She smiled a little at the strange man. Her eyes soft, she may be just another demoness to some but she actually preferred it that way. She was by nature a shape shifter and there were stories. She muttered softly in demonic. "child of all...child of none" It meant little to her but it was said of her. She didn't necessarily understand it. She then looked in the direction of the newcomer with a smile.

She bustled over with a small smile looking the furry male over. "Greetings to you, and welcome. Would you like a place to rest? Portals can be disorienting...I can find you a room or a snack?" She looked back at Skall with a small smirk. She was completely in her element. The girl was young by the standards of her race yet older than she knew. She giggled. "I am that I am...if I am of interest to your queen that is fine but don't cause me problems. I've attracted the interest of other powerful beings and I prefer to stay out of the struggles for power." She was the youngest of her clan lord's children and therefore the most powerful. She almost missed Belial a little but she wouldn't admit it to anyone especially not a practical stranger.

The land called her, the house called her...Suddenly a huge pillow like those dog and cat beds you see for sale appeared in front of the male <Thagrahn>. She laughed a little bit and shook her head. "Well, seems this place likes him...." Looking at Skall as she said that.

Skallagrim turned and watched the daemoness go about her business, she appeared it would seem was content for the moment in this witch-house that resided on the edge of eternity. Skallagrim recorded her words, her statements regarding power struggles, those who looked at the skeletal being would get the distinct impression that Skallagrim was smiling, "Ah, you need not worry child of the third of twelve, we seek you not in some petty power struggle, we seek to experience through you." Edging his seat back slightly darshan flowed from him, surrounding the wooden chair infusing it, slowly changing the structure of the chair until it darkened and hardened until it became basalt.

"We are the Xindhi, the eternal dreamers; we are long forgotten by many of the races, only hinted at as fearsome tales to frighten children at night. We seek understanding and experiences from the living; we have come to you to merely watch as the import of yourself shall unfold." Skallagrim rasped, the swirling energies flared and illuminated the tavern in a pale amethyst glow only to slowly diffuse as the lights drifted away into nothingness.

Removing the sheathed war sword from the belt loop, Skallagrim placed it along side the now large stone high-backed chair he sat upon, as the lights in his eye sockets waned; he appeared as nothing more than skeletal remains of some long forgotten warrior seated on a large stone chair. The voice, lost to ages rasped again, "Aiko, daughter to fate, child of destiny we seek to accompany you on this journey as recorder of that which you must face."
The writer who cares more about words than about characters, action, setting, atmosphere is unlikely to create a vivid and continuous dream; he gets in his own way too much; in his poetic drunkenness, he can't tell the cart- and its cargo- from the horse.

She nodded to the male a little hearing his words. That was fine by her then. She had no interest in power since she had no need for the responsibilities. She smiled a little bit seeing that the house had taken care of the other male's needs for the most part. So she went and perched on a piece of wood that was high on the wall. She just couldn't resist flying up to it and settling there for awhile. She would have a great view of her little establishment at least. She grinned down at the male a bit. He amused her and even if she hadn't heard of his race, she'd heard of Dreamers. The power to Dream was a great one and very rare among her own people. "Well then, that's fine. You cause no trouble and all will be well. After all, got one queen after me already...don't need another" She spoke calmly glad she' d kept the mark that marked her as a daughter of the Lord of Chaos hidden. She didn't need the comments someone who recognized it might give. After all, it wasn't one that needed acknowledging most of the time.

Alucard stooped to his knees momentarily. He was nearly out of supplies and he was as tired as he had ever been. He needed to stop somewhere to rest. The castle certainly did not look welcoming, as it was tall, foreboding, and dark. But the lights were on and it looked warm inside.
Just to be sure, he took off his glasses and looked at the castle. There was aura pouring from the inside. There were definitely people in there. There was a good amount of blue aura, that was a good sign. But there was black in there as well. He wasn't sure what to think.
Putting his glasses back on, he decided to consult his one impartial friend. He took a deck of tarot cards from his pocket and shuffled them vigorously between his two hands, then swiftly took the top card off of the deck. The Fool, upright. New beginnings, good luck with risk-taking, and the start of a new life cycle. 'Very well,' he thought, returning the deck to the pouch. He stood up and walked down the hill to the door of the castle. He tapped the door and opened it slowly. "Hello? Is anyone in here?"

