So, this isn't about role playing per se, but I couldn't find a help section and didn't know where else to post this. My friend on here can't get into her account. Her password isn't working and the website keeps demanding a confirmation code that she never got. She's been on the sit about three or four months and it's never happened before. At first it happened only on one computer, but now it happens on multiple computers so she's convinced it's a website problem.
If anyone has any insight it would be really appreciated.

Hey there CyraEm! Actually, we do have a Help forum, which is where I've moved your post to! It's a subforum under the Main Lobby so maybe that's why you didn't catch sight of it at once. :)

Alrighty. Here's the run-down. I just talked to Pseudosyne again, and his advice is to simply make a new account. Trying to drudge up the old one is too much of a headache at this point.
However if Crash has some characters or something on that old account that she wants transferred over, Pseu said that he will try changing the password manually.
So really it all comes down to how much she wants that old account, still.

She's made a new account and copypasted all the character info. Now we just need to find a way to delete her old characters out of the rp so that there aren't repeats. Is there any way for me to do that as gm of the rp or is that something one of the mods needs to do?

Hi, I'm actually the one with the problem. I made a new account. What was happening with the old account was that it told me I exceeded my number of login attempts and told me I need to put in the confirmation code, like when one registers. However there was no code so I was stuck. I remade my characters by changing the names slightly but I'd really appreciate it if someone could delete the old characters so there's no duplicates, if that's possible. And thanks for the help. I only hope it doesn't happen again.
