Can I join? And if so do I just post my character here or what? Hes not from any clans in the actual Naruto Universe, I don't know if thats all right. If its not I can make a character from an actual clan.

You should get a PM from SSJHunter. After that, go to the Konoha thread in the Naruto Universe forum. I didn't know about it either until I started browsing at random. They really should tell us here how to get to it.

My character was accepted, but I don't know if that means I'm allowed to participate in the Chunin Exams. Anyone know the answer to that particular question?