Again, the door opened and another entity entered the room, canting his neck to allow the amethyst energies to wash over the doorway, Skallagrim merely rasped, "Indeed…there are creatures inside this establishment…welcome."

The subtle shift of the neck caused the armor to chink slightly as the mail shifted, the right hand draped lazily over the arm of the basalt high-backed chair, the fingers stroking the hilt of the war sword. The prana flared and washed around the room, framing the new person in the memory of the holon. So far, there was an eclectic group comprised of many beings from different worlds and existences, lives separated by vast distances in space as well as time. Yet each drawn towards this forgotten place, this ever-changing edifice to the whims of fate, each drawn here because of the daemoness Akio.

It was indeed strange that this nexus, this singularity of the worlds rose once again, it had been millennium to the Xindhi since this had occurred. Casting a glance towards the creature perched upon the wall. Indeed the Sleeping Queen was correct this was an unusual happening; the singularity of the worlds had come in to existence once again, a castle, a tavern, and a great mansion. All the forms seen by the eyes of the witness, familiar forms, things they would know and understand, yet none seemed accurate; none seemed to express the very nature of the structure. Even as Skallagrim the Cughtagh sat silently in the gloom, the very nature of the structure resonated and framed. The prana swirled and caressed the wood, the stones, the very foundation of the structure, seeking an understanding of the essence, the nature of the entity.

Entity? Slowly realization seemed to register; this structure is somehow sentient, somehow in communication with the being known as Akio. The miasma of energy flared slightly as the skull adjust again to peer at the female known as Akio, daughter of the Third of Twelve. "Interesting…" whispered Skallagrim.

Alucard slowly walked in. "I hate to impose upon the two of you, but I need a place to stay." He set his backpack down. While he did, he looked nonchalantly over his glasses at his two hosts. He was shocked about two things. First, he rarely saw this much aura coming from two people, or beings would probably be more appropriate. Strong souls with lots of potential. He didn't know whether to be excited or afraid. Second was the mix between blue and black aura emanating from them. Blue aura was the sign of welcoming, good intentions, and a pure heart. But black... black usually was the telltale sign of evil or some form of demon. Alucard had never seen the two mix so much before.
Alucard shook himself out of his thoughts. "I've been traveling for a while and I'm out of food and drink, among other things. I would love to have a place to rest. I would even be able to work to earn my keep if you have need of me. I assume one of you would be the one to talk to for such a matter."

The female flew down, black wings disappearing. She gave Skall a playful grin, her seductive nature let slightly loose for him alone. She then looked to Alucard. The shifter kept her power tightly leashed letting him look with his other sight all he wished. She herself glowed with the black but held all colors within her aura. It was just the black was a constant thread in her presence. She pushed a strand of black hair behind a pointed ear looking Alucard over carefully. He seemed lighter than most of the beings within the common room. His presence wasn't dangerously light though so she smiled and nodded. "A place to stay, of course. I can find you a room or you can go upstairs and pick a door and ask the house for what you require." She laughed a little, she was very used to intelligent houses it seemed. "I am Aiko and this well..." She blushed, she'd forgotten the other person's name if indeed she'd ever known it. So she shrugged looking at Skall. "That is I suppose for him to give if he chooses. I hope you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. Please don't wander to much, I'm afraid it might be easy to get lost. I haven't explored fully yet although I mean to do so and make a map in time."

Thagrahn looked at all the strange creatures who where gathering here. ~What an odd collection~ he thought. He moved over to the pillow bed and currled up on it. His auraseemed to drag the essence of the forest in behind him like a pair of wings, and as he currled up the aura folded and wrapped around him.

