Goth. Emo. Prep. Jock. Geek. Poser. Skater. Punk. Rebel. Freak. Reject. Loner. Nobody. These are just some of the stereotypes of today's highschool society. Which would you fall under? Any? Well, even if you don't want to be labeled, chances are, you will be. Everyone is labeled at one point or another in highschool, it's pretty much inevitable. Often times, these different 'groups', if you will, don't get along very well with some of the others. But what would happen if some teens from each stereotype were thrown together and left without any supervision? We're all about to find out.

You see, on the island of Havensprings, a calamity struck, and most of the entire island was wiped out. These teens were some of the few that survived and were still healthy, so now they must work together to try and rebuild and survive on this island. Some of the buildings are still standing, but it's like all of them are living downtown now. In the bad part of town, the ghetto, whatever you wish to call it. Point is, they're stuck with no adults around, only themselves. These clashing stereotyped teens. Plenty could happen. Romance, hate, murder, flings...so much more as well. It's up to you how it all plays out.

Okay, I know it's been done before in one way or another, but it sounded interesting to me. Hope you all like the idea, I thought I may as well try it out. Never know when something could be good. As for a plot, I honestly don't have much of one. Just the main idea. Other than that, we'll just roll with it. Any questions, feel free to ask, I'll answer them as best I can.

Rules:
-No god-modding.
-No one-liners. At least three lines a post, and try to stay literate. That means proper capitals, minimum spelling mistakes--typos are understandable--and please try to have proper grammar and sentence structure.
-Keep romance according to the rules. I personally don't mind romance, but if you have to do anything too far, either just imply it in the text or take it to PM's.
-Violence must be sensible, no killing without permission, etc. If you have given permission for your character to be killed please PM me so I know that.
-Cursing must be reasonable. Some is fine, but don't be vulgar, please. It's not enjoyable to read.
-If you are leaving or unable to post please notify me.
-I have the right to ask you to leave the RP if I see fit.
-Please try to keep the gender ratios even. I don't want ten girls and only two guys.
-Also, I would like to get one of every of the mentioned stereotypes. So, if you could, try not to take one someone else has already chosen until we get them all. If you want to make two characters so you can have the one you want as well as one that's been taken, that's fine. Or if you really really want one that's been taken, talk to me and I may work something out.

Personality: Victoria is very silent and introverted, and often can come off as cold and offish. She doesn't mean to be, though. True to her stereotype--and probably the reason she was labeled as such--she always seems rather depressed. She has good reason to be, though no one knows a thing about her, and no one seems to really care to know, either. Deep down, she is really a kind and caring person, as well as a strong individual.
Bio: This I'm not going to say anything about, because it's something no one knows, and I don't want anyone to know until later in the roleplay. So it will come out later. Though, Victoria was labeled as an emo for both her appearance and just her general personality.
Other: Has a tattoo on her hip of an ankh with a heart behind it, symbolizing, to her, eternal love. As most girls, that is what she hopes to find someday.

Name: Samantha "Sam" Lynn Rivers

Stereotype: Nobody
Personality: Samantha is extremely shy and has very low self-esteem. She is really quiet around everyone, and is embarrassed rather easily, rarely speaking for fear of saying something stupid. She has no friends currently, and it seems as if people don't really notice her at all. Nothing about her really stands out, and sometimes she likes it that way, but other times she kind of wishes she would be noticed. Right now, she's trying just to focus on school and doing good.
Bio: Not much is known about Samantha's home life or past, since she never really talks to anyone so no one has had the chance to get to know her. As a child, her home wasn't really 'bad' per se, but not the greatest either, which contributed partially to her self-esteem issues. Other than that, not much can be said, and it will come out later. Naturally, she was labeled a nobody because of how unnoticed she is, and how shy and quiet.
Other: Samantha tends to where clothes that aren't that flattering to her figure, since she doesn't think she's all that pretty. In truth, though, she really is a pretty girl, just doesn't think it herself. The clothes don't look bad on her, they just don't show anything off.

Gender: Female
Stereotype: Reject
Personality: Cynical, cold, and completely closed off from others, even her family. Ness doesn’t often talk and when she does, it’s rarely more than a few words at a time. She responds to direct question in as few words as possible, or none at all. She smiles only very rarely, and no one can ever remember hearing her laugh. She doesn’t often show expression and her eyes remain cold and hard. However, she is intelligent and it shows when she speaks.
There is no real explanation that anyone can find for Ness’s sadistic, antisocial behaviour.
Bio: Ness grew up with her mother, father, and younger sister. Her life would be considered ‘normal’ by many, apart from the fact that she has never really had friends. Throughout her school life, she achieved very well academically, but never thought anything of it.
She was labelled a reject because of her peculiar behaviour and the fact that she never had nor seemed to need friends.
Other: Ness Costello is not her real name.
Appearance: Ness stands at about five foot seven, with long limbs and a fairly good figure. Her skin turns a light, tanned brown during the summer months, but the rest of the year it is pale. Her hair is thick, slightly wavy, and a light brown shade, with natural streaks of darker brown and blonde throughout. She wears it layered and cropped to just below her chin. Her eyes are an interesting mix of blue and grey. Ness has full lips and a crooked nose that looks almost as if it was once broken and never healed properly.
Ness dresses in jeans and plain t-shirts, whatever the weather. If it’s too cold to bear, she will wear some sort of a jacket and boots as well.

Jasmine is African American, she has dark brown eyes and a head full of black curls that reach right above her shoulders. She's 5'5" and has a very curvaceous body type. Jasmine has full lips and a round nose sporting a tiny diamond stud. On an average day she would probably be wearing a fitted white t-shirt, baggy cargo pants and thong sandals (basically whatever she grabs as she rolls out of bed).

He has short brown hair and brown eyes. Kyle is about 6'1" and has a toned, athletic body type. He would normally be seen wearing a white button down shirt and black slacks, and his black leather loafers.

Layla's black hair has a dark blue-purple sheen to it when bright lights are shined directly on it, and it is layered and styled to frame her face with bangs that reach half way down her cheek, then gradually grow longer to reach just past her shoudlers. She is roughly 5'6", with a curvy body and a pale, clear complexion. Her bottom lip is pierced, and her eyes are naturally a piercing blue, though she usually wears black contacts.
Her make up mainly consists of a light layer of foundation, mascara, eyeliner and occasionally blush. She does not overdo the dark make up, using just enough in just the right style to provide her with a sophisticated/classy look.
Her attire mainly consists of a black or dark red beret, and overall dark clothing that emphasizes the paleness and clearness of her skin.






Kane stands at around 6'3", with an athletic build. He shares the same piercing blue eyes as his sister, and his messy blonde hair reaches just past his ears an is very rarely brushed.

His father was the ultimate rolemodel and Lucas was going to be just like him. But a few weeks before his 13th birthday, his father died in a car accident and Lucas has never been the same.

Personality: Silent and avoids large groups. He often ignores people, but don't take it personally, he likes to remain silent. Cracking his shell is worth it, for he is a great friend to have.

Bio: Eric was labled as soon as he stepped foot in highschool. He got into the ounk scen when he was an 8th grader, and has loved it since. In school, he rarely talks and some wonder if he really is a punk, or just another poser. If you get caught with him in a mosh pit, be prepared to see his true colors.

Other: Acts differently at different times, around friends he is loose and wild, around others he seems like an outsider, always aloof from the group.

Appearance: Currently wearing a black "Misits" band hoodie, black cargos (complete with chains), and has liberty spikes colored a bright tone of green. A little over weight, and has bright blue eyes.
