Growing up Kyler was a fun loving child that only wanted to experience the world. He never really let the wealth or power of his parents affect him like some going kids he grew up with him did. Most activities he took part in were free and more fun than he could imagine. However, life had changed drastically since he was a child. Kyler was more a party boy but when he wanted to he could spend money. Most people didn't take Kyler seriously and he didn't blame them. He was a sarcastic womanizing party boy who only cared about the latest bash that would be going on. He never took into consideration how others felt. He was everything he had despised growing up. He was his father ... In most cases.

Kyler Beresford smirked as he looked into the mirror that sat in his bedroom. He looked good and he knew it. Vanessa Kentworthy was throwing a party and she expected Kyler to be there. While everyone had been invited she had made sure that she sent Kyler a nicely worded text telling him the consequences he would face if he didn't show up to her party. Kyler knew of course this was just because they had had a little fling a couple months back. One that he wasn't sure she wanted to let to of just yet. But it was a party and of course he would be there. 

He wore a pair of pressed dressy jeans and a nice fitted hoodie. It was simple and easy to take off in case Kyler took home with him a girl tonight. Plus there was no point in dressing up if he was only going to get wasted. Slipping his phone into his pocket and grabbing his keys Kyler made his way to the parking garage where his car was parked. Once inside he revved the engine and prepared for his journey to the party. 



Kyler arrived at the party at the usual time. It was in full swing but he knew the guys were probably waiting for him to get the party started before any of the real fun began. He parked his car behind Vanessa's and made his way into his vast mansion. "Party's here!" He yelled grabbing a beer from one of his friends near the door and making his way into the kitchen to greet everyone and to drink. Let the fun begin.

"Shots!" Kyler yelled pumping a fist in the ear and laughin as a couple of his friends downed shots. He let out an enthusiastic yell and chugged down his own beer. He had been here for only about an hour or so and within the first fifteen minutes he had downed multiple hints to drink. Beer, shots, you name it and he drank it. Now he was somewhere between tipsy and completely drunk. He had already made out with two girls and had been offered a good time if he took them home from about 5 more girls. He found it all so funny an just went along with whatever they said. He was just in it for the fun.

He liked up as he heard a female laughing with one of the guys and saw Vanessa slowly approaching him. "Vanessa! Have I told you how much I love you? You look so sexy." He cooed throwing an arm around her while grabbing a cup of something from his friends hand. He took a sip and tasted pure alcohol. Now this was what he was talking about. "Walk with me. Talk with me." He just about slurred as he led Vanessa in the direction she had just come from. He didn't know where they were going but he hoped it was a bedroom.

While walking Vanessa had leaned up and pulled him Into a kiss. He smiled into the kiss and stopped short wherever he was to out his hands on her hips. The kiss was long and sloppy. Vanessa's lips tasted like a mixture of strawberries and alcohol. After a few more moments he pulled away and looked at the people he stopped in front of. "Lily and Keisha...noo Kate, right?" he asked the two girls keeping his arms around her waist.

Kyler smiled at the two girls and let his hands fall from Vanessa's hips. Suddenly feeling a bit more social than he had just two minutes before. "Nice to meet you...officially. I''m Kyler." His tone was friendly and not suggestive at all. When he was drunk Kyler had three different sides to him. The wild drunk, the horny drunk and the friendly drunk. Usually they happened in that order. In a couple minutes he would probably be acting wild and yelling again. He stuck out his hand for them to shake. "How come I haven't seen you guys at more of these things?" He asked, kind of genuinely interested in their answer.

Kyler watched as Lily walked off with Brad and smirked to himself. He knew exactly what Brad wanted from the girl but he wasn't going to open his mouth and ruin anyone's good time so he decided to keep his mouth shut about it and act like he was clueless. He may have been drunk but he wasn't stupid. Then just as he was about to say something else Vanessa stalked off and he turned toward her, "Where you going?" He questioned waving his hand as she ignored him and kept walking. "She is such a bitch sometimes..." He mumbled to himself scratching the back of his head before looking back at Katy who looked less than happy with him. "Your friend left you." He slurred pointing in the direction that Lily had just gone.

At that moment one of Kyler's drinking buddies came up to him with a red cup full of something. He grabbed the cup from his hand and hugged it. "PARTY!" Kyler yelled at the top of his lungs throwing up his fists and causing everyone to yell with him. "Try one. You won't regret it." Kyler handed Katy a cup he had just stolen from someone else and smirked. Here came the wild side of him once again.

"I'm fine," Kyler grumbled out angrily as he pushed the hand of the female off of him and began to fumble with his keys, trying to find the right one so that he could just leave. He had a bad headache and just wanted to go to sleep in front of the toilet already. He let out an annoyed sigh a few moments later and turned to whomever had followed him out of the party. "Can you please-oh it's you. What do you want Ms. Classy?" He asked, when he realized who the girl was. It was Kandace or Kara or Katy. Something like that. He might of been drunk but he did remember how she had acted like she was better than him earlier when he tried to be nice and make small talk with her. He was already angry so remembering that made him even more angry.

"I don't need your help. You can back to your corner with your little friend." He turned his back to her and once again began to fumble with his keys. He finally got his car door open and climbed in, now trying to find the one that would start the damn thing up. He knew that Katy was there watching him still but he acted like he didn't even notice her and kept on with his business. He didn't know why she had followed him. She was a good girl and usually good girls tried to help whatever charity case they could find but Kyler wasn't a charity case and he wouldn't give her the satisfaction of thinking him as such.

Kyler had just found the key that would start his car when Katy grabbed them from his hands. He turned to her with an angry look in his eyes and reached for them. "Give those back! I didn't even say you could come in. You're unwelcomed." He said in a tone that a 5 year old would use when they were mad at another kid their age. He crossed his arms across his chest and glared at Katy, stubbornly refusing to move from his seat. "You can't drive my car. You're like 10 years old. Give me my keys." He slurred reaching for his keys once again. He knew he was in no position to drive but he wouldn't let her drive him. His pride was already too bruised. He never let Vanessa take care of him when he was drunk and he wasn't about to let some stranger take care of him.

Kyler glared at Katy through dark eyes before giving in and stumbling out of the car over to the passengers side. "Fine but I'm only doing this because it is my choice not because you told me so," he clarified as he waited for her to hop into the drivers seat and himself in the passengers seat. In the back of his mind he knew that he was incapable of driving and although he really hated letting people help him he was also too young to die so that was why he decided to let Katy drive. "If you scratch my car you'll have to pay," He let her know leaning his head against the back of the seat and looking over at her.

Kyler looked over at Katy and rolled his eyes. "Just drive. I'm fine. I've been this drunk before I know how to control myself. I just need to fall asleep in front of the toilet," he told her with a smirk as he once again leaned his head against the back of his seat and closed his eyes. "Do you know where I live?" He asked, not opening his eyes. As far as he knew, she was a stranger that he saw around school from time to time. She didn't know where he lived and Kyler wasn't quite sure if he remembered himself. "Because if you don't then we're screwed because I can't even remember." He laughed at himself and shook his head. Tomorrow would not be fun when he had to nurse a hangover.