A plate of various meats appeared beside him. "Well, this place seemes quite inviting," he said in a rough purry voice. His eyes shifted to a glitering aqua blue, "It seems to want company"

He watched the girl fly around as he started to chew on a peice of raw meat.

Skallagrim peered at the man who had entered, and man was the only identifier the Cughtagh could apply at this time. For the being was bipedal, and held to the general overall shape of a man.

"I am Skallagrim the Cughtagh, I am of the Xindhi, the eternal dreamers." Rasped the ancient voice again, as he spoke he stood from the basalt chair and bowed slightly. Looking at the man again the amethyst energies swirled slightly the flared brightly, as the skeletal being spoke again, "I am merely an observer at this point, a traveler as you are."

Seating himself again, Skallagrim leaned back and resonated the entire room with prana, seeking an understanding to the call that this place seemed to exert upon those who managed to find their way to the gloom-filled halls.
At the precise moment the nexus materialized the food and bedding Skallagrim tried to fathom the nature of the energies that were used, only to be rebuffed as the house sensed his desires and created white noise which blocked his ability to register and frame the event precisely.

She smiled a little as she felt the house shiver away from something. She laughed and looked at Skall. He was the only person there who could do that to her new home. She smiled a little wondering if Alucard had fallen asleep on his feet, well no matter she thought. She'd just turn attention and focus back on the house and the Xindhi in her presence.

"Well...that was interesting, don't you agree? I don't think the house likes you much. What do you think?" She was amused by the House's reaction to the male's probes. It just wasn't expected. She wondered how to explain to him what the thing was. It was kinda like being in one of the Sithens among the Sidhe but she wasn't sure he'd get the reference so she shrugged and went over to look at Thagrahn. The furball seemed content which was a good thing. "Is there anything else you need, kitty?" She figured he wouldn't mind the term. He was a cat of some sort. "And yes, I think the house is lonely too. It's like a pocket dimension of infinite space or something" She shut her mouth then knowing it was best left to wizards to theorize and sorcerer's to just do things. She herself was more of the second type since her magic was inborn and just tended to happen.

Thagrahn stopped chewing and swallowed so he could purr and mew at Aiko. His aura reached out to rap around her body. "Thagrahn fine," he said as he shifted more onto his side. "comfy and fed." His fur patterns became more pronounced through the aura the tan caot with large black rosetts typical of a jaguar. "Pretty female," he meowed. "So small and cuddlely looking." The aura slowly pulled away from her as Thagrahn looked at the skeleton thing. His aura reached out to breifly brush against Skall before rapping around Thagrahn again. "Bone Guy wierd though."

Aiko rolled her eyes at the cat. Her aura darkening and yet still playful as she picked a pillow up and threw it at the cat. "Yes, bony guy weird. And I'm not that pretty." But of course she had blushed at the pretty comment. Her eyes shifting to a soft emerald green as she moved to pet the kitty's head a little before going to the bar to grab herself a drink. She grabbed a bottle of bloodwyne and opened it before pouring a glass and settling on top of the bar. Her wings spread behind her back as she sipped the wyne before throwing a small ball of energy at the bony guy. "I do hope you don't get bored with us Skall."

Each of Tenks steps seem to echo dully around him reverberating off each of the trees. Tenks almost dragged his long thick legs across the mossy ground of the woods, The toe end of his large black boots leaving small scrapes in the ground as he trudged on, He placed a hand heavily on a near by tree before casually bending over and spitting a large amount of blood at the floor, Tenks stood a bit to quickly and bent back over this time clutching his shirt at the area around his heart.

He took a couple of passes forward bent over still clutching his heart before leaning heavily on another tree as Tenks raised his head he noticed a small building witch had the typical tell tale sines of life, Tenks stumble towards the large door in a rather drunken fashion. Tenks reached for the door handle but before he could fell flat on the door, his eye lids flickering violently. Then without the warning the door opened and Tenks slammed face first on the floor. He lay there motionless his eyelids still flickering.

