The Festival of Flowers is usually a time of celebration in the land of Westover. However, this year's festivities are to be marked by murder, mystery, and the re-emergence of an old rivalry.

Their true identities are unknown by the world, but a small group of youth, "The Nobodies", have developed their own fame for hundreds of murders throughout the country.

Peter Pan and his Lost Boys are killed off and Never Land plummets into darkness under the harsh ruling of the killer. In order to bring justice back to the world of eternal youth, someone is going to have to fight back.

A new age of magic and technology. No one lives on Earth anymore. Everyone lives in the sky.
