Background:
It has been a millennium after the Neo-Silver Millennium (Crystal Tokyo Era). Neo-Queen Serenity had finally defeated Chaos’s final incarnation in the future and had transformed into her final form as Sailor Cosmos. Being unable to protect the earth with her powers any longer, Sailor Cosmos departed to the Moon to revive the Silver Millennium and live by Queen Serenity’s side. The loyal guardians, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus and the Outer Guardians Saturn, Pluto, Neptune and Uranus have attained a place to the throne in the palace of Crystal Tokyo. However they have retired from their duties as a senshi and need new Sailor Senshi to take their place. Many Senshi from various dimensions and times have been appointed by Sailor Cosmos herself and their aims were like those before them.
Plot:
In the year 4000, the new era of peace has occurred. Even though the era has being long lived... it won’t live for long. The Dark Kingdom has been erected at what was then known as D.Point. The Leader Apsu along with the five Opposito Soldiers (Sin, Nabu, Nergal, Marduk and Ishtar) and began conquering parts of the earth and now without the help of the former Generation of Soldiers, it is the Cosmos Senshi’s turn to fight for Justice in the name of the new Silver Millennium.

- Otaku Senshi (Fan Made Scouts) are welcome
- No flaming
- No OOCs that eventually lead to a conversation (this is why there is an OOC thread)

- Please don’t GOD MOD! This means don’t decapitate characters without the character’s permission. But of course you can inflict pain on your character via NPCs
- Do make sure to abide by the forum rules and regulations
- The Characters from Sailor Moon Classics may be resurrected! Other dead characters from the other seasons cannot be included.
- Naru (Molly), Gurio (Melvin), Motoki (Andrew) and all other characters that are related in this category can be used as NPCS [they all gain eternal youth]
- The Inner Senshi may have children but you must explain how XD
- The Outers must not have children.
- Any abuse will result in the offending character/member be written off the sory
- There can't be a Sailor Earth since Darien/Mamoru is already the Guardian there

Queen Mercury – The Smart Queen – cannot transform but currently inventing devices to enable the Queens to Transform
Queen Mars – Miko Priestess with the power to tell the future (can no longer transform)
Queen Jupiter – the conductor of the weather and nature. Even though she can no longer transform, she uses her old Jupiter Tiara to control the weather and it's nature
Queen Venus – beauty expert...she does the senshi clothing XD
