Ok, so basically, you are hunted by the government, it may be because you have murdered someone with it or just have it. what is "It"? "It" is a power. A demon rising inside of you, burning up and harming those around you. Unless you can controll it. Or unless your perfectly sane and don't want to get hunted or noticed. Or unless you just don't want to kill anyone, eather way, you've got a power.

Unless you are a bounty hunter. Set out to put the word straight, hunting or killing those with these dangerous powers. Doesn't matter what power it is, even if it's just able to climb abnormally, it's dangerous. And you need to get them. Destroy them.

IF YOU HAVE POWERS: You are anywhere in the world, America, England, Japan, anywhere, and the government are getting you bieng rounded up to a remote island off Ireland, or atleast trying, because of your power. You need to find a way to escape from them, no matter who you are and who you have to kill. Don't trust anyone. Or Die.

IF YOU ARE A HUNTER: You need to hunt down the scum who are making the world a horrible place, they are killing for no reason, therefore, you have to hunt them, and bring them in. Alive or Dead. But two of you, you have a special bond with them, although you are hunting them and taking them to Anthrax *The island* your not harming them, your helping them.

basically, heres a bit from first part of my story:

Straight after the velvetty voice was heard, a piercing sound struck the mans ears, blood running from his nose and ears as his eyes rolled to the back of his head, a mixture of eye-liquid and crimson blood running from his eyes, the copper smell blocking her nose as she inhaled. She laughed again, sadistically, as he fell to the ground,

History: He originated from Hawaii, where he was seen as a reincarnation of an evil spirit when he was younger and whispered to a bear and the bear almost killed a man. Isolated from family and friends he got interested in his ability and begin practicing learning how to control more than one animal, then he came across the ability that he was able make himself partly an animal, as such biting someone and excreting snake venom in them, or hearing things humans cant.

I get it...it is some kind of Mind Manipulation power...causes the cells to break and spilt causing bleeding and losing control of brain cells, allowing her to make the body do things...like the rolling in the eyes....Its having Aspergers syndrome, helps you work these things out...

Personality: Sadistic, borderline insane.
Interests: Making people go insane.
Powers: Illusion (only affects one person, but gives Ikuro complete control over what they see)
Origin: Korea
History: He was born with his power dormant. For the first 10 years or so of his life, he was pretty normal, with no powers to speak of. A little on the quiet side, but normal nonetheless. But then his power began to awaken, and he realized that he had it. As he began to use his power, people started to hunt him (not the government yet), and he was forced to use it to defend himself. Originally, he only used his power to distract, then kill his pursuers from behind. After a while though, he started to enjoy toying with his enemy's state of mind before he killed them. Since then, he has always made his victims go insane before killing them. He has taken to confronting pursuers rather than running. He has no home and travels around the world on foot, stealing and murdering to survive. He is currently in Germany, heading towards France.

And yes, it's Light from Death Note. Just go with it, it works.

London; The sky's dark and cloudy, full of rain, which was not yet pouring. The streets busy, full of buissness men and "Gangsters". A girl wearing a long hooded cloak covering her face ran through the crowds, as the sun finally broke through. She almost screamed as her face was seen, and men came running after her. She pushed aside a couple of people as she ran, the men in black suits and sunglasses only catching up, when one man in a hood with a white bandana over his face pushed her to the wall. He got out a knife and pushed it to her throat. "Wan't me to fuckin' jook you? Who the fuck do you think you are fuckin' pushin' me aside!" He pushed the knife closer to her neck and she laughed. This just made him more angry. "WHAT THE FUCK? DO YOU FIND THIS FUCKING FUNNY YOU FREAK? DO YOU WANT TO DIE?" He shouted and the girls lips opened. "It's a great day to die, take that in mind" A smooth voice creeped out of her mouth in almost a whisper.

