CLASS OVERVIEW:
For Supernaturals Only-
Blur: When moving at battle speed or top speed, vampires and werewolves will appear as a blur of color to humans and metahumans. Supernaturals of a higher calibur and speed will also appear as blurs to lower ranked supernaturals. The only supernaturals that appear to be blurs to all others are the three supernatural leaders, but they can see one another. Methumans have the ability to follow the movement of burred opponents if they aren't too far below the user's skill level.
The 'Gift': If you will it, your bite can pass on the gift of vampirism or lycanthropy. The infection takes roughly a day to take hold, and is permanent unless dispelled by the inflicter before 24 hours has passed. Vampires can infect bodies that have been dead for a few hours as well as the living.
Vampire Classes(Supernatural)- As a whole, the vampires are strange creatures with mostly unpredictable personalities and actions. One could befriend you, but could just drain you equally as quickly. They appear human most of the time, save their elongated fangs and unnaturally elegant countenance. If you were born as a vampire, your sub-species depends solely on the sub-species of your mother, meaning that you will have whatever species your mother had. On the other hand if you were 'turned', the sub-species of vampire you become relies on your mentality and physical abilities. Stronger individuals are more likely to become Nytefangs, as reclusive people are more likely to become Nosferatu. All vampire types have a specific trait that allows them to not only have an edge over others, but allows others to be able to distinguish their exact species.
Weaknesses-
*Sunlight will weaken and kill with more than a few seconds of exposure
*Must feed on blood at least once every 72 hours
*Garlic weakens their bodies temporarily
*Vampires that are born that way instead of 'turned' are suceptible to holy items such as crosses or crucifixes, which repel and burn them with direct exposure
*Become extremely lethargic during the daylight hours, even when in darkness
*Running water makes them lose their sense of balance

Vampire Sub-species:
Hemofages: The original vampire type that all others branched off of, the original blood drinkers. When you hear about some corpse turning up completely drained of blood, that's a Hemofage's handy-work. They excel in all areas of vampiric combat, be it physical, mental or spiritual. This makes them dangerous combatants and are greatly feared for their bloodlust. Because their power relies solely on how many sentient beings that they kill and consume, the hemofages are naturally evil and delight in the slaughter of humans for their own personal gain. None of this type of vampire lives in the Noble Fangs District, as they cannot stand the bann on hunting humans for sport.

Special Trait-
Blood Counter Iris: Their eyes. Each Hemofage has a special eye color that gives people a rough estimation of both how many people they have drained in their lifetime, and how powerful they are. Here is a chart.
Brown; 1-20 victims drained/Above human in strength
Yellow; 21-500 victims drained/Strong
Orange; 501-1,000 victims drained/Powerful
Red; 1,001-10,000 victims drained/Very powerful

Nosferatu: These vampires exemplify the cunning and unnatural beauty of their race. Most nosferatu appear to be exceedingly handsome and lovely vampires, usually with a slightly condescending or lusty bearing about them. Nosferatu specialize in the vampiric powers that deal with the manipulation of thoughts and moods, such as glamouring and mind control. Simply their voices hold a supernatural strength that seems to make their words seem to make more sense.

*Greatly increased illusionary and psychic powers
*Much higher resistance to psychic and illusionary attacks
*Can disperse into mist at will
Specific Trait-
Fey Tips: The points of their ears are pointed acutely, like those depicted on elves. The length of the ear is a marker for that individual nosferatu's age, but growing out no more than 2.5 inches. Every 0.1 inches of elongated ear matter represents roughly 10 years of age.
Nytefangs: Those bloodsuckers with the big-ass maws full of fangs and claws four inches long? That's the nytefangs. This sub-species contains to more beastial aspects of vampirism, including higher physical strength than most beings. These are probably the most emotional of the vampiric types, very passionate and hot-blooded most of the time. The ability to communicate with vermin and transform physically are also trademark features of the nytefang.

