Hair Color: Black, but as of now, goes with none
Weapons: Richard Carries a custom made rifle, one that uses an atomic battery. This weapon uses both an energy projector, and a tri barreled rifle, customized to hold any ammunition made before or after the fall. His customized Hand Projectors allow him to manipulate the energies of the Atom, giving him a powerful defense against most melee weapons, as well as a way to strike back.
Hell Destroyer, the name for his demoniacally influenced attack, while his heaven Flight gives him the wings of an Angel, if only for a short time...
History: The old man from Pre Fall Earth. Richard, once known as Ryand D. was the first commander of the "New United Nations Space Division" before the Fall. At first, he received a few biomods, for better adaptability to the harshness of space. However, the fall came, and his division was changed, to the "Anti-Heaven And Hell Destroyers, or as they were jokingly called, the "Iron Chariots" after the biblical line where the LORD was prevented from taking a city due to Iron Chariots.
He fought, killing smaller demons, and taking their power for his own, infusing his body with dangerous chemicals from demon corpses, the power of the LORD with captured angel feathers, and eventually, his brain, machine parts, and collected pieces of heavenly weapons and artifacts, were combined into this latest form, renamed Richard Hoxa. He was put into stasis for a long time, awoken by a new group, the church of Mota. They gave him basic orders, to collect anything with atomic energy, for the mysterious project Nu Orion, and so he wandered, converting others to Mota, and collecting reactors, cores and parts...
