If someone dies of natural causes do they come back as a zombie or do they remain dead

I'll give the guidlines to becoming a zombie, just to get it over with. You can be turned into a zombie by:
1) Being bitten or scratched, or whatever else would mix zombie fluids with your own
2) Mixing blood with a zombie or infected
3) Being injected with the source infection will also cause yo uto become one.

You can't, however, become one if:
1) You're dead already
2) You touch a zombie
3) Zombie blood gets on you, it has get into an opened wound.

One question: If a person were to amputate the original area of infection within a short time (about a minute tops) would it be possible to prevent the person from being infected, at the cost of a limb?