((OOC: I'm quite partial to a dramatic entrance XD))

A slow fog rolled through the forest, creeping along the grass, dirt, and broken twigs as if it were swallowing it all whole. The wind slightly picked up pace but soon died leaving a faint whistle in its sudden departure. The fog seemed to recede lightly but setteled on the ground in the winds sudden wake. Strangely, this whistle seemed to pulsate as if it were a persons breath. Getting louder then softer as it increased volume, but stayed even with its pulses, as if it were looking for something, reverberating off of trees but not able to locate a direction from which it was coming from. As if it reached a creshendo in loudness it died off like quickly like the coming of a storm or an animal that has been backed into a corner.

A large dark figure seemed to melt in and out of the shadows made by the nearby trees from the full harvest moon up in the slightly cloudy sky. Stars seemed to peek in and out of existence from the clouds that seemed to move haistly, like a child wanting to see something but not wanting to get caught. A large, soiled covered boot stepped into the artificial light, dragging the figure of a seven foot man, draped from head to toe in a dark billowing cloak. A hood draped over his head casting a shadow across his face, but as he moved the hood would shift slightly revealing slight glimpses of his flesh that seemed to glow pure white in the moonlight. The fog stayed away from the man, as if it were terrified to touch this massive being, afraid of what might happen if it did touch. Gripped tightly in this beings large, calaused right hand, was the hilt of a seven foot no dachi blade that he dragged on the ground behind him. Every now and again the blade would cry soflty with the sound of a faint whistle, cutting the air as he moved.

A second boot followed suit, making the large man take a path aimlessly, not caring where he was going. It was odd how this being moved. It seemed to sway slightly from left to right as it made its way to a nearby clearing. He seemed to make absolutely no sound when he moved. No scrape of clothing, no snaps of twigs or crunch of leaves, nothing. But every now and again the cry of his blade would ring out, quickly dieing off as if it were a sweet memory or the quick rememberence of a horrid nightmare.

Stopping quickly this man haulted his movement as his left eye twitched beneath the shadow of his hood. Lifting his head slightly, this being peered out from the darkness to look upon what seemed to be a building of some sort. This place was strange to him, making him think that it was odd to have such a building in the middle of the woods, like a blossomed cherry tree in the middle of a road. Lifting his head more he looked up to the sky to let the moonlight play upon his face to just below his nose. On his left cheek there seemed to be the beginings of a scar that rose up to be quickly hidden beneath the shadow of his hood. A smirk grew upon his face as he whispered to himself, his voice seeming to crawl out of the darkness of the nearby shadows, "What place...have you brought...me to...this time...Jasmine?" His voice was low and raspy and it seemed as if he hadnt used it in a long time. The smirk grew into a jaw grinding smile as he lowered his head, shrouding his face in the darkness once again.

Pausing for but a moment, as if he were weighing his options, he placed a heavy boot upon the ground before himself and started twards the door of the place as if he never stopped, his sword dragging behind him once again. Getting to his destination he noticed that the door was already open and a bloodied and dying man lay upon the floor. Quickly and silently the man swung the blade up to land upon his right shoulder, flicking dirt and rocks against the outside of the building, not wanting to hurt the man anymore than he has been. His blade cried for blood but he would not let it shed the blood of a dying man, only the blood of the immortal or pure evil.

Slowly he stepped over the body that lie against the floor and his cloak brushed gently against the man that was bleeding, making his way into the building. His cloak seemed to sop up the spilt blood, but was unstained as he moved twards the center of the room. Upon arriving he stopped and swung the blade quickly over his head and placed the tip against the floor beside him, pausing briefly before he shoved the blade three feet into the hardwood flooring. The steel seemed to burn through the wood but didnt cause a fire, just passing through it like a hot knife through butter. Again his voice crawled from the darkness, but this time it was from the shadow of his hood,"Who is...the owner...of this...place?" His low raspy voice seemed to search for the right words to use, as if he didnt want to offend anyone in the near vicinity.

((I havent RPed in years so I wanted to make my first post a good one. Sorry if its to long, ^^!))
