Dante walks into an old desolate bar, "better than nothing" he says. The walls are roughly eroded and filled with water marks. The boards creek below his feet. The furnishing were intact, if a little dusty. He sweeps the dust off the bar table and throws his sword onto it, the table groans at its weight.

Several hours of cleaning and an 80s montage later, the bar looks at least kept. Theres a sign outside that says "Now Hiring"

Odelia walked down the street chatting away on her phone."Yeah yeah I know I've been looking for a job. I know I need to find a way to pay the rent!" She stopped at a now hiring sign in a bar window. "I'll call you back."

Luina walked into the bar, it wasn't the nicest place she had ever seen but it was hiring and if she didn't pay the rent soon she'd be homeless...again. "Hello? Anyone here? I'm looking for a job. My name is Odelia Tulure."

Dante walks out of the back room shirtless, followed by a cloud of smoke, a thick cigar between his teeth.

"Well..." Looking at her, he pauses for a moment, he saw that she was beautiful, but in the back of his mind he could sense a malevolent energy radiating from her- there was something else too- kindness maybe? Dante drags on the cigar and lets the smoke out as he talks; "that depends honey," He walks around her, smoke cascading, swirling around her, the sweet smell of the cured tobacco fills the air, "what kind of job you looking for?"

Odelia smiled at the shirtless man. He had a nice stomach it was muscular but not ripped.

She waved her hand through the smoke and coughed. " My names not honey,It's Odelia." She smirked most girls would of felt maybe a flutter of affection when called pet names but Odelia didn't want anything to do with pet names...or a man in that matter. "And Anything that pays is good with me but my work schedule will have to be flexible...because i have uh..other things to attend to. So if that works with you then I'll do anything." Her eyes watered because of the smoke, and she coughed once more at the end of her sentence.

Dante looks at her for a second and waves a hand, the smoke clears immediately from her. He stares at her as if looking through her.

Odelia waved a hand infront of him. "Sorry to interrupt your train of thought, but do i get the job or not?" She shook her head. It was weird usually people would stare at her, it was almost like he was completely ignoring her. "What are are you looking at?'

Dante snaps his head up with a grin and shrugs his shoulders, and begins to walk toward the bar table. "Who knows.. you know its funny..." He begins to say while reaching under the table, "you just never know... you know?" his grin becomes wicked and in an instant Dante grasps his sword hidden beneath the table, hurling it at Odelia.

Odelia swerves to the side, but the sword cuts her arms leaving a gash. "Oh, I think I know exactly what you mean. You just never know what to expect from others." A devilish grin flashes on Odelias face as she uses her mind to levitate the sword. "Look no hands." She laughs as she moves her eyes slightly to the right and the sword goes flying towards Dante.

Dante catches the sword and rests it on his shoulder. "HAHA!" scratches his nose, then beckons her foward.

Dante jumps forward and kisses her on the cheek and laughs, "Sorry about the arm." He says, again, with a grin.

Odelia frowns and wipes her cheek, but she can feel the redness in her cheeks. She turns her head away. "No don't worry I've gotten way worse." She nervously laugh but looks back up at him. She studied his face for a moment she looked at his eyes, his nose and last his mouth but then snapped back to reality. "So do i get the job or what?"

Dante notices her blush, and chuckles quietly to himself. "Sure," He says, then looks at her bleeding arm and gently but assertivly grabs and holds his hand over the gash, concentrating on it, black matter momentarily surrounds and draws into his palm, he removes his hand and the wound is gone.

Odelia shakes her head and touches her arm. "Never seen that one before...Thanks though i guess." She looks back up at Dante and stands for a moment, half of her was screaming at herself telling her to stop being so stupid he's just a silly man! But the other half wanted to kiss him. She decided to go with the half that she usually does the half that told her to close herself in and not allow any human contact. She backed up and looked around. " Well where should I start?"

Dante sets his word back under the table, and grabs another cigar from the shelf below, brings it to his lips and rolls his thumb over the tip, igniting it. "Well, first things first, have you ever killed a man?"

Odelia laughed, had she ever killed a man? Many but all of them deserved to die. Not a single one had a reason to live. "One can't be a villain and not kill. I had my reasons for killing them though. Society may of looked at them as heros but I knew what really went on behind their masks. I kill who needs to die. I kill to save people. But I somehow managed to get this label of being villain. What about you have you ever killed a man?" She smiled at him, she couldn't really figure out if he was meant for the good or for the bad.

Dante, dragging on his cigar while hearing this begin to choke with laughter, then settled himself. "Its how i make a living honey."

"Well then I think we'll work together perfectly." She smirked at him but had to turn away because she was gaging on smoke. "I guess im just gonna have to live with your...Unhealthy habits." She said as she tried to get rid of the smoke by swinging her hand around.

Dante waves his hand and the smoke clears from her again. "As Im sure you've noticed, these are dark times. The shit is about to hit the fan," dante drags on the cigar " theres been alot of talk in the news lately, the police are cracking down on vigilantes. And at this rate it doesnt look like we have much time. Im trying to make somewhat of a league of extraordinary gentlemen, because you see, we need to unite, heroes and villains alike..." he looks solemnly at odelia, "in the end, all we have is each other- even if we spend our whole lives trying to kill each other, catch my drift?"

Odelia laughed at his metaphor but then frowned. Come together? With heroes? She didn't like heroes because they didn't like her. They thought they were superior and they and reason to, in all of the stories the hero always one. Odelia was on of the few villains who had managed to flip the story around. But then again, he was right they were headed for dark times. The police wanted freaks like her to go into military testing and become part of some super force. Never in this life times is she ever going to become a bug under a microscope. "Yeah I do. Your right so what if I say I'm with you on this? What then?"
