Suddenly, he felt a sharp pain in his back. "YOWCH!" King Dedede stuck his hand in his robe while shouting pained gibberish. Toadette (along with a lot of the audience) laughed. The Waddle Dee moaned.

King Dedede pulled the Gordo out of his cloak. "Ahh.... that's bett- UH-OH." Toad was already shouting "MUSHROOM PUNCH!" King Dedede found himself flying to the other side of the arena when Toad's fist collided with him. "Ouch...." King Dedede moaned and stood up. "That'll leave a mark. At least the Gordo is gone." They ran at each other once again...

Kirby noticed someone near him. He turned around and looked at the strange person. "Pupuyo!" Chilly tapped Kirby on the shoulder and pointed at the sky. Kirby saw a huge ship there. "Puyo? Pupuyo payyy. Meknight ship, habberd!" They watched it fly toward the Midair stadium...

Sonic and Knuckles stood watching the fight they spotted Dr. Mario sitting infront of them "Hey isnt that Dr. Mario?" Knuckles asked his blue friend.

"And it is." Sonic replies "Hey Dr. Mario! How you doing?" He jumped down to sit next to the Dr. followed by Knuckles.

"Who's going to win then doc?" Knuckles asks "And I thought you didnt like fighting?"

King Dedede watched as Toad ran forward. He acted like he was going to pull of a low swing. Toad fell for it, jumping in at a high angle- only to connect with King Dedede's hammer. The blow sent him flying into the sky. "Toad!" "See, I told ya, the instant that hammer connected!" They once again glared at each other.

"And it looks like King Dedede is the- hold on... what's this?" They heard a "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" from the sky. "Hah! This is all too predicta-" Toad's groundpound connected before he could finish his sentence, and this move was quickly followed by three punches in King Dedede's gut, then an uppercut to top it all off. "Yeah! Speed beats power ONCE AGAIN!" "Come on, Great King! You gotta prove her wrong!"

King Dedede moaned and stood up. That's when he noticed the ginormous ship coming in. "Hey, Toad, look behind you!" "Wow, in all my life, I have never seen such a pathetic attempt at cheati-" "No, seriously, look behind you!" "Oh, all right!" Toad turned around and saw it. "What in the world..." "Well, that's Meta Knight's ship, so we probably don't have anything to fear unle-" The Halberd's hatch opened up. Shadow Bugs fell out. "This is not gonna be pretty."

Unaware of the events at the Midair Stadium, Kirby was asleep in the snow when Chilly tapped his shoulder. He pointed to a weird fire man thing he had seen. "Waddahey?! Dat... fiya primid!" Kirby immediately began shouting and running toward the Fire Primid. He jumped over the fire breath that the Primid spewed and used Super Ice Sprinkle followed by Ice Storm. Then he kicked the frozen Primid along. "Puyo puy! Poyoyoy." Kirby went back to sleep, but this time, he remained vigilant.

"What the!" Sonic exclaimed as he saw the Shadow Bugs he leapt up and landed next to Toad "Need a hand?" He notices Knuckles has followed him.

"Tag team." Knuckles mumbled Sonic nodded and went into a ball and began to spin "5.4.3.2....1!" He brings his fist smashing into the ball sending Sonic flying at the Shadow Bugs smashing into them before flying up and smashing into one repeatedly it ends up crushed. Sonic still as a ball flys back to Knuckles who hits him again sending him back and you get whats happening "Anyone else care to join in?"

"Yeah, a hand would be kind of nice!" The Halberd was dropping so many Shadow Bugs it wasn't even funny. Toad and King Dedede were up to their knees in Primids. "Gaack! There's just too many!" King Dedede swung his hammer in a frenzy, but the Primids' attacks still hit the King. "Man, we're gonna need more help!"

"And you've got it!" Toadette and the Waddle Dee jumped into the fray and began to fight- though the Waddle Dee really wasn't much of a fighter. "Gah! There are too many of these things!" "Don't you have something like my Spin Jump that can hit more than one!" King Dedede picked up the Waddle Dee. "I have a better idea." "Great King, you aren't serious!" "Yes, I am!" He flung the little red thing about, hearing shouts of "Ow!" and "That hurts!" and "My head!" The Toad siblings just shook their heads.

