Brief Background:He was a naverage teenager who has dreamed of having abilties for a long time.His mom and dad were spies who were kidnapped by gangsters and beaten into coma's now he wants to fight crime as a spy one day.

thanks.but he uses more energy than the person with the power say he has flight and fire blasts.maybe the person he copied from can fire 3 fire blasts easilly he would use a lot of energy using 1.It would take him long amounts of time to control his powers.

I think you should still make some kind of limit or make it that it's a lot harder for him to control multiple powers. Just make sure he sucks with powers he's not experienced using. Also, is there any limit to what kind of powers he can use? Can he only use powers used offensively or can he use all powers?

I am making limits for his power. It is very hard for him to control a few powers in the beggining and to control multiple powers would deprive him of all his energy ect. He will definently suck with powers he's not expierenced using and I don't know notn realy I wanted to give him different challanges but he would not master the powers for a long time. Well he won't have any control of the powers for a while later he'll gain some control and will need to use a lot of power to use it but it would be weaker than normal.

He wears dark red and black t-shirts and usually cargo style dark denim jeans. He wears dark black steel toe boots, as well as a long, flowing trench coat over all of it.

Brief Background: He grew up as an average, everyday kid who had a love of physical education. He was the top performer in hsi gymnastic class, even though he was competing with kids five years his senior. As his powers began to develop, so did his eagerness to do good in the world, as he began busting simple crimes. He's never had a fight with another super human, though he knows it to be eventually inevitable.