*Highest physical power of the vampires
*The ability to transform into a man-bat at will (man-bats appear to be large, black-furred, vaguely human creatures with the features of a vampire bat)
*The ability to communicate with vermin (mice, rats, bats...ferrets >.>)
Specific Trait-
Evergrin Fangs: The fangs of nytefangs are always prescent, creating a feral grin whenever they smile. Of course, when not bared, their mouths appear to be normal. Evergrin fangs are also extremely durable and can punch trough steel in most cases.
Bloodstalkers: Stealth is their middle name, these vampires are the personification of what 'goes bump in the night'. They specialize in anything related to the night, and have an extreme affinity for darkness. Even for vampires. So much so, that each bloodstalker exudes wisps of shadows contiuously from their skin, which can be halted by keeping them back with willpower. They make excellent spies as well as messengers, with their ability to move in the daylight.
Specific Weaknesses-
*Absolutely no resistance to sunlight, it will maim or kill them instantly upon direct UV exposure.
*No true specialized combat skills
Specific Strengths-
*The ability to manipulate shadows within the immediate area. Allows a bloodstalker to elongate shadows in order to travel during daylight hours
*The ability to transform into shadows up to five times a night for a maximum of a minute at a time. This allows for fast travel within darkness
*Require the least amount of blood out of all vampires, only needing to feed once every two weeks.
Specific Trait-
Blut Mest: A cloud or series of shodowy wisps will constantly flow dimly from the bloodstalker's skin. This obscures their form and allows them to blend with the darkness better, and causes headaches to those that gaze upon it too long making prolong combat with a bloodstalker quite dangerous.
Werewolf Classes(Supernatural)- Big, fanged, clawed balls of muscle and fur, the werewolves are physically the strongest beings to walk the earth. In general, these man-beasts are noble, proud and sometimes arrogant and love combat to display their might. Most werewolves are well built if not very toned when it comes to muscle mass. The specific traits of a given werewolf are genetically chosen at random, based on the individual's physical abilities. All werewolves have the ability to shapeshift into a hybrid form, combining the greatest aspects of man and wolf to create a killing machine.
Weaknesses-
*Silver. The sacred metal will both burn and poison werewolves upon contact with the skin and introduction to the bloodstream respectively. A keen silver edge will cut through even transformed flesh like a hot knife through butter.
*High pitched noises damage and disrupt werewolves balance...actually, any sensory overload will disrupt the bodily harmony of a werewolf, like proximity to a dumpster or a foul taste.
*Fire ignites their fur and will burn until they are ash
*In human form they are only at half of their power, making them easier to kill
Strengths-
*Faster, stronger and smarter than humans
*Nightvision
*Wickedly increased senses
*Extreme durability while transformed

*The ability to transform into a wolfman for short periods of time
*Tend to growl when displeased

Werewolf Sub-species:
Lycanthrope: The norm and most common of the werewolf classes, lycanthropes are the original werewolves. Their powers are balanced across the board among their kind, but share the commonality of being stronger, bigger and more resilient to damage than the vampires. Their hybrid forms appear to be large, bipedal wolf men whose fur is the same color as their hair in human form. They are noble, if a bit cocky at times.

Specific Strengths-
*Balanced attributes
Specific Trait- Most lycans have a particular affinity to stare and make direct eye contact for prolonged periods of time.
Howler: Lean and toned, these thin werewolves are very elegant looking considering their heritage. Physically the weakest of the lycanthropic race, howlers make up for this minor weakness by having the ability to emit high-energy vibrations. Hence, their name, the howlers create great blasts of sound. They combine this unique power with high speed and dexterity.
Specific Weaknesses-
*Lowest physical strength of the werewolf classes
*Have a great disdain for quiet settings
Specific Strengths-
*The only long-ranged attack capability of the werewolf classes
*Speed high enough to match many of the stronger vampires
Specific Trait- They have a tendency to vocalize their emotions through growls and whines at times.
Wildheart: These werewolves are much larger than average when transformed, and usually have darker fur tones and colors. Wildhearts have great physical power, but their most distinctive ability is the power to communicate with and controll canines. Another particularly odd trait, is that they can shift into actual giant wolves instead of mere hybrids. This is usually only manifested in the older wildhearts though.