She laughed again, sadistically, as he fell to the ground, then picked up the bandana and knife, wrapping the bandana around her face and pushing the knife into her pocket after pulling off the cloak and dropping it to the floor. Her black hair fell in long silky locks down her back. Her porcelain skin made her look like a life-size china doll, her eyes shining as the sun reflected into them. Her clothes resembled those of a person in the army, yet her top had a watchmen badge pinned on it, and she had a pair of fingerless gloves on that where black, her black converse matching.

The girl strutted out of the alleyway, her bright eyes scanning the streets as she looked for the men, and as she saw they where getting into a car, and jumped up. Her feet pounded on the roof as she landed, the people below her rushing to the windows to see what happened. She grinned under the bandana then walked across the roof, standing on the edge. She paused, then leant over to scare those in the window below her, waving, then jumping back and laying on her back, waiting, for her hunter to come. She sighed as she thought, wondering how long it would take him to catch up this time. Not as long as she expected.

A few blocks away a car came speeding around the corner, a silver porche with a jaguar climbing down the bonnet. The door kicked open and a man in a cloak covering everything but his eyes, which where covered by sunglasses. He looked around, and in looking up, her saw Niemh, and grinned. He walked towards the building and kicked the door open, almost flying as he ran up the stairs so fast. He stood a little beside the girl as he eyes became blank. "There is one Germany, and another I can just see in Hawaii, have fun creating more hunters" She said and her eyes reached full colour. She looked up at a man. "Hello Niemh, nice meeting you again" He said and knelt down, holding her cheeks in his hands, but softly as to not hurt her. "Not so great, your here early, arn't you? Katsu!" She spat the last words to him, but there was fire playing in her eyes.

"So, what are thier names then? It's not like I'm gonna tell, they have to find out themselves, it's illegal for us to tell them" He said and removed his sunglasses, his golden eyes looking into her green ones. "Come on Death, whats thier names?" Katsu breathed, his breath like fire, warm, comforting. She grinned, then held on to his hands. "Why should I tell you, your just like the others with a little experimentation, so, get another one to tell you" She said, then pushed him off her and flipped backwards, kicking him in the face as she done so. Katsu growled. "It's in your mind" He said, and Niemh grinned as she stepped backwards so she was standing on the edge of the building.

Katsu took his clothes of. He was in the exact same clothes as Niemh, but a male version. He ran forward to grab her, but she fall back before he could. She laughed in the air as she jumped forward into the glass building, finding out it was the "Ghurkin Tower" as everyone called it, and someother things that little immature kids call it *Hehe, I'm one of those immature kids =}*. She held up her middle finger and as she got in before anyone could see she ran, as a flahs, a blink of the eye, and broke out of the building in the same second.

*I wrote some of this last night, the first two paraghraphs, so be nice, i was and am tired*

Niehm Smirked as she broke a large pane of glass and landed on the roof of an apartment building on the edge of the Thames. She smirked once more as she saw a series of boats crossing the river in different directions, "Perfect!" she said as she bent down ready to jump.She leapt forward and quickly jumped on the first boat, then before she was seen she jumped again towards the next boat, towards the left, it was a cargo boat.. she leapt and rebounded off one of the cargo containers and she hit and leapt off it with such a force it knocked the cargo container down, a huge thud ringing in the air as it did.She continued to leap across the Thames, boat by boat, until she reached the last one where she lurched forward and Vaulted herself into the air, going up so high she was now higher then any building in London, she looked at the new view and looked in amazement at the sheer size of London. She was now over Canary Wharf, and she decided to stop her journey here.

She shifted her weight towards and started to fall, towards the cluster of towers, that were visible anywhere in London.As she went down her Black locks of hair fluttered upwards and her clothes were doing the same.She came down to the ground with a huge roaring bang...She had hit the ground in Canary Plaza so hard the cobbled ground cracked as she left a huge hole in the ground and her landing sent a shockwave of air into the area, smashing any of the glass surrounding the Plaza.People gasped as they saw her land, but she ignored them, she simply went to the Tube station and walked down the stairs and entered the station, a smirk pasted on her pale, china-doll face...