And Kirby was still asleep.

As the battleship Halberd flew over the stadium, he couldn’t help but be overcome by a sense of Deja’ vu. He looked at the princess, and wordlessly they nodded to each other and leapt into action. She disappeared in a whirl of green light as he rushed down the steps. Others in the stadium were panicking, screaming “not again!” as the combatants were swarmed under, but he determinedly rushed forward to the edge of the seats and leapt towards the battle platform. He drew his clawshot and used it to latch onto one of the floating cameras recording the match and swung to the platform. Before he’d crossed half the gap, he saw the princess reappear in that same whirl of green light, and strike the nearest primid with her “back kick of legend", launching the creature out of the stadium in a flash of magic.

At the end of his swing he released the claw shot and dropped kick a primid standing at the edge of the platform. Several attempted to dog-pile him, but he quickly launched a spin attack, blasting them back and giving himself a bit of breathing room.

When the glowing purple orbs began falling like snow, she could only stare in wonder. When they started to move together and form into creatures, her wonder turned to horror, “Lyn! Get behind me.”

She reacted instantly, covering his back, “We’re surrounded Ike…”

“I know, but they only have numbers going for them, lets not get separated.”

“Right.”

One leaped at her then and she quickly cut it in half, and she smiled, thinking this would be easy. After she felled the next dozen that attacked her, however, she realized Ike was right, they could very easily be overwhelmed by simple numbers if they couldn’t get out of there quickly.

Knuckles was punching the Shadow Bots around while Sonic was flying everywhere as a ball nearly hitting Knuckles a couple of times "Watch it!" The Echidna shouted as he smashed a Primid's head into the ground before being dog piled by them Sonic went out of his ball form to look around he noticed Knuckles and sighed before rushing over to Toad and Toadette.

"Guys we need more help." He said before going back into a ball and racing off again.

"Oof'-owch-gaack-yargh-urk!" The Waddle Dee ricocheted off of five primids and then landed right next to Link. "Err... hi? Ohhhh..... Myyyyy heeeeaaaad." King Dedede then felt pity for the poor guy and said, "Dismissed." The Waddle Dee ran in terror from the overgrown penguin. King Dedede turned around and struck the nearest Primid with his hammer, then pulled out a weird walkie-talkie thingy and tapped a red button.

"You're right! If we don't get help, this could mirror the previous Midair Stadium Battle!" People were running for their lives to the evacuation pods (the Waddle Dee among them). "Hey, brother!" Toad kicked a Primid away. "Yeah?" "What's that blue thing up there near the Halberd?"

The blue thing swooped in on a broomstick. "You know, I can answer that question!" Toadette groaned. "Kamek's the name and your downfall is my game!" "Man, I hate that line. Now, Kamek, we've-" Toad paused to kick away another Primid- "we've all been through this before. You are NOT going to beat ANY of us. So just go home and disenchant a sword or somethi-" Toad was immediately knocked straight back into King Dedede. "NOT going to beat ANY of you, HUH?! HUH?! I'LL SHOW YOU!!!"

Kirby woke up, hearing something. "Puyopupuyo!" Chilly ran to his side. "Someting soun like fyting! Ova tere!" Kirby spotted Ike and Lyn facing off against the Primids. "Tey might wan help!" Kirby and Chilly skated forward and leapt over the primids to their side. "We help fight Pwimis!"

Knuckles punched out of the dog pile and looked at Kamek "You have got to be kidding me." He said Sonic jumped next to him.

"This should be easy!" He went into a ball and began to spin. Knuckles smiled and brought his fist back.

"5.4.3.2.....1!" He shouts smashing his fist into Sonic who goes flying at Kamek "Impact in 5.4.3.2...." He begins seeing Sonic head towards Kamek extremly fast.

At the very same time, Toad was counting down quietly. "5, 4, 3, 2, 1..." A shield of electricity appeared around Kamek. "Zap." The shield blocked the attack, and Kamek flew into the sky. Laughing maniacally, he shot bolts of pure arcane force at King Dedede. Using his Super Dedede Jump to avoid the attack, he shouted, "What was that shield thing?!" "That was his Zap Tap spell! We're going to have to hit with longranged attacks until it's gone!"