Specific Strengths-
*Highest physical strength of the werewolf classes
*Greater senses than the average werewolf
Specific Trait- In human form, they have pointed dog ears protruding from their heads. Furry fans rejoice.
Metahuman Classes- These are people of special genetic coding and supernatural abilities, people that just don't quite pass for normal. They don't have any sub-classes but share certain traits. First and foremost, all of them can manifest and control a type of element or energy in some way to an extent. It can be fire, water, light, psychic or even sound, metahumans are very, very diverse. Second, they have increased physical abilities allowing them to go toe to toe with the supernatural beasts for limited amounts of time or in small groups. The catch is, a metahuman is either magical or melee. A super-strong metahuman most likely has a weak element or low amount of control over it, wereas a firegod metahuman would most likely only be able to take a couple hits. Their last notworthy feature is a fair resistance to the infection, or 'gift' of the supernaturals. If they are turned however, they lose the ability to manifest an element. /sob

THE DISTRICTS-
The governments have graciously provided the city of sin with electricity, water, gas, internet access and fully functioning facilities. A certain amount of fresh blood is imported weekly, as well as new citizens. Every district has at least two apartment complexes, a large bar/tavern, a brothel and a central park as well as several buildings for recreational activities. These include arcades, cafes, gyms and sparring arenas. The districts are constantly at war with one another for supremacy of the city. In the center borders of all four districts is a massively tall tower with a very special purpose...once a day, the district leader who gets their before 12 midnight gets to choose the weather in SilverSun for the next week. Sweet.
District 1- The Noble Fangs
The smaller of the two vampire districts, ruled by a visionary vampire who believes that humans are friends. Not food. Humans and vampires coexist in this place, a nighttime paradise. It lies in the northern quarter of SilverSun. It is currently ruled by Alexander Smyth. He holds a deep seated hate for the current leader of the Blood Bathers for killing the original leader of district two, befor eit became so dark and depraved...his half-brother Marcus.

District 2- The Blood Bathers
The largest vampire concentration in SilverSun, district 2 is in a constant state of anarchy. If it is within your power, it is within your rights as one of the superior race. Humans won't last long here, to say the least... The leader of this chaotic realm is known to be the strongest vampire in existance, a hemofage with violet eyes. These vampires believe that they are the superior creatures and all others exist only to be food. This district is where all the hemofage vampires live, as well as a scattering of other evil vampires and some survivor humans.
District 3- The Moonchildren
The lycanthrope district, ruled by a code of honor and a werewolf queen leading the pack. They uphold the honor of battle above all else and prefer to be left alone from the other districts. Nearly all werewolves dislike both vampires and metahumans. It is currently ruled by Sandra Fourne.

District 4- The Fite-ing Fewdz
The district housing the majority of humans, as well as a good amount of enhanced meta-humans. A leader hasn't been quite established as of yet, since the district is fairly new. Citizens of this district must abide by basic human tenants and the amendments of human rights. A majority of SilverSun humans live here with the metahumans in relative safety.
FEATURES OF SILVERSUN AND THINGS OF NOTE-
1) Around 2010 the first experiments for creating enhanced men known as metahumans began in order to effectively hunt and combat supernatural creatures. Overall, the experiment was a failure due to the inefficient costliness of mass-production. But, a few of these enhanced humans escaped to procreate and spread the metahuman gene across the globe. Governments worldwide began to round up these gifted people and use them to gather up other supernaturals. They found that as a whole, the gathered creatures were much too powerful to be kept alive. Therefore, a prison in the form of a megalopolis was created to house them. This location came to be known as SilverSun City. The year is 2052. Since then a fairly constant flow of metahuman and supernatural citizens has been shipped to the city, but the population is kept in check by constant, bloody battles. Human convicts are often shipped here instead as an alternative to the death penalty, and some young idiot aristocrats pay large sums of money to spend some time in the city of fangs.
2) A massive synthetic atmosphere has been set up above the city to serve multiple purposes. First, it filters sunlight through a special scope made of silver concentrates, creating silver sunlight that is deadly to both vampires and werewolves, and giving the city it's name. The second purpose is to shorten the daytime, making it only 9 hours of day per 24 hours.
3) There is a boundary made hyper-reinforced adamantium seperating the four districts into squares. These boundaries can be moved, given enough time and constantly fluctuate due to territory wars.