Katsu roared in the air as Naimh got away, then started to run down the stairs. "I will get you, this is so, usel- crap" He said as he realised. He left his cloak on the roof. He muttered into a phone as he sped up towards the car so no one could see his ears twitching and his tail flicking side to side. He muttered some curse words in the car and pressed a button to start it, then drove towards the train station, singing the Abba song "Waterloo" out of sheer boredom.

Katsu sopped outside the trainstation and waited. He looked up and saw a glimpse of Niemh, then put on a hoodie. It was black and it had neko ears sewn onto it, so it looked like one of those emo fashion things with the neko hood. He tied a rubber string to his tail to make it dead so it would stop moving, then ran out of the car. He chased her down the stairs, but stayed in the backround, waiting for her. He knew she could probably sense him, but he didn't care. He put the sunglasses on and waited.

Niehm sensed the male advancing once more...She continued to walk into the station and then looked at the schedule for tube trains, she leapt over the tube barrier, and looked at a train just leaving the station,she began to run and she leapt into the air, grabbing onto a rail on the back of the train, as she opened the back of the carriage door, and entered, she blew Katsu a kiss and smirked as she closed it.

She took a seat right at the back of the carriage, just in case she needed to get out..which she would eventually...For now she laid her head back and closed her eyes and began to think of what just happened.

Ikuro was in a back ally somewhere in some city. He didn't even know where he was exactly, he just wandered around the world aimlessly with no sense of direction. He sat down and ate some of the granola bars he had bought earlier with his stolen money. As he finished, he heard someone enter the ally. He looked up and grinned as he saw a young man, somewhere in his 20s. He immediately ensnared him in his spell and made himself disappear. He made the man think the walls of the ally where closing in, not enough to be noticed, but just enough to set him on edge. He made it look like the ally came to a dead end, and there was an endless pit where the man entered. After all, he didn't want his victim escaping. "Eh? Now, I don't remember there being a dead end here," the man said out loud. He turned to leave and found the hole. "What the hell?" The man was about to try to leap over the pit when suddenly, an image of Ikuro rose up from it, and the light was drained from the ally, turning day into night. The man was startled by this and shouted out "Who are you? Where did you come from?" Ikuro only laughed, softly, yet maniacally. The pit widened, and the man backed up. The pit continued to widen and the man turned to run, but he came to the wall, which was now covered in bloody spikes. Ikuro's image floated forward and leaned over close to the man, who was paralyzed by fear. He whispered slowly in his ear "I...am your end." The walls started to undulate, and Ikuro's image cackled loudly. Out of the pit rose a massive monster vaguely resembling a 10 foot thick millipede if millipedes had teeth and 9 red eyes, including a pair that were on crab-like stalks. The worm swallowed the cackling Ikuro as it rose, then brought it's head down and stared hungrily at the man. Now the wall was gone, and the man was free to skitter away screaming from the beast as it crawled out of the pit in pursuit. Another appeared in front of the man, and he was trapped. The beasts did nothing but drool and stare at the man as he crouched down in a fetal position. Ikuro walked up to him. "What's wrong? Don't like my pets? OK, how about a change of scenery then." With that, the monsters disappeared. Now the walls, floor, and the newly created ceiling were made out of mirrors. Ikuro spoke softly, almost comfortingly. "This is one of my favorites. Look at yourself. Take a good look." Ikuro eased the man up to where he could see in a mirror. Then his skin started to dissolve and fall to the ground in a pale ooze. At this point, the man was beyond screaming. He had lost all traces of sanity by now, and started to laugh. His laughter grew to a cackle and Ikuro joined him. "Such easy prey, you were. I'm a little disappointed." Ikuro smiled as he pulled out a knife, and thrust it into the man's heart. The man did not cease his cackling until he was completely dead. He took the man's wallet and vanished as he heard sirens approaching.

"Time to leave this city, I suppose," he said, thinking out loud after he was far enough away from the crime scene. "Let's see what loot I got." He examined the contents of the wallet. About $70 in cash, a credit card, and a drivers license. He threw the credit card onto the street. He knew they could track him down if he used it. The license he would keep. He could always change the picture using his power if anyone asked for it. He took the cash and license and put them in his own wallet. He took the road out of town and started on his way to the next one.