Both Toads held a block above their head. They were both Question Mark Blocks. "Well, are we going to use that move?" "'Course we are." The two ran to either side of Kamek and threw the blocks- but they connected below Kamek. He stopped and laughed. "HA! That didn't hiiiiit! Nyah ny-" Two Frost Shrooms jumped out of the blocks and hit Kamek at that precise moment, knocking down the Zap Tap. "Now! Attack!"

OOC: I won't post Kirby's part until Makokam's next post.

They just kept coming. No matter how many she cut down there were always more coming along behind. She was careful to conserve her energy, making sure to keep her strikes simple and decisive. She noticed Ike was having an easier time of it, able to swat aside multiple enemies with one blow.

“Lyn,” he said suddenly, “On your right; move toward the little round pink guy.”

She spared a quick glance, “What?”

“It’s Kirby, he’s an ally.”

He cut down foe after foe with quick powerful strikes from his broadsword, but there always seemed to be another one ready to attack him. He noticed a small figure in a dark blue cloak on a broom fly over, but he didn’t attack so he ignored it. He did see others attack, so he made sure to keep tabs on him. He noticed the broom rider was shielded, but then the shield broke and he quickly seized the opportunity, drawing his bow and launching an arrow that sliced through the enemies hood. And while his attack missed, it distracted him long enough that he didn’t notice the princesses’ fireball zoom up and detonate just beside him.

Knuckles got ready Sonic who was racing at him as a ball "Launch in 3.2.1! Lift off!" He shouts hitting Sonic with his most powerful punch right at Kamek before rushing at him aswell fists ready to smash him into Oblivion.

Sonic repeatedly smashes into Kamek while Knuckles punches the hell out of him before uppercutting him the two jump back and strike a pose "Come on thats got to finish him!" Sonic mutters as Knuckles gets ready jsut incase.

"GAAAAAAAAH!" Kamek's broom spluttered and began to fall. "CURSE YOOOOOOUUUUUUU!!!!!" Kamek's broom hit the ground. King Dedede propped his hammer up on his shoulder and said, "Well, that's the end of-" "Be on your guard." Toad remained vigilant. "You pulled this trick before!" Kamek didn't stir at all. Toadette picked up a very sharp lance, then approached the knocked-out Magikoopa.

"Hmm. I have an idea. Let's poke him with this and if he doesn't wake up, we'll know he's dea-" "GOTCHA!" Kamek's wand glowed with a red light. "This is for threatening to poke me." "Oh, I'm SO scared! You're gonna hit me with fire or ice or whatever that i'm just gonna- hey! Wha... whaaat... what's happening?!" Kamek uttered a single incantation. "Painfullus Randomus Teleportus!" Toadette instantly was enveloped in a bright light. "NOOOOOOOO!" A flash of light, and both Toadette and Kamek had disappeared.

"Hey, guys, watch out! Over there!" King Dedede pointed his hammer at a Subspace Bomb that had sneakily been placed while the others were concentrating on Kamek. The timer had just crept below a minute. "Man, when is it gonna-" "Your Royal Rotundness! Kabula has arrived!" Confirming the Parasol-mounted Waddle Dee, the giant airship Kabula soared over the walls of the stadium. "Right, guys, get on! QUICK!" Toad was rooted to the spot, still horrified at what had taken place. "T-t-toadette..." "Don't worry! We can find her later- for now, we gotta GET THE HECK OUTTA HERE!" Kabula opened up and began using a Tractor Beam of sorts to pull everyone aboard.

Kirby and Chilly were standing back-to-back, using Ice Breath to freeze the Primids solid. When a good stockpile of frozen Primids was accumulated, Kirby and Chilly began to kick the ice cubes at the other Primids, chipping away at the armies. Kirby thought he heard a noise from somewhere that sounded like a teleport, but paid it no attention and continued to fight. "Ike! Ike's frend! Tey look like tey running low!"

"Well now what." Knuckles asks looking around the ship. Sonic shakes his head and sighs

"Not a clue Knuckles not a clue." He sits down and begins to think "We need a plan!"

"Really we would have never known we needed a plan Sonic!" Knuckles replies sarcasticly. Sonic ignores the comment and looks at Toad.

"Any ideas where Toadette would end up?" He asks jumping to his feet.