(I gotta say, I rather enjoyed writing that.)

"I'm Done!" Kitty exclaimed slamming the door behind him, he locked it and went to his closet. He got out a slingpack and threw it on the bed nearby, along with some clothes. Tears rolled down his eyes as he took one of his baby pictures with him and his mother,"Mom.." He said softly, then someone started to beat on the door violently. Kitty gasped and hurried to put his stuff in the slingpack.

"Open the god damn door Kitten!" Someone slurred from behind the door, they sounded drunk and insane,"What ever happen to us being a family?" They slurred again. Kitty rolled his eyes as he could hear the sound of a bottle beating against the door. He looked around for anything else useful. He went to his desk by his bed and pulled a drawer out. Inside held savings, and a carving knife along with carvings of different animals. He took the Knife and money. And looked for a way out. His heart beat as the knocking on the door became more violent, soon the door was going to come down. He looked to the window on the other side of his window. It was barred, Kitty sighed and looked to the door.

"What can I do?" He asked himself. The door begun to crack, and wood begun to fly from around the edges of the door. Kitty gasped and ran to his closet and hid. Trying to keep silent, as a Large muscular man walked threw the door that was now on the floor. He looked in inside. His face was red and angry, though still looking drunk.

"Where the Hell are you Kitten?!" The Man exclaimed. Kitty cupped his hand over his mouth and nose. He begun to shiver in his jacket. Kitty tried to to move back but bumped into a old picture, making it fall and it made a loud noise. Kitty's eyes widened, as he suddenly heard footsteps coming to the door. The door opened violently, banging against the wall that surfaced the door, the man stood in front of the door with an insane smile looking at Kitty," Their you are Kitten." He said bending down matching eye level with Kitty,"Were you trying to leave me?" The man asked nodding his head. Kitty's heart beat fast, he begun to shake his head,"No, no. I'd id never-" Kitty said, but the man grabbed Kitty by the hair and begun to pull Kitty out of the closet. Kitty gave small gasps of pain as the Man pulled Kitty out of the room, then out of the next door leading to outside. The Man threw Kitty against the wall.He begun to chock Kitty slightly and then begun to rise Kitty off the ground, Hanging him in the air. Kitty was now eye level with the Man,"You little pussy," The man exclaimed loudly,"You where going to leave me here? Alone." He said getting violent face still red. Kitty could smell the liquor on his breathe,"You're mother wouldn't leave me. You know. You remind me of her alone." He said dazing his eyes, and licking his lips,"Her eyes, her skin...her lips." The Man got closer to Kitty's face. Kitty frowned and racked the man, very hard. The man dropped Kitty and got down on his knees holding his crotch.

"Okay number one," Kitty said irritated,"You, you need help with your drinking problem. Two, I may look like my mother, but you. You aren't my type. Peaces!" Kitty said throwing up peace signs and ran down the road.



Kitty was far away from the man, He store up into the sky, Looking at the moon,"Ugh. I'm so tired of walking." Kitty said out loud. Kitty heard a bear growl and walk into the street. The bear started to growl at Kitty, Kitty tilted his head, and begun to whisper words that didnt sound like any Language in human. The Bear stood there for a moment listening calming. The bear walked over to Kitty. And Kitty smiled. Kitty got on the Back of the Bear and the bear ran down the road as fast as he could.

The Bear got Kitty to a nearby beach, Kitty rubbed the Bears head, the bear smiled and ran back. Kitty looked around, he saw a ship and people trying to board. Kitty sighed and ran closer, He saw that they all had tickets. There wasn't a ticket booth for Kitty to get a ticket. Kitty smiled. A small bird flew near Kitty, Kitty begun to whisper again. The bird flew toward the crowd of people. And in minutes came back with a ticket. The bird landed on Kitty's shoulder,"Thank you Mink." Kitty said and walked to the ship. Kitty overheard a man having a tantrum because he couldn't find his ticket. Kitty smiled and got on the ship.
